Die Positionen der einzelnen Spannvorrichtungen können aber, da diese nur entsprechend den vorgegebenen T-Nuten bzw. Lochbildern auf dem Maschinentisch anzuordnen sind, nicht für alle Arbeitsvorgänge im voraus festgelegt werden, nachträgliche Ausrichtarbeiten sind somit unumgänglich. Diese Umspannungen bedingen wiederum einen mitunter großen zusätzlichen Aufwand, auch ist, da zum Umsetzen der Spanneinrichtungen das Bearbeitungszentrum oder die Werkzeugmaschine stillzusetzen ist, eine kontinuierliche Bearbeitung nicht zu bewerkstelligen. Diese sollen kurzzeitig jeweils derart anzuordnen sein, daß durch die Werkzeuge das Profil ungehindert zu bearbeiten ist. Eine optimale Bearbeitung, ohne daß ein größerer Verschnitt sowie längere manuell bedingte Rüstzeiten anfallen und die Profile beschädigt werden, soll demnach gewährleistet sein.
