Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der Gebindepackung ist vor allem für Zigaretten-Packungen gedacht, deren Abmessungen, insbesondere deren Höhe, deutlich geringer ist als die Höhe herkömmlicher Zigaretten-Packungen. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Gebindepackung werden diese kleineren Zigaretten-Packungen bzw. eine daraus gebildete Packungsgruppe in der entsprechend dimensionierten Packungskammer vollständig und lückenlos umhüllt. Gleichwohl weist die Gebindepackung äußere Abmessungen auf, die herkömmlichen Gebindepackungen für Zigaretten-Packungen entsprechen. Diese standardmäßigen Außenabmessungen sind aus vielerlei Gründen wünschenswert. Die Handhabung, nämlich Transport und Lagerung, sind auf diese Standardabmessungen eingerichtet. Des weiteren sind häufig eingesetzte Maschinen zum nachträglichen Anbringen von Markierungen, insbesondere Steuermarken, an den Kleinpackungen auf vorgegebene Standardgröße der Gebindepackungen eingerichtet. Die Gestaltung der Ausgleichskammer unterhalb der Bodenwand ermöglicht eine einfache Zuschnittform für die Herstellung der Gebindepackung. In den Zeichnungen sind Einzelheiten einer Gebindepackung gezeigt, die aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt gemäß Fig. 3 aus dünnem Karton gefertigt sind. Die langgestreckte, quaderförmige Gebindepackung dient zur Aufnahme von Kleinpackungen, nämlich Zigaretten-Packungen 10. Der Gesamtinhalt der Gebindepackung ist eine Packungsgruppe 11 aus zehn Zigaretten-Packungen 10. Diese sind bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel in zwei Reihen ausgerichtet innerhalb eines Innenraums der Gebindepackung, nämlich in einer Packungskammer 12 untergebracht. Die Kleinpackungen, nämlich Zigaretten-Packungen 10 sind ebenfalls quaderförmig ausgebildet und vorzugsweise Klappschachteln (Hinge-Lid-Packungen) aus dünnem Karton. Jede Zigaretten-Packung 10 ist durch zwei einander gegenüberliegende Großflächen begrenzt, nämlich Vorderseite 13 und Rückseite 14. Mit diesen Flächen 13 und 14 liegen die Zigaretten-Packungen 10 der Packungsgruppe 11 aneinander. Ebenfalls benachbart zueinander sind aufrechte schmale Seitenflächen 15. An der Oberseite ist eine Oberwand 20 gebildet, die einerseits aus einem innenliegenden Randlappen 21 und andererseits aus einem sich über die volle Breite und Länge der Oberwand 20 erstreckenden Decklappen 22 besteht. Der Randlappen 21 ist mit der freien Seite der Rückwand 19 und der Decklappen 22 gegenüberliegend mit dem freien Rand der Vorderwand 18 innerhalb des Zuschnitts verbunden. Randlappen 21 und Decklappen 22 bilden einen Verschluß der Gebindepackung, der leicht geöffnet und wieder verschlossen werden kann. Diese Handhabung ist von Bedeutung, wenn nachträglich an den Zigaretten-Packungen 10 Markierungen anzubringen sind, insbesondere Steuerstempel. In diesem Falle werden die Gebindepackungen nachträglich wieder geöffnet durch Anheben von Decklappen 22 und Randlappen 21. Die zugekehrten Stirnflächen 16 der Zigaretten-Packungen 10 liegen dadurch frei und können innerhalb einer Spezialmaschine mit Markierungen versehen werden. Danach wird die Gebindepackung wieder verschlossen, indem Randlappen 21 und Decklappen 22 in die Schließstellung gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 gebracht und miteinander verklebt oder auf sonstige Weise in der Schließstellung fixiert werden.The container pack forms elongated, large-area walls, namely
Der Rauminhalt der Packungskammer 12 entspricht etwa dem Volumen der Packungsgruppe 11. Diese ist gegenüber der unteren Kontur der Gebindepackung bzw. gegenüber einer unteren Randkante 24, 25 der Vorderwand 18 einerseits und der Rückwand 19 andererseits nach innen zurückgesetzt. Der Abstand der Bodenwand 23 von den Randkanten 24, 25 entspricht der geringeren Länge bzw. Höhe der Zigaretten-Packungen 10 gegenüber üblichen Standardausführungen. Die Gesamthöhe der Gebindepackung bzw. von Vorderwand 18 und Rückwand 19 kann beispielsweise etwa 80 mm entsprechen, während die Höhe der Zigaretten-Packungen 10 bei dem gezeigten Beispiel etwa 60 mm beträgt. Weiterhin handelt es sich um einen ebenfalls trapezförmigen Innenlappen 32 im Bereich der Bodenwand 23 und schließlich einen Außenlappen 33 an der Rückwand 19. Der Außenlappen 33 ist so bemessen, daß durch diesen die Stirnwände 29, 30 vollflächig außen überdeckt sind, während Endlappen 31 und Innenlappen 32 ohne wechselseitige Überdeckung der Innenseite der Packung zugekehrt sind und eine geringere Fläche aufweisen als die der Stirnwände 29, 30.The
Der Endlappen 31 ist bei der fertigen Gebindepackung mit der Innenseite der Stirnwand 29, 30 bzw. des Außenlappens 33 verbunden, z. B. durch Klebung. Der Endlappen 31 erstreckt sich über die volle Höhe der Gebindepackung bzw. der Stirnwand 29, 30, also auch im Bereich der Ausgleichskammer 26. Der Innenlappen 32 erstreckt sich ausschließlich im Bereich der Ausgleichskammer 26, und zwar angrenzend an den Zwickel 34. Auch der Innenlappen 32 bildet zusammen mit dem Außenlappen 33 eine doppelwandige Begrenzung der Ausgleichskammer 26 im Bereich der Stirnwände 29, 30. Gegensinnige Schrägkanten 35 und 36 zur Begrenzung des Endlappens 31 einerseits und des Innenlappens 32 andererseits sind mit unterschiedlichen Neigungen angebracht, derart, daß die betreffenden Schrägkanten 35, 36 bei der fertigen Gebindepackung einen divergierenden Spalt 37 begrenzen. Durch diese geometrische Gestaltung der Endlappen 31 und Innenlappen 32 wird gewährleistet, daß auch bei geringen Maßtoleranzen eine Überdeckung der genannten Faltlappen vermieden ist. Ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel ist den Fig. 4 bis 8 entnehmbar. Soweit die Teile gleiche Gestalt und Funktion wie bei dem zuvor beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel haben, sind gleiche Bezugsziffern angegeben. Der Zuschnitt gemäß Fig. 8 unterscheidet sich von dem in der Fig. 3 gezeigten Zuschnitt nur in der Gestaltung der Endlappen und Innenlappen. Diese sind entsprechend als 31a und 32a bezeichnet. Die Endlappen 31a sind ebenso groß ausgebildet wie die Außenlappen 33 und erstrecken sich vollflächig über die Stirnwand 29 bzw. 30. Die Innenlappen 32a erstrecken sich in Längsrichtung der Bodenwand 23 genau so weit wie die benachbarten Endlappen 31a und Außenlappen 33. Insgesamt ist der äußere Umriß des Zuschnitts gemäß Fig. 8 nahezu rechteckig. Das Herausschneiden des Zuschnitts aus einem vollflächigen Nutzen ist dadurch besonders einfach.
