Abstract

Instrument pour la réalisation de profils extérieurs ou intérieurs sans enlèvement de copeaux sur des pièces à usiner et notamment pour la réalisation de filets extérieurs ou intérieurs. Cet instrument comporte plusieurs éléments (1) qui se trouvent disposés dans un état initial tel qu'ils puissent être introduits dans la pièce à usiner. De plus, un élément d'écartement (3) est prévu, qui amène les éléments (1) en position de contact, par un mouvement essentiellement perpendiculaire à la surface supérieure ou dans le sens radial. Les éléments (1) sont alors pressés contre la pièce à usiner (6) de sorte à façonner le profil voulu sans qu'il y ait un espace libre séparant lesdits éléments.
