Claims (5)
- Verschlußvorrichtung für Flaschen oder dergleichen mit einer auf dem Hals der Flasche oder dergleichen aufgeschraubten Kappe, die einen mit einem Innengewinde versehenen Innenring(1) für das Aufschrauben auf dem Hals (16) und eine im Verhältnis zu dem besagten Innenring (1) geradlinig bewegliche Abdeckung (8) umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem einen unteren Außenring (7) umfaßt, der drehfest mit dem besagten Innenring (1) verbunden, aber geradlinig frei beweglich ist, wobei der besagte Innenring (1) mit elastischen Ansätzen (5) versehen ist, die an dem besagten unteren Außenring (7) aufliegen und mit einer Ausklinkung (13) versehen sind, die mit einer Zunge (12) des unteren Außenrings (7) zusammenwirkt. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (8) drehfest mit dem besagten unteren Außenring (7) verbunden ist, beispielsweise mittels Verrasten (9, 10) und Zusammenwirken durch Nuten (11) und Zungen (12). - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenring (1) an seinem oberen Teil (3) verschlossen ist, wobei die Innenseite des besagten oberen Teils (3) vorzugsweise einen selbstdichtenden Dichtverschluß (4) umfaßt. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (8) verschiebbar und drehbar auf dem Innenring (3) gelagert ist und durch ihre Unterseite, direkt oder indirekt, mit der Oberkante des unteren Außenrings (7) zusammenwirkt. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Verschlußring (28) schwenkbar an der Unterseite der Abdeckung (8) mit einer Innenlippe (27) mit dreieckigem Querschnitt angebracht ist, die in eine äußere Auskehlung (26) der Abdeckung (8) eingesetzt ist.
