Later on the second transmitting member 7 moves the movable die 2e with the disk plate 1e held by the second holding member 9b in the right direction shown in the FIG. 3 (b) in order that the movable die 2e with the disk plate 1e is laid on the conveying member 6 which is located near the outlet 3b (indicated by 4 ⁇ shown in FIGS. 3 (b), 4). After that the disk plate 1e is taken out the furnace 3 through the outlet 3b. The conveying member 6 transmits the movable die 2e to the near portion of the inlet 3a last (indicated by5 ⁇ shown in FIG. 3 (b)).

- the tempering apparatus is not restricted to include the five dies 2 disposed between the pressing member 8a and the fixed die 8b as described in the above.
- the tempering apparatus can be small in size. Further, because a number of temperings are applied to the product by the same die, the deformation of the product is sufficiently removed. Further, the tempering apparatus does not have to include a transmitting member and a tempering process which move the product from the die to the next die. Therefore the tempering apparatus can be simple in structure and can reduce the time to temper the product.
Claims (2)
- Appareil de recuisson pour recuire une plaque en acier comprenant :un four;
une entrée pour l'introduction dans le four de l'article qui avait été trempé, cette entrée se trouvant sur le four;une sortie pour évacuer l'article recuit hors du four, la sortie étant prévue au-dessus de l'entrée;une matrice fixe disposée sous le toit du four;un élément de pressage se déplaçant verticalement sous la matrice fixe;une pluralité de matrices mobiles disposées entre la matrice fixe et l'élément de pressage de manière à se superposer, les matrices mobiles prenant les articles en sandwich;un élément transporteur disposé dans le four qui jouxte l'élément de pressage et qui est déplacé dans la direction verticale;un premier moyen de transfert qui transfère au moins une des matrices mobiles de l'élément de transport vers l'élément de pressage;un second moyen de transfert qui transfère au moins une des matrices mobiles posées sur le haut des matrices mobiles tenues par l'élément de pressage vers une position proche de la sortie;un premier élément de retenue qui est disposé entre l'élément de pressage et la matrice fixe et qui tient la pluralité de matrices mobiles; etun second moyen de retenue qui est prévu au-dessus du premier élément de retenue et qui retient au moins une des matrices mobiles. - Appareil de recuisson selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier élément de retenue et le second élément de retenue ont chacun au moins deux portions de retenue capables de se rapprocher et de s'éloigner l'une de l'autre.
