Abstract

The present invention refers to a perfected wall clothes rack (1), characterized by its constitution of two chassis or frames. One of the frames has, both in its interior and stuck on its side faces (3),(4) two or more hangers (14). These pivot by way of a stub (15) set in a hole (16) put in the aforementioned side (3,4). When the unit it not in use, one of the frames (along with the hangers (14)) folds into the other, thus occupying less space.

Description

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present descriptive memory refers to a utility model for a perfected wall clothes rack, whose evident purpose is to build a support link for articles of clothing and other accesories, said wall clothes rack possesses a vertically placed mirror, and at the same time permits the attachment of the hanger unit to the wall by way of circular perforations along which the clothes rack is suspended.

INVENTION'S FIELD OF APPLICATION

This invention is applicable in the auxiliary furniture industry. It can also be manufactured by industries dedicated to the transformation of plastic materials, especially metacrilato.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The perfected wall clothes rack that the invention proposes constitutes an evident solution to problems presently existing in such equipment. From the moment of installation of the same in a bedroom, dressing room, or even in a hotel room or similar location, the until now existent need to incorporate a clothes rack or nightstand (which no doubt occupies a great deal of space) is eliminated, since this wall clothes rack can be incorporated into a wall, occupying virtually no space when it is folded.
More specifically, the perfected wall clothes rack proposed here is made of two upright rectangular frames which, like practically all the pieces figuring in the same clothes rack, will be manufactured with a plastic material, preferably metacrilato or the like
One of the frames has slightly more reduced dimensions compared to the other and is comprised of four pieces fastened together with conventional screws or by any other method deemed opportune, with the pieces, in two pairs, being equal.
The other frame is slightly larger, comprised of three pieces, two of these identical and parallel to one another and united at the upper ends by a third piece (just as in the other frame described previously), with all three pieces fastened together with conventional screws or by any other method deemed opportune.
With the three pieces comprising the larger frame connected a plate of plastic material is placed on the back, as well as on one of its faces. The unseen sheet is totally opaque and can be any color deemed suitable, while the other face of this plate is made in such a way that it serves as a mirror when covered with a sheet of the appropiate material. The objective is to create an area in which the user can see himself adequately and can use as a dressing room element.
The two previously described frames are joined by a shaft or axis found in the lower half of the identical, vertically placed branches of the body or chassis endowed with a mirror.
The two pieces have a second support link, formed by a band of plastic (or similar material) which joins these two pieces, allowing the displacement of the piece of smaller dimensions until the same reaches a 90º angle with respect to the other. This, of course, is placed horizontally with respect to the wall, which incorporates the piece which is placed vertically and, as said previously, contains a mirror plate in its interior.
The movable frame of smaller dimensions has on one of its larger faces (specifically the one on the back) two or more appendages designed to be used as hangers for garments or other clothing accessories such as neckties, scarves, belts, hats, etc.
In the middle zone, set in the lateral branches of this frame two hangers are attached when this frame is put in a horizontal position, the hangers will slip down to the lower level, remaining in a vertical position an constituting a nexus for the hanging and care of clothing or three-piece suits.
When the user uses the same, he need only to take out the frame of smaller dimensions from the section in which it has been incorporated, thus constituting a multiple hanging element.
If the wall clothes rack is not used, it will remain incorporated in the second frame, occupying no additional space whatsoever.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

In order to compliment the description that is being given, and with the object of facilitating better comprehension of the characteristics of the invention, enclosed along with and as an integral part of this descriptive report is a page of plans in which, with illustrative and non-limitative character, the following is represented:

PREFERRED REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION

On looking at these figures, one can see how the perfected wall clothes rack (1) is composed of two frames, each of which adopt an upright rectangular configuration.
One of the frames is formed by four pieces (2), (3), (4) and (5), all of these being rectangular. All are connected to one another to form said frame, connected by conventional means (6), such as with screws.
The pieces (2) and (5) are exactly the same, as are pieces (3) and (4). Pieces (2) and (5) are larger than pieces (3) and (4).
The frame formed in this way possesses in its interior two or more emergency (13) situated on one of the interior faces of the frame, specifically on the back face. These are meant to be used as a support nexus for belts, neckties or similar clothing accessories, housed in the interior of the very same frame with two or more hangers stuck to pieces (3) and (4). These hangers pivot by means of a stub (15) which protrudes from the main body of the hanger (14) and remains imbedded or stuck in a hole (16) found in side (3) and in side (4) and placed harmoniously with the objective of permitting parallel placement of pieces (2) and (5) and, at the same time, permitting pivotal movement of the same hangers (14) when the frame formed by pieces (2), (3), (4) and (5) is placed horizontally.
The aforementioned chassis or frame remains fixed inside the second frame formed by three pieces (7), (8) and (9), which, like pieces (2), (3), (4) and (5) adopt an upright rectangular configuration.
They are produced with a plastic material such as metacrilato and are connected together with conventional screws or by any other method deemed opportune.
Pieces (8) and (9) are identical and placed parallel to one another. While piece (7) is attached to these on the ends, thus forming a three piece frame, on the back of this frame is a plate (17) which, on its part or view has a covering made to create a mirror.
Plate (17) has perforations (18), adequately placed so as to permit the mounting of the unit formed by the two chasses, frames or bodies on any wall.
In order to facilitate the horizontal mounting of the body formed by pieces (2), (3), (4) and (5) and at the same time permit its easy elevation (and of course, its incorporation into the second frame), both frames are endowed with and united by a flexible and dimensional reinforcement piece (12), although both frames are at the same time attached by a pivotal axis (11).
In summary, the user will have at his disposal a clothes rack which, when it is not being used, will occupy a minimun of space when mounted on the wall. When it is used, he will simply have to move the smaller frame which contains the hangers, taking it out of the second frame which contains the mirror (mounted on the wall and placed vertically), leaving both pieces to form a 90º angle with no possibility of movement whatsoever, thanks to the braces which join both configurations and pivot around an axis (11).
It isn't considered neccessary to give a more extensive description for any expert in the field to understand the reach of the invention and the advantages derived from the same.
The materials, form, size and arrangement of the elements are susceptible to variation always and when this doesn't mean an alteration of the essence of the invention.
The terms in which this report has been described should be taken in a broad, non-limitative sense.

Claims

Perfected wall clothes rack, characterized by its constitution of two chassis or frames, manufactured preferbly with a plastic such as metacrilato or like materials, with all of the pieces that form the two chassis or frames forming an upright rectangular configuration and connected together by conventional screws or adhesive materials. One of the frames has, both in its interior and stuck on its side faces (3) and (4), two or more hangers (14), pivoting by way of a stub set in a hole (16) put in the aforementioned sides (3) and (4).
Perfected wall clothes rack, according to the first claim, unique because on the interior face of piece (5), placed parallel to piece (2) and with (3) and (4) parallel to one another to form a frame, two or more stubs (13) have been added to he used as hangers or the like.
Perfected wall clothes rack, according to the previous claims, unique because it possesses a second frame or chassis formed by pieces (7), (8) and (9), forming in its entirety a configuration similar to an inverted "U". These are connected by conventional means (10). This frame has on the inside a plate (17) which on its visible side is covered with a mirror plate and has two or more perforations (18), designed to allow the use of conventional screws so that the unit formed by the two frames can be attached to any wall.
Perfected wall clothes rack, according to the previous claims, unique because the frame formed by pieces (2), (3), (4) and (5) pivots on the ends of pieces (8) and (9) by means of an axis (11) which at the same time unites the two frames.
Perfected wall clothes rack, according to the previous claims, unique because the two frames are connected by two reinforcement strips (13), thus permitting the vertical placement of one inside the other and its displacement outward until it reaches a 90º angle.
