- the bracket 30 thus holds the inner member 10 against rotation, whilst the user rotates the bottle in a counter clockwise direction, and so loosens the screw-threaded engagement between the bottle and the closure device.
- the projection 32 of the bracket 30 is an interference fit into the socket 15 of the closure device, so that the bottle B can be unscrewed from the closure device, leaving the closure device held in place on the bracket: the user can therefore open the bottle with only one hand.
- the closure device remains on the bracket whilst the user removes some of the contents of the bottle, the user then being able to re-fit the closure device using only one hand by returning the bottle to the bracket.

Claims (9)
- Dispositif de fermeture pour un conteneur (B) ayant un goulot fileté, le dispositif de fermeture comprenant un élément interne (10) en forme de couvercle fileté, et un élément externe (20) en forme de couvercle dans lequel ledit élément interne (10) s'emboîte, ledit élément externe (20) s'accouplant avec ledit élément interne (10) pour faire tourner ce dernier pour l'accoupler avec le goulot du conteneur mais étant normalement libre de tourner dans la direction opposée par rapport audit élément interne (10), caractérisé en ce que le haut dudit élément interne possède une configuration non circulaire (15) qui peut s'accoupler, à travers une ouverture (23) dans le haut dudit élément externe (20), avec une configuration de forme complémentaire d'un support fixe, de sorte que l'on peut alors faire tourner le conteneur (B) pour libérer l'accouplement entre ledit élément interne (10) et le conteneur (B).
- Dispositif de fermeture tel que revendiqué en revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément externe (20) peut être abaissé axialement par rapport audit élément interne (10), de façon à s'accoupler avec ledit élément interne (10) pour faire tourner ce dernier dans une direction de dévissage, en faisant tourner ledit élément externe (20).
- Dispositif de fermeture tel que revendiqué en revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément externe (20) possède une série de dents (28), formées autour de l'intérieur de sa collerette (22), arrangées pour s'accoupler, lorsque ledit élément externe (20) est abaissé axialement par rapport audit élément interne (10), avec une série complémentaire de dents (18), formées autour de l'extérieur de la collerette dudit élément interne (10), pour permettre de faire tourner ledit élément interne (10) dans la direction du dévissage, en faisant tourner ledit élément externe (20).
- Dispositif de fermeture tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite configuration non circulaire (15) dudit élément interne (10) comprend un manchon.
- Bouteille ou autre conteneur (B) ayant un goulot fileté et un dispositif de fermeture accouplé avec ledit goulot, le dispositif de fermeture ayant un élément interne (10) en forme de couvercle fileté, et un élément externe (20) en forme de couvercle dans lequel ledit élément interne (10) s'emboîte, ledit élément externe (20) s'accouplant avec ledit élément interne (10) pour faire tourner ce dernier pour le visser sur le goulot du conteneur, mais étant normalement libre de tourner dans la direction opposée par rapport audit élément interne (10), caractérisée en ce que ladite bouteille ou autre conteneur est combinée avec un support (30) pour la fixer à une structure fixe, le haut dudit élément interne (10) ayant une configuration non circulaire (15) apte à être accouplée, à travers une ouverture (23) dans le haut dudit élément externe (20), avec une configuration complémentaire (32) dudit support (30), de sorte que l'on peut alors faire tourner la bouteille ou autre conteneur (B) pour dévisser le dispositif de fermeture de celle-ci.
- Bouteille ou autre conteneur telle que revendiquée en revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément externe (20) dudit dispositif de fermeture peut être abaissé axialement par rapport audit élément interne (10), de façon à s'accoupler avec ledit élément interne (10) pour faire tourner ce dernier pour le dévisser de ladite bouteille ou autre conteneur (B), en faisant tourner ledit élément externe (20).
- Bouteille ou autre conteneur telle que revendiquée en revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément externe (20) possède une série de dents (28), formées autour de l'intérieur de sa collerette (22), arrangées pour s'accoupler, lorsque ledit élément externe (20) est abaissé axialement par rapport audit élément interne (10), avec une série complémentaire de dents (18), formées autour de l'extérieur de la collerette dudit élément interne (10), pour permettre de faire tourner ledit élément interne (10) dans la direction du dévissage, en faisant tourner ledit élément externe (20).
- Bouteille ou autre conteneur telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la configuration non circulaire (15) sur l'élément interne (10) du dispositif de fermeture et la configuration complémentaire (32) sur le support (30) sont en ajustement serré l'une avec l'autre.
- Bouteille ou autre conteneur telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendication 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la configuration non circulaire (15) dudit élément interne (10) du dispositif de fermeture comprend un manchon et la configuration complémentaire (32) dudit support (30) comprend une saillie.
