  • the positioning of the sheet 15' is controlled from the microprocessor which stops the movement of the sheet onto the punching table 12 when the cameras 28 sense the adjustment marks 29. Then, the sheet 15' can be positioned on the punching table 12 with an accuracy of »1.0 mm, but this accuracy is not satisfactory for punching the sheet and thus a fine adjustment has to take place.
  • This fine adjustment of the position of the sheet 15' is obtained by means of the vacuum table 25 which will be activated as soon as the sheet 15' has been positioned on the punching table 12.
  • adjustment of the vacuum table 25 and thus of the sheet 15' attached to the vacuum table will be effected via the microprocessor as required in the directions X, Y and Z in order that the two adjustment marks 29 will be centered below the cameras or in relation to zero marks provided on the positioning table, the positions of the adjustment marks being sensed continuously by the cameras during the positioning by means of the step motors in the directions X, Y and Z.
  • This positioning can be performed at an accuracy of »0.01 mm, and when the positioning has been closed the punch assemblies 27 will be activated in dependence of a signal from the micro processor for punching of the sheet.
  • the sensors for sensing the adjustment marks on the sheets can comprise for example inductive, mechanical or other known types of sensors instead of cameras as shown herein.
  • the adjustment means for the vacuum table can of course comprise other means then electric step motors, e.g. hydraulic or mechanical adjustment means.

Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour réaliser par poinçonnage des trous de cadrage dans des feuilles (15') pourvues de repères (29) de réglage, dans lequel la feuille (15') est prise dans un magasin (11) de prélèvement et est placée sur une table à dépression (25) disposée sensiblement dans le même plan qu'une table (12) de poinçonnage, la feuille est fixée par aspiration à la table à dépression, la table à dépression et donc la feuille sont positionnées par réglage de la table à dépression dans des directions mutuellement perpendiculaires (X, Y) dans le plan de la table de poinçonnage et par une rotation (Z) de la table à dépression autour d'un axe perpendiculaire audit plan, le positionnement est commandé par un microprocesseur en fonction de la position détectée des repères de réglage, et la feuille est poinçonnée, et la feuille poinçonnée, après avoir été libérée de la table de dépression, est enlevée de la table de poinçonnage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la feuille (15') est déplacée linéairement du magasin de prélèvement (11) jusqu'à la table (12) de poinçonnage et de celle-ci jusqu'à un magasin (13) de produits finis.
  3. Appareil pour réaliser par poinçonnage des trous de cadrage dans des feuilles (15') pourvues de repères (29) de réglage, comportant une table (12) de poinçonnage ayant des poinçons (27) et des capteurs (28) destinés à détecter la position de la feuille sur la table de poinçonnage, comportant une table à dépression (25) montée dans la table (12) de poinçonnage sensiblement dans son plan, ladite table à dépression pouvant être réglée dans deux directions mutuellement perpendiculaires (X, Y) dans le plan de la table de poinçonnage et pouvant être tournée autour d'un axe (Z) perpendiculaire audit plan, et des moyens de réglage destinés à régler la table à dépression, reliés fonctionnellement aux capteurs pour en commander le fonctionnement par l'intermédiaire d'un microprocesseur en fonction des repères de réglage détectés par les capteurs.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les capteurs comprennent des caméras (28) dont les objectifs sont dirigés vers la table (12) de poinçonnage pour une détection optique des repères (29) de réglage.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel un magasin (11) de prélèvement pour des feuilles non poinçonnées et un magasin (13) de produits finis pour des feuilles poinçonnées sont prévus de part et d'autre de la table (12) de poinçonnage et des moyens (22, 23, 24) sont prévus pour déplacer de façon rectiligne les feuilles du magasin de prélèvement jusqu'à la table de poinçonnage et de celle-ci jusqu'au magasin de produits finis.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens comprennent deux rampes (22, 23) d'aspiration, guidées linéairement et montées à une distance fixe l'une de l'autre.
