Entsprechend Fig. 1 sind in einer Umformmaschine Werkzeuge, von denen die Werkzeugunterteile 1 und 2 angedeutet sind, über aus der Umformmaschine heraus- und in diese hineinverfahrbare Schiebetische 3 und 4 eingesetzt. Mittig zu der durch die Werkzeugunterteile 1 und 2 charakterisierten Bearbeitungsstufen ist eine Zwischenablage 12 angedeutet, die in der zu der DE-A-39 31 081 beschriebenen Weise zum Ausgleich des Fehlers beim Verdrehen der Schablonen 18, in die Position 18¹ mit dem aufliegenden Blechteil 7, 7¹ in den Positionen 12¹ versetzbar ist. Auf dem Werkzeugunterteil 1 liegt ein Blechteil 6 auf, das vermittels der aus der DE-A-39 05 068 bekannten Antriebs und Saugerbalken 9 in der Transferbewegung 13 umsetzbar und auf der Zwischenablage 12 in der Stellung 12 ablegbar ist. Gleichzeitig wird das auf den Schablonen 18 in die Lage 18' gedrehte und durch Bewegen der Zwischenablage in die Position 12¹ neu auf das Werkzeugunterteil 2 ausgerichtete Blechteil 7¹ vermittels Saugerbalken 11 in die Auflage auf dem Werkzeugunterteil 2 bewegt. Die Umsetzbewegung 13 bzw. 14 der Saugerbalken 9, 11, kann, wie in den Fign. 1, 2, 3 gezeigt, erfolgt in gleicher Bewegung, die Rückführbewegung 15 bzw. 16 kann antriebsbedingt unterschiedlich mit einer Bewegungsverzögerung im Bereich der Stützen 5 an den Schiebetischen 3, 4 während des Stößelniederganges erfolgen. Claims (1)

  1. Metal-forming machine or installation designed as transfer press, body press or press line and comprising a transfer device, having holding means (11, 11') moved by the press drive and intended for taking hold of sheet-metal parts and transporting them through the metal-forming machine or installation, and at least one intermediate rest (12, 12') between two working stations (1, 2), which has templates (18) for supporting the sheet-metal parts, which templates (18) are displaceable in height, sloping position and horizontally by regulating means and motion-deflection means with regard to the sheet-metal part to be deposited and picked up by the holding means (11, 11'), the templates (18) being carried by a mounting plate (26) which is displaceable on rails (21) of the intermediate rest (12, 12') which extend horizontally and in the direction of the transfer movement, characterized in that the transfer movement (13, 14), produced by the press drive, of the holding means (11, 11') is less than half the distance between two working stations (1, 2), and in that the rails (21) of the intermediate rest (12, 12') extend so far that the mounting plate (26) can be displaced by the regulating means (23, 23¹), acting on the mounting plate for the adjustment, for bridging the partial displacement (17) between the working stations which is not bridged by the transfer device.
