Definitions
- the present invention relates to a removable tray with overflow chute of the type usable in hydrotherapy.
- Known tanks such as, for example, swimming pools of functional rehabilitation are carried out in only one part by known molding techniques.
- This monobloc embodiment generates constraints manufacturing, requires a mold and / or press and also in terms of use.
- the making monobloc standardizes dimensions. She poses problems storage, as well as problems with setting up the tank on the site of use.
- Patent FR 2 389 372 describes a medical swimming pool made of reinforced and reinforced polyester made from modular elements assembled by bolting which does not include an overflow chute. This patent only concerns the modularity of the construction.
- Patent EP 0 108 272 describes a container with a chute which is not in several parts or modules but monobloc.
- the object of the invention is to produce a container of the type mentioned above, with integrated overflow chute and which is designed in several parts to be assembled.
- Such equipment being removable can be easily transferred from place even to premises whose access are reduced and small.
- Another advantage of the invention is to be able integrate transparent elements at will.
- the removable tray with an overflow chute is essentially characterized in that it consists of panels assembled together constituting the sides and the bottom of an enclosure.
- the enclosure is capped by a peripheral chute, itself in one or more elements assembled together and to the panels of the enclosure, the said panels being made up of plates, each of these plates receiving on the back of the useful face a stratification layer which overflows to form connecting lips used to fix the panels together and to that of the peripheral chute.
- the panels have parallel orthogonal lips oriented outside the useful plane of each panel, and at their lateral and vertical banks of divergent lips between them and intersecting on the useful plane of the panel following a angular value of 45 ° which can be different from 45 ° in depending on the configurations to be obtained.
- some vertical panels have vertical lips oriented, the adjacent panels being flat with overflow of the stratification layer in the plane of the plate and coming to the assembly to be pressed against the lips of panels.
- the tray is in the shape of a parallelepiped, but it goes without saying that can be of any other suitable polygonal shape, for example, six or eight sided, as desired by the user.
- Figure 1 shows more precisely the plates constituting the panels.
- One of the guiding ideas of the invention is to obtain an enclosure defining a tank with overflow chute 4 ( Figure 2) without resorting to the known technique thermoforming or molding.
- the basic element is a plate 5 ( Figure 3) of plastic material whose dimensions define the useful 5 'plan which will be one of the components of the enclosure and this without transformation of the plate but at otherwise using it as cut out.
- the plates receive on the back of the useful face, external to the enclosure a layer 6 of stratification which reinforces the plaque.
- This stratification layer 6 is constituted a mixture of fibers, glass fabrics and polyester resin.
- Each plate constituting each of the panels has connecting zones on each of its banks not intervening in the demarcation of the enclosure but involved in the connection of the panels by affixing against an identical and / or corresponding connection area adjacent side or bottom panels.
- connection zones are produced by overflow of layer 6 stratification of a certain value on the edges of the plate in order to make lips assembly.
- Figure 3 illustrates different embodiments and mounting by a sectional view.
- This view represents the panel 1 constituting the bottom including the back of the plate 1 'of base is provided with a layer of stratification 6 which extends beyond in 6 'of a certain value.
- a adjacent vertical panel consisting of a plate 5, the back of the useful face 5 'is covered with a stratification 6 which overflows from its banks in 6 'to form the lips of liaison.
- the container is in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped.
- the vertical connecting lips 6 '' between the adjacent vertical panels and hortogonal to each other are as shown in Figure 4 inclined at 45 °. Therefore, the vertical lips of each of the panels are divergent from each other and intersecting the useful plane of the panel at an angle of 45 ° and horizontal lips are intersecting at an angle of 90 °.
- connection of the panels to each other is ensured by bolting. It goes without saying that it can be by any other suitable means.
- the panels constituting the container according to the invention can be reinforced with metal stiffeners drowned in the stratification.
- Reinforcement can also be improved by installation of arcs constituting a peripheral belt.
- Panel 1 constituting the bottom or floor of the tank according to the invention is carried out in the same way, either of part either in several elements with connecting lips by overflow of the stratification layer of the plate plastic base.
- the floor is made from one or more wooden plates natural or composite assembled together and laminated by a mixture of glass fabric fibers and resin polyester.
- a waterproof coating chosen according to the specificities sought will cover the plate or the set of plates constituting the floor.
- the coating may be a liner, a polyvinyl chloride fabric or a fabric coated for this purpose.
- the side panels are directly fixed to the floor of the room, which will constitute the bottom of the tank, after it has received a suitable surface treatment and sealing. It can also be the case of using walls or local walls to replace side panels.
- the floor of the tank will be insulated.
- a slab 7 is produced by assembling insulating plates (FIG. 3). These plates can be of any material with insulating capacity.
- An advantage of this slab is that it raises the bottom panel and allows the installation of the assembly buttons for the lower lips of the side panels and the lips of the floor.
- the invention allows great flexibility in terms of design, adaptation and positioning of the container according to the invention.
- transparent panels can be produced in the following manner: a metal frame, for example in marine grade stainless steel, follows the outline of an opaque side panel with connecting lips.
- one or more housings will receive a transparent plate which can be a multi-layer window or its equivalent in synthetic material.
- the transparent plates are held by clamping plywood with sealing by silicone seal.
- the high and low lips form an angle of 90 °.
- the vertical side lips form an angle of 45 ° or differ by 45 ° to allow different geometries.
- the entire container according to the invention is produced with the interposition of parts or seals between each of its elements, side panels, floor and overflow chute 4.
- the overflow chute 4 can have several functions. It can be used as in swimming pools for water filtration. It can be used for the separation of bodies of different densities (water, oils, dairy products) or for the treatment of water for example by sieving by perforated plates placed in the chute, by Bromine or chlorine contained in receptacles integrated in the chute, by emission of ultra-violet rays diffused by tubes or burners integrated into the chute, by emission of ozone or ionized air emitted by generators integrated into the chute, etc ...
- the chute can also be used for preparation of infusion, decoctions or similar products ; receptacles adapted to the substances contained may stay in the chute.
- the fluid contained in the equipment will be able to cross the various substances and soak up it without taking on unwanted particles.
- the chute can also be used for cleaning elements which must be carried out in a liquid medium.
- the chute can also perform a function of maintaining a constant level which is particularly useful for floatation or immersion treatments requiring such a constant level.
- the chute and the coping which surrounds it and which covers the panels by constituting the container according to the invention can be produced in any way and according to all methods and techniques and in all materials.
- This chute can be perimeter or located on only part of the periphery of the tank.
- the chute is made by folding in "U” open upwards of a sheet with internal flange 8 in “L” serving to support a grid and that it is supplemented on the outside by a "U” open downwards, the inner wing of which is folded 10 into an "L” also serving as support for the grid.
- the chute is bolted to the wing 6 'of the vertical panel. The tray thus produced can receive external covering walls if necessary.
