Abstract

According to the prior art, it is known to connect tagboards (10) of loadspeakers to the loudspeaker frame by riveting. It is also known to strain-relieve connecting cables, which are connected to the tagboard (10) and a signal source, at the loudspeaker. According to the prior art, this is mostly achieved in such a manner that the connecting cable is pressed against the magnet system of the loudspeaker by means of a so-called cable tie. It is also known to clamp in the connecting cable between a lug formed at the loudspeaker frame (12). To simplify production, it is specified to provide the tagboard (10) with locking hooks (13) which securely hold the tagboard (10) at the loudspeaker frame (12) after it has been connected to the web (11). The strain relief for the connecting cable (22) is achieved in such a manner that a locking latch (18) can be inserted into openings (16) of the tagboard (10). Once the locking latch (18) has found its final position on the tagboard (10), the locking latch (18) interlocks with the tagboard (10). The shaping of tagboard (10) and locking latch (18) matches in such a manner that, when the locking latch (18) has found its final position, a connecting cable (22) inserted between these two components is clamped in. This achieves effective strain relief in the area of the tagboard (10). <IMAGE>

Description

Technisches GebietTechnical field

The invention is concerned with the formation of soldering eye plates of loudspeakers, in particular with the connection of soldering eye plates and loudspeakers and with the securing of loudspeaker connection cables.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

In general, the completion of loudspeakers takes place in such a way that the speaker strands contacting the voice coil of the speaker are guided from the voice coil to a soldering eye plate attached to the loudspeaker basket and are connected there by soldering to soldering eyes inserted into the soldering eye plate. The connection between the soldering eye plate and the loudspeaker is usually realized in accordance with the prior art in such a way that the soldering eye plate is connected to the loudspeaker basket by means of a rivet. This type of connection is disadvantageous in terms of rational production. This is because from the workflow, the soldering eye plate is first carried by a tool at the connection location the basket must be held and the rivet must be passed through the soldering eye plate and an opening arranged in the loudspeaker basket before the riveting is carried out.

The contacting of the loudspeaker with the signal source is usually realized in such a way that a connecting line is soldered to the soldering lugs. It is also known to provide the soldering eye plate with tongues onto which plugs which are connected to the connection bodies are pushed. Especially when contacting in the first sense, but also when making contact in the connector technology, it may be necessary that the connection cable is relieved against train. This applies in particular if the loudspeakers are already delivered to the customer with the connected connection cables, because in this case it cannot be ruled out that the heavy loudspeakers will not be transported on the connection cables. The result is that with this treatment of the loudspeakers, the connection cables tear off if there is no strain relief. One way of realizing strain relief for loudspeaker connection cables is the use of so-called cable ties which, for example, press the connection cable against the magnet system after it is connected to the soldering eye plate. It is also known to form a protruding tab on the loudspeaker basket, which, when the connecting cable is guided between the tab and the loudspeaker basket, presses the connecting cable against the loudspeaker basket.

Since the connection cables are flexible, it is easy to see that the implementation of the strain relief according to the prior art is only disproportionately large Effort can be automated. For this reason, the strain relief is mostly realized by hand after the connection cable has been connected to the soldering eye plate.

The invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a soldering eye plate which can be connected to the loudspeaker basket in a simple manner. Another object of the invention is to provide a strain relief for loudspeaker connection cables which can be automated in a simple manner.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The first-mentioned object is achieved in that latching hooks are formed on the soldering eye plate which, when the soldering eye plate is connected to the loudspeaker, are latched behind projections arranged on the loudspeaker basket and produce the firm connection of loudspeaker and soldering eye plate alone.

If, according to claim 2, the projections, behind which the latching hooks of the soldering eye plate are locked in the case of connection of the loudspeaker and the soldering eye plate, are arranged in at least one of the webs of the loudspeaker basket, then these projections can be formed without additional work in the manufacture of the loudspeaker basket.

The further object of the invention is achieved according to claim 3 in that a locking bolt is inserted and latched in the solder plate, which the latching hook, when they are locked behind the projections of the speaker basket, in the position on the Protrusions fixed in position and that the locking bolt is designed so that when it is locked in place with the soldering eye plate, it simultaneously presses a cable leading from the loudspeaker to the signal source, which lies on the soldering eye plate, between the soldering eye plate and the locking bolt. Since the locking bolt fixes the latching position of the latching hooks of the soldering eye plate behind the projections, by preventing the latching hooks from evading under considerable tensile stress acting on the soldering eye plate, the soldering eye plate can no longer be separated from the loudspeaker without destruction. However, this does not mean that the soldering eye plate specified in claim 1 must be provided with a locking bolt in each case. Rather, the soldering eye plate specified according to claim 1 can also be used in cases of low tensile stress without the locking bolt. If the connection cable for the loudspeaker is also subjected to considerable tensile stress, strain relief is also achieved with the use of the locking bar if the locking bar is designed so that, when it is connected to the soldering eye plate, a connecting cable placed on the soldering eye plate against the soldering eye plate presses. The formation of the strain relief directly on the soldering eye plate is also particularly advantageous because the formation of the strain relief can be automated in a very simple manner. This is due to the fact that the contacting of the connecting cable means that it must be held in the area of the soldering eye plate anyway, so that it is pressed against the soldering eye plate in a strain-relieving manner solely by pushing on the locking bolt without re-gripping the cable.

Wege zum Ausführen der ErfindungWays of Carrying Out the Invention

The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the figures.

The top view shown in FIG. 1 shows a soldering eye plate 10 which is connected to a web 11 of a loudspeaker basket 12. The cross section of the web 11 is narrowed in the area in which the soldering eye plate 10 is placed. As FIG. 2 clearly emphasizes, the soldering eye plate is locked with the web 11. For this purpose, latching hooks 13 are formed on the side of the solder eyelet plate 10 which faces the web 11 and, when the solder eyelet plate 10 is connected to the web 11, are locked behind the projections 14 formed by the web profile. The length (L) of the locking hook 13 corresponds to the length of the narrowed web profile. This ensures that the soldering eye plate 10 is connected to the web 11 so that it cannot move in the direction of the arrow (P) (FIG. 1).

The soldering eyes 15 are attached to the side of the soldering eye plate 10. The speaker wires and the connecting cables (not shown) are later contacted at these soldering lugs 15. Openings 16 are let into the soldering eye plate 10 on both sides of the latching hooks 13. These openings 16 serve to receive the legs 17 of the locking bolt 18.

This situation is shown in more detail in Figure 3. The locking bolt 18 is inserted with its two legs 17 into the openings 16. The legs 17 are also designed in the form of catch hooks and, when the locking bar 18 is connected to the soldering eye plate 10, are locked on the underside of the soldering eye plate 10 with the latter. The overall length of the legs 17 is dimensioned such that it corresponds approximately to the length of the latching hook 13 of the soldering eye plate 10. The ends of the latching hooks 13 have, on the side facing the legs 17, formations 19 against which the legs 17 bear when they have found their end position in the soldering eye plate 10. This ensures that in the event of tensile influences (Z), for example on the soldering eye plate 10, the latching hooks 13 cannot deflect in the direction of the arrow (R) and release the soldering eye plate 10.

The two legs 17 of the locking bolt 18 are connected to one another via the intermediate piece 20. In the embodiment shown in Figure 3, this intermediate piece 20, when the locking bar 18 has found its end position in the soldering eye plate 10, directly on the Soldering eye plate 10 on. A slot 21, in which the connecting cable 22 is inserted, is let into the middle of the intermediate piece 20. The height of the slot 21 is dimensioned such that when the connecting cable 22 is inserted, this cable 22 is pressed by the intermediate piece 20 against the soldering eye plate 10 when the locking bar 18 has found its end position in the soldering eye plate 10. In this way, an effective strain relief of the connecting cable 22 is achieved in the area of the soldering eye plate 10.

It should be pointed out that the locking bolt 18 shown in FIG. 3 can also be used without an inserted connecting cable 22. In this case, the locking bolt 18 only has the function of ensuring that the locking hooks 13 are fixed on the web 11.

In Figur 4 ist eine gegenüber Figur 3 abgeänderte Formgebung der Lötösenplatte 10 mit eingestecktem und verrastetem Sperriegels 18 gezeigt.FIG. 4 shows a modified shape of the soldering eye plate 10 with respect to FIG. 3, with the locking bolt 18 inserted and locked.

The soldering eye plate 10 has a mandrel which is inserted through an opening in the web 11. This mandrel facilitates the precise connection of the soldering eye plate 10 and the web 11. As soon as the soldering eye plate 10 rests on the web 11 (as shown in FIG. 4), the latching hooks 13 arranged on the soldering eye plate 10 snap behind the projections 14 formed by the web 11 then the connection of the connection cable 22 with the soldering lugs (not shown in FIG. 4) is established, the connection cable 22 can be placed on the support bed 23. This is particularly advantageous because it allows the connection cable 22 to be held at a short distance from the soldering lugs (not shown in FIG. 4) for connection. After completing the soldering process, the Locking bolt 18 pushed onto the soldering eye plate 10 and locked. For this purpose, the smooth legs 17 of the locking bolt 18 are pushed through the openings 16 of the soldering eye plate 10. In contrast to the design according to FIG. 3, the legs 17 of the locking bolt 18 are smooth-walled in FIG. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 4, these smooth-walled legs 17 have the sole task of fixing the latching hooks 13 to the formations 19, so that the latching hooks 13 cannot be disengaged under the action of a pull. The connection of the soldering eye plate 10 and the locking bar 18 takes place via the locking hooks 24 which are formed independently on the locking bar 18 (shown in broken lines). These latching hooks 24 latch behind the nose 25 arranged on the soldering eye plate 10 as soon as the locking bar 18 has found its end position on the soldering eye plate 10. A stamp 26 is arranged in the head of the locking bolt 18. This stamp 26 presses, when the latching hooks 24 are latched behind the lugs 25, onto the connection cable 22 resting on the support plate 23. This provides a simple and effective strain relief for the cable 22.

The soldering eye plate 10 and the locking bar 18 are laterally attached as a unit to a web 11 of the speaker basket 12. It can be clearly seen from FIG. 5 that the connecting cable 22 is clamped in a meandering manner between the two aforementioned components due to the special shape of the soldering eye plate 10 and the locking bolt 18. This type of design of the soldering eye plate 10 and the locking bolt 18 provides a particularly effective strain relief for the connecting cable 22.
