Claims (21)

  1. Product consisting of amagnetic material comprising at least one ferromagnetic element (3) for specific marking of the product (1) and/or of the material constituting the product, said ferromagnetic element (3) allowing the reclaiming by means of an electromagnet of said product (1) contained in rubbish dumps, characterized in that the ferromagnetic element (3) is placed below a member (2) for the identification of the product (1).
  2. Product according to Claim 1, characterized in that the member for the identification of the product (1) is a label (2).
  3. Product according to Claim 1, characterized in that said ferromagnetic element (3) is fixed by gripping to a rounded part of the product (1).
  4. Product according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said ferromagnetic element (3) has a modulus of elasticity greater than or equal to 180,000 MPa.
  5. Product according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said ferromagnetic element (3) is made of steel and has a thickness less than or equal to 0.2 mm.
  6. Product according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said ferromagnetic element (3) is stuck to the label (2).
  7. Product according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said ferromagnetic element (3) is formed by a plate, a ring, a washer, a collar, a small bar or a comb.
  8. Method for reclaiming marked products (1) consisting of amagnetic material, according to any one of the preceding claims, in which one reclaims from waste material (10) the ferromagnetic memoers (12) and the marked loose products (1) consisting of amagnetic material, characterized in that:
    - the ferromagnetic members (12) and the marked products (1) consisting of amagnetic material are separated,
    - the marked products (1) consisting of magnetic material are identified and sorted depending on their use and/or the material constituting these products,
    - the products (1) consisting of amagnetic material and the ferromagnetic elements (3) carried by said products (1) and placed below a member for the identification of the product are separated,
    - and said products (1) and said ferromagnetic elements are recycled.
  9. Method according to Claim 8, characterized in that the separation of the ferromagnetic elements (3) fixed by gripping to a rounded part of the product (1) below the member (2) for the identification of said product (1) is achieved by detachment of the identification member (2) by soaking and by partial crushing of the product (1) under at least one roller in order to cause the ejection of the ferromagnetic element (3) of said product (1).
  10. Method according to Claim 8, characterised in that the separation of the ferromagnetic element (3) stuck below the member (2) for the identification of the product (1) is achieved by detaching the identification member (2) by soaking and by separation of the identification member (2) by soaking and wetting or by incineration and burning of said identification member (2).
  11. Method according to Claim 8, characterized in that the separation of the product (1) and of the ferromagnetic element (3) is achieved by crushing of said product and of said ferromagnetic element in order to obtain powders and by separation of said powders by magnetization or by gravity or electrostatically.
  12. Installation for reclaiming marked products (1) consisting of amagnetic material for carrying out the method according to Claim 1, comprising means (13) for reclaiming from waste material (10), ferromagnetic parts (12) and marked products (1) consisting of amagnetic material, characterized in that it comprises:
    - means (16) for the separation of the ferromagnetic parts (12) and of the marked products (1) consisting of amagnetic material,
    - means (21, 22) for the identification and means (23) for the sorting of the marked products (1) consisting of amagnetic material depending on their use and/or the material constituting these products (1),
    - means (25) for the separation of the products (1) consisting of amagnetic material and of the ferromagnetic elements (3) carried by said products (1) and placed below a member for the identification of the product,
    - and means for the recycling of said products (1) and of said ferromagnetic elements (3).
  13. Installation according to Claim 1, characterized in that the reclaiming means are formed by an electromagnet (13).
  14. Installation according to Claim 12, characterized in that the means for separation of the ferromagnetic parts (12) and of the products (1) are formed by a jet (16) of a fluid transferring said marked products (1) of amagnetic material to the reclaiming means (21, 22).
  15. Installation according to Claim 12, characterized in that the identification means comprise a sensor (21) for detecting marked products (1) of amagnetic material depending on their use and/or the material constituting these products (1), associated with means (22) for the memorization of signals emitted by said sensor (21).
  16. Installation according to Claim 15, characterized in that the detection sensor (21) is formed by at least one electromagnetic coil.
  17. Installation according to Claims 12 and 15, characterized in that the sorting means are formed by an electromechanical separator (23) connected to said memorization means (22).
  18. Installation according to Claim 12, characterized in that the means (25) for the separation of the products (1) and ferromagnetic element (3) fixed by gripping to a rounded part of the products (1) comprise means for moving the products (1) towards at least one means for partial crushing of said products (1) for the ejection of the ferromagnetic elements (3).
  19. Installation according to Claim 18, characterized in that said means for the partial crushing of the products (1) is formed by at least one roller covered with a rubber sleeve.
  20. Installation according to Claim 12, characterized in that the means for the separation of the products (1) and of the ferromagnetic elements (3) comprise a crusher in order to obtain powders and at least one separator for said powders.
  21. Installation according to Claim 20, characterized in that said separator is formed by a magnetic separator or a separator operating by gravity or an electrostatic separator.
