Description

The invention relates to a window handle according to the preamble of claim 1.

Window handles are generally designed and attached so that when opening or closing the window, the handle is either vertical or horizontal. For this purpose, locking means are customary, which cause the handle to engage and disengage on the stop body, usually in 90 o steps, as specified in DE-PS 23 20 049. Another example of a lockable window handle of this type is described in DE-GM 84 32 686, and also with a possibility of closer locking, for example in 45 o positions.

If one or the other 90 o position is sufficient, a cavity or recess has been provided in the rosette, for example in accordance with DE-PS 578 617, and the handle neck at the lower or inner end is pinned or crimped with a limiter disk that a nose or has legs at right angles to each other, which find their stop on the left or right in the recess. Resting functions are not possible, however.

In particular in the case of narrow rosette bodies which are necessary for fastening to narrow window sashes, there is a need for an improvement which combines the individual functions shown. The main aim of the invention is therefore to create a window handle of the simplest possible design, which, if necessary, allows a safe swivel angle limitation and / or a reliable latching in predetermined angular positions.

Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Ansprüche 2 bis 12.Important features of the invention are set out in claim 1. Refinements are the subject of claims 2 to 12.

In the case of a window handle with a handle head which has a neck attachment with a square hole rotatably mounted in a stop plate or rosette for receiving an actuating pin and has a recess for a cylinder lock which, in the closed state, engages in a recess of the stop plate with an axially displaceable locking bolt, which in one Floor cavity is provided with a locking lug spring body which cooperates with a recessed locking bush arranged on the actuating pin, the invention provides according to the characterizing part of claim 1 that the actuating pin or the locking bush sitting on it can be equipped with at least one stop element, which causes an angle limitation for the handle on counter surfaces in the stop plate. This arrangement is extremely advantageous in terms of production technology, because largely existing components can be used and only one element or pair of elements is required for additional equipment in order to supplement the latching arrangement with lifting means. The combination of locking and angle limitation creates a new type of window handle with a very simple, clear design, which can be installed quickly and precisely in a conventional manner and is also easy to use.

It is advantageous if, according to claim 2, the counter surfaces are designed as arches or bevels, which two bearing shells adjoining a bearing bush of the stop plate, e.g. Continue angled parallel to radius. This is a very simple measure that does not require any additional components and provides the required stop surfaces on a stable base body. This can be produced, for example, in the injection molding process, so that high accuracy can also be achieved in mass production at low costs.

Another development according to claim 3 is that a gap between the supporting parts in the locking spring body is bridged by a web, so that even with a very narrow rosette body enough space is available for the or each stop element. The support parts are nevertheless well anchored in the base body and precisely fixed in their position, so that the spring-loaded latches engage exactly in the recesses of the latches of the actuating pin and therefore latch the window handle in the desired position.

According to claim 4, an embodiment variant provides that the stop element is a pin, bolt or the like arranged on the actuating pin transversely to the axis of rotation. He can push through the actuating pin according to claim 5 diagonally, so that a stable abutment is formed. The stop pin comes to rest on one of the counter surfaces in the stop plate when the handle is in one or the other end position.

In terms of design, it is advantageous if, according to claim 6, the stop pin sits directly in front of the locking bush in the actuating pin, so that it additionally takes on the function of an axial lock for the locking bush, which can be pushed onto the actuating pin up to a paragraph in a known manner.

In another design, the stop element according to claim 7 is formed by at least one nose fixedly connected to the locking bush, so that an additional stop pin is not necessary. This eliminates the additional work of a cross hole and pin fitting, because the nose itself is rigidly connected to the locking bush. In the preferred embodiment of claim 8, the or each nose is integral with the locking bush. As a result, additional assembly processes are eliminated.

Appropriately, according to claim 9, two lugs arranged diagonally to the actuating pin, in particular directed into the depth of the stop plate, are present on the locking bush. These are diametrically opposed to each other and can therefore come to rest in pairs on the counter surfaces. This enables the impact forces to be introduced cheaply into the base body and thus into the window frame.

In the arrangement according to claim 10, the or each nose sits in the circumferential direction between two adjacent locking recesses of the locking bush. This configuration is particularly suitable for 90 o operations, with high resistance moments guaranteeing a reliable function even with rough operation.

Another possibility according to claim 11 is that the or each nose sits at circumferential locations of the locking bush, at which there are also locking recesses. This allows a 45 o stop, which may be desirable, for example, for permanent ventilation with a slightly tilted window.

A combination of both options provides for claim 12, according to which a nose of the locking bush sits at a circumferential point which corresponds to a locking depression, and a further nose is arranged in the circumferential direction between two adjacent locking depressions.

It can be seen that the window handle can be made pivotable to different degrees depending on the position of the stop elements on the actuating pin. Corresponding customer requests can now be taken into account very flexibly in the final assembly - instead of in conventional prefabrication - by fitting suitable stop elements on the actuating pin. At the same time, the omission of such stop parts allows the production of otherwise identical, only lockable window handles.

In Fig. 1, a window handle is shown as an example and generally designated 10, which has a handle main part 11 and a handle head 12 with a recess 13 for receiving a cylinder lock Z which can be actuated with a key S. On the grip head 12 there is a neck extension 14 with a square hole 16 which has a step 17 on the inside and receives an actuating pin 18 which is designed as a partially stepped square which is chamfered up to a shoulder.

A stop plate 20 with cams 22, which are penetrated by screw holes 24, is used for fastening to a window sash (not shown). On the underside, the stop plate 20 has a floor cavity 26 of essentially rectangular shape. On the upper side, below a cover plate 36, there are recesses 28 in the stop plate 20 on both sides of a central bearing bush 30, into which a locking bolt 58 of the cylinder lock Z can enter. A spacer ring 38 surrounds the neck extension 14 on the bearing bush 30 and can serve or contribute to the resilient holding down of the cover plate 36, which has a central opening 55 penetrated by the neck extension 14.

As can be seen more clearly in FIGS. 2a and 2b, the spring body 40 inserted into the bottom cavity 26 of the stop plate 20 has a gap 41 on the longitudinal sides between support parts 42, which are connected to a web 48 and each have a bridge 44, which in the Longitudinal center carries a nose 46 directed towards a bearing shell 32.

This structure can also be seen in FIG. 3. From this it can be seen in connection with Fig. 1 that the lugs 46 cooperate with locking recesses 52 of a locking bush 50 which is rotatably mounted on the actuating pin 18. The latter is penetrated diagonally by a stop pin 60, the free one Can strike ends on slopes 34, which continue the bearing shells 32 angled. FIGS. 2a and 2b show different stop positions, whereby the actuating pin 18 and therefore the handle main body 11 is 90 o rotatable or pivotable. In the closed position (FIG. 1), the locking bolt 58 guided in a bore 56 of the grip head 12 penetrates a bore 57 of the cover plate 36 in order to enter one of the recesses 28 of the stop body 20.

An embodiment according to FIGS. 4 to 7 also has similar functions with a basically identical construction. Here, however, a stop pin 60 is missing; instead, the locking bush 50 is provided with two diametrically opposed lugs 54 which protrude into the depth of the stop plate 20 and can come to rest against the bevels 34. 6a, 6b and 6c that the lugs 54 can sit between adjacent locking recesses 52, but the invention also takes into account arrangements, wherein at least one lug 54 assumes the same angular position as a locking recess 52 of the locking bush 50. It is only by exchanging suitable locking bushes 50 on the actuating pin 18 that different customer requests can be taken into account in an extremely economical manner during the final assembly of the window handle 10. An ordinary locking bushing 50 without stop elements can then also be used (FIG. 8), so that the pivoting angle limitation of the main body part 11 is eliminated, but the locking functions are fully retained. Retrofitting is possible at any time.

The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments; rather, numerous modifications are possible without departing from the principle of the invention. It can be seen, however, that a window handle 10 is preferably used, which has a neck attachment 14 with a square hole 16 rotatably mounted in a stop plate 20 on a handle head 12 for receiving an actuating pin 18 and can have a recess 13 for a cylinder lock Z, which engages in the closed state with an axially displaceable locking pin 58 in a recess 28 of the stop plate 20. This accommodates a locking lug spring body 40 in a floor cavity 26, which cooperates with a locking bush 50, which is arranged on the actuating pin 18 in a rotationally fixed manner and has recesses 52. A stop element 60; 54 on or next to the locking bush 50 causes an angular limitation for the handle 10 on oblique or curved counter surfaces 34 in the stop plate 20. Thus, directly in front of the locking bush 50, a stop pin 60 can push the actuating pin 18 diagonally through. Alternatively, the locking bush 50 has one or two lugs 54 arranged diagonally to the actuating pin 18, in particular directed into the depth of the stop plate 20, which can sit between two adjacent locking recesses 52 of the locking bush 50 or also at circumferential points, the angular position of which corresponds to a locking recess 52.

All of the features and advantages arising from the claims, the description and the drawing, including structural details and spatial arrangements, can be essential to the invention both individually and in the most varied of combinations.
