Claims (21)
- Gasbrenner mit Überwachungsthermoelement, enthaltend einen Träger (4), in welchem ein Sitz (38) für ein Thermoelement (42) vorgesehen ist, zur Beaufschlagung eines Elektromagneten (18) eines Elements (22) eines Sicherheitsventils,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem genannten Sitz (38) ein Isolierelement (46, 106, 116) aufgenommen ist, welches mit einem Stecker (48, 104, 118) versehen ist, daß der Stecker dauerhaft mit dem genannten Elektromagneten (18) verbunden ist und mit einem Pol an dem unteren Ende des genannten Thermoelements (42) verbindbar ist, wenn dieses in den genannten Sitz (38) von oben eingeführt ist, und daß das Thermoelement (42) mit seiner Seitenwand, an welcher der andere Pol endet, mit der Seitenwand des Sitzes (38) in Kontakt steht. - Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (4) die Form eines Bechers aufweist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in dem Träger (4) vorgesehene Sitz (38) als eine zylindrische Aushöhlung ausgebildet ist und eine mit Gewinde versehene Seitenwand aufweist, in welche ein mit einem Gewinde versehener Bereich des Thermoelements (42) soweit eingeschraubt ist. bis der am Ende vorhandene Pol mit einem korrespondierenden Stecker (48, 104, 118) in Kontakt gelangt, der in dem Isolierelement (46, 106, 116) angeordnet ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isolierelement (46) einen Streifen (48) trägt, welcher mit dem genannten Elektromagnet (18) verbunden ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (4) einen seitlichen Ansatz (96) aufweist, in welchem in einer Position vertikal unter dem Sitz des Thermoelements (42) ein Sitz (98) für einen Stecker (100) vorgesehen ist, welcher aus zwei voneinander elektrisch isolierten Teilen (102, 104) gebildet wird, nämlich einen äußeren Teil (102) zu seiner Befestigung in dem genannten Sitz (98) und einem inneren, als Stecker (104) ausgebildeten Teil, welcher mit dem unteren Pol des Thermoelements (42) verbindbar ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Teile (102, 104) des Steckers (100) jeweils mit einer Umhüllung (110) und einem Kern (108) eines mit dem Elektromagneten (18) verbundenen Koaxialkabels (50) verbunden sind.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (4) eine Aufnahme (112) aufweist, welche seitlich zum Einschieben eines elastischen U-Stücks (114) offen ausgebildet ist, welches einen gegenüber dem Sitz (38) des Thermoelements (42) angeordnet ist und mit einem Endstück (118) versehen ist, welches von dem übrigen Teil des elastischen U-Stücks (114) isoliert ist und mit dem Elektromagneten (18) verbunden ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Ende des Thermoelements (42) und der Stecker (48, 104, 118) mit Silber platiert sind.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isolierelement (46) auf dem Träger (4) durch Aufschieben befestigt ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Dichtungselement (43) zwischen dem Thermoelement (42) und dem oberen Ende des Sitzes (38) des Trägers (4) angeordnet ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (4) mit einem zusätzlichen Sitz (36) für eine Zündkerze (40) versehen ist, welche von oben in jenen einführbar ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein federnder Clip (44) zur Schnappverbindung der Zündkerze (40) in dem zusätzlichen Sitz (36) vorgesehen ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zusätzliche Sitz (36) für die Zündkerze (40) eine mit einem Innengewinde versehene zylindrische Ausnehmung aufweist, in welche die genannte Zündkerze eingeschraubt werden kann.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Träger (4) ein Brennerkörper (58) angeordnet ist, welcher eine axiale Zuführung (60) gegenüber einer Düse (24) aufweist, welche auf der Basis des genannten Trägers angeordnet ist, und daß ein oberer Trägerteil für einen Flammenteiler (88) vorgesehen ist, wobei die untere Wand der genannten axialen Zuführung mit einer Anzahl von Öffnungen (62) versehen ist, mit welchen ein Ring (64) verbunden ist, welcher mit der gleichen Anzahl von Öffnungen (66) versehen ist und in seiner Winkelposition relativ zu der genannen axialen Zuführung (60) einstellbar ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schraube (70) mit der Zuführung (60) des Brennerkörpers (58) verbunden ist, um den Einstellring (64) in die gewünschte Winkelposition bezüglich der Zuführung (60) einzustellen.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden des becherförmigen Trägers (4) wenigstens zwei Füße (6) für eine Bajonettverbindung des genannten Trägers (4) in zugeordneten Öffnungen (14) aufweist, welche in der Basis (10) des Gerätes (12) zum Kochen vorgesehen sind.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (4) am Umfang einen Flansch (52) zum Tragen des Kochgerätes (12) aufweist und ferner eine Umfangsnut (54) oberhalb des genannten Flansches zur Befestigung eines geschlitzten Rings (56) aufweist, mittels welchem das genannte Kochgerät (12) mit dem genannten Träger (4) verbindbar ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dichtung (53) aus Silikongummi vorgesehen ist, welche zwischen dem Flansch (52) des Trägers (4) und dem Kochgerät (12) angeordnet ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Träger (4) und in dem oberen Teil des Brennergehäuses (58) zwei verdickte Bereiche (32, 34) vorgesehen sind, in welchen zwei Sitze (36, 38) für die Zündkerze (40) und für das Thermoelement (42) vorgesehen sind, welche innerhalb des Umfangs des Flammenteilers (88) angeordnet ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (22) des Sicherheitsventils und der Sitz für den Elektromagnet (18) direkt in den Träger (4) eingeformt sind.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromagnet (18) des Sicherheitsventil-Elements (22) innerhalb eines Sitzes angeordnet ist, welcher direkt unterhalb des Sitzes (38) für das Thermoelement (42) vorgesehen ist.
