Claims (10)
- Ein wiederverschließbarer Öffnungsbauteil (10), welcher umfaßta) einen kontinuierlichen Flansch (12), welcher eine Ausgußöffnung (14) bildet, wobei der genannte Flansch (12) einen Saum (16) aufweist, welcher sich außerhalb von der genannten Ausgußöffnung (14) erstreckt und eine untere Seite (116) aufweist; undb) einen Deckel (18), um beim Einnehmen einer geschlossenen Position die genannte Ausgußöffnung (14) zu verschließen und welcher am genannten Öffnungsbauteil (10) schwenkbar gelagert ist;- wobei der genannte Deckel (18) einen Stopfen (50) umfaßt, der eine untere Seite (52) aufweist, welche sich vom genannten Deckel (18) in die genannte Ausgußöffnung (14) erstreckt,- wobei der genannte Stopfen (50) mit dem genannten Deckel (18) permanent verbunden ist; wobei der genannte Öffnungsbauteil (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß- der genannte Saum (16) sich an der Basis (17) des genannten Flansches (12) befindet,- die genannte untere Seite (52) sich in derselben Ebene mit der genannten unteren Seite (116) des genannten Saumes (16) befindet, während sich der genannte Deckel (18) in der genannten geschlossenen Position befindet; und die untere Seite (52) des genannten Stopfens (50) in die genannte Ausgußöffnung (14) bewegbar ist, während der genannte Deckel (18) in der genannten geschlossenen Position verbleibt.
- Ein wiederverschließbarer Öffnungsbauteil (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Stopfen (50) und der genannte Deckel (18) als getrennte Elemente beigestellt sind, welche in der Form von teleskopartigen Flanschen (19, 54) mit verriegelnden gegenüberliegenden Säumen (21, 56) verbunden sind.
- Ein wiederverschließbarer Öffnungsbauteil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Deckel (18) gegenüber der Seite, wo der genannte Deckel (18) am genannten Flansch (12) schwenkbar ist, einen Öffnungshebel (20) aufweist, wobei der genannte Öffnungshebel (20) mit dem genannten Deckel (18) entlang einer Achse derart verbunden ist, daß während des Öffnens des genannten Deckels (18) ein erstes Ende (23) des genannten Hebels (20) durch Anheben eines zweiten Endes (25) des genannten Hebels (20) den genannten Stopfen (50) in die genannte Ausgußöffnung (14) bewegt.
- Ein wiederverschließbarer Öffnungsbauteil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Stopfen (50) die gleiche Form wie die genannte Ausgußöffnung (14) aufweist und im wesentlichen koextensiv mit der genannten Ausgußöffnung (14) ist.
- Ein wiederverschließbarer Öffnungsbauteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Öffnungsbauteil (10) weiters eine Ausgußtülle (24) umfaßt, wobei die genannte Ausgußtülle (24) sich vorzugsweise vom genannten Flansch (12) über den Rand des genannten Saumes (16) hinaus erstreckt und sich in einem Winkel befindet, um die Flüssigkeit zurück in die genannte Ausgußöffnung (14) zu lenken.
- Ein wiederverschließbarer Öffnungsbauteil (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Öffnungsbauteil (10) aus Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polystyrol oder Mischungen derselben hergestellt ist.
- Ein wiederverschließbarer flüssigkeitsdichter Behälter, welcher eine Oberseite aufweist und aus einem Laminatmaterial (30) hergestellt ist, wobei das genannte Laminatmaterial (30) eine bezeichnete Öffnungsausnehmung (38) umfaßt, welche durch Entfernen des Laminats (30) in der genannten bezeichneten Öffnungsausnehmung (38) von der genannten Oberseite auf anfängliches Öffnen des genannten Behälters hin geöffnet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er weiters einen der Öffnungsbauteile (10) der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 umfaßt, und dadurcha) daß der genannte bezeichnete Öffnungsbauteil angeordnet ist, um der genannten Öffnungsausnehmung (38) zu entsprechen, und entlang dem genannten Saum (16) mit der Außenseite des genannten Behälters durch eine endlose flüssigkeitsdichte Dichtung verbunden ist undb) daß der genannte Boden (52) des genannten Stopfens (50) am genannten Laminatmaterial (30) in der genannten bezeichneten Öffnungsausnehmung (38) befestigt ist.
- Ein wiederverschließbarer flüssigkeitsdichter Behälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Behälter ein Quader ist.
- Ein wiederverschließbarer flüssigkeitsdichter Behälter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte endlose flüssigkeitsdichte Dichtung und die genannte Befestigung zwischen dem genannten Stopfen (50) und dem genannten Laminatmaterial (30) durch Aufschmelzklebstoff, Schweißen oder Kombinationen daraus beigestellt ist.
- Ein wiederverschließbarer flüssigkeitsdichter Behälter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Laminatmaterial (30) eine äußere flüssigkeitsdichte Sperrschichte (32) umfaßt, welche an eine strukturelle Stabilitätsschichte (36) laminiert ist, welche vorzugsweise aus Papier oder Karton hergestellt ist, welche an eine gas- und/oder flüssigkeitsdichte Sperrschichte (34) laminiert ist.
