Derartige Spannvorrichtungen sind bekannt und bedürfen insoweit keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Nachweises. Dieser Rechts-Links-Adapter wird mit seinem Rechtsgewinde in die Kolbenstange des Betätigungszylinders eingeschraubt, während das Linkgsgewinde in das Anlenkstück eingeschraubt wird. Eine derartige Verbindung wird aus zwei Gründen benötigt:

Die genaue und gewonnene Einstellung muß dann allerdings durch Kontermuttern fixiert werden, was jedoch die Gefahr einer tatsächlichen Verdrehung in sich birgt. Da diese Verbindung zwischen dem Ende der Kolbenstange und dem Zwischenglied (Kniehebel) herstellungs- und montageaufwendig ist, liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Spannvorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art dahingehend zu verbessern bzw. zu vereinfachen, daß das Anlenkstück unter Ausschluß einer Kolbenverdrehung mit Kolbenfreßgefahr als Folge direkt an der Kolbenstange, d.h., ohne Rechts-Links-Adapter, befestigt werden kann.

Sofern die Kolbenstange mit seitlichen Führungsrollen und das Kopfstück mit Führungsnuten ausgestattet ist, was die Regel ist, laufen diese Führungsnuten nicht offen aus, sondern sind geschlossen gehalten, wobei dar Schließsteg den Endanschlag bildet.
Bezüglich der "direkten" Verbindung des Anlenkstückes mit dem freien Kolbenstangenende ist entweder die Kolbenstange mit einem Gewindezapfen versehen, und das Anlenkstück wird aufgeschraubt oder das mit einem Gewindezapfen versehene Anlenkstück wird in ein Gewindeloch der Kolbenstange eingeschraubt.
Um das Anlenkstück fest aufschrauben zu können, ist ferner die Kolbenstange im Bereich ihres aus dem Betätigungszylinder herausstehenden Endbereiches mit Maulschlüsselansatzflanken versehen.
Bezüglich der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist darauf hinzuweisen, daß zwar die Einzelelemente bzw. Einzelmerkmale der Gesamtkombination, nämlich Ovalzylinder, drehbare Verbindung zwischen Ovalkolben und Kolbenstange, Anlenkstück direkt am Ende (ohne Zwischenadapter) der Kolbenstange angeordnet, an sich bekannt sind, wozu auf folgende Dokumente zu verweisen ist: US-A-2 983 256, DE-A-33 35 916, DE-A-32 42 788 und EP-A-0 313 947. Die Gegenstände dieser Dokumente sind jedoch auf andere Sachverhalte gerichtet, d.h., in Kombination umfassende und einschlägige Beziehungen insgesamt zwischen Anlenkstück, Kolbenstange und Kolben und einem Endstellungsanschlag am Kopfstück sind in diesen Dokumenten jedoch nicht angesprochen.

A clamping arrangement, comprising a fork-type header (1) having a clamping arm (2) swivably arranged thereon which, through an intermediate member (3) and an articulated element (4), on the end of the piston rod (5) of an actuating cylinder (6) arranged on the header (1) and being of a flat and oval-type cross-section, is pivotally connected to the piston rod (5),
    characterised by the combination of the following features: the articulated element (4) is rigidly arranged on the end (5') of the piston rod (5) with no intermediate element employed; the piston rod (5) is axially secured yet rotatably and sealingly connected to the flat and oval-shaped piston (7) within the conforming flat and oval-shaped actuating cylinder (6); and a stationary or adjustable end position stop (8) is arranged on the header (1).
  2. A claming arrangement, comprising a fork-type header (1) with a clamping arm (2) swivably arranged thereon and, through an intermediate member (3) and an articulated element (4), on the end of the piston rod (5) of an actuating cylinder (6) of a flat and oval-shaped cross-section and arranged on the header (1), is pivotally connected to the piston rod (5),
    characterised by the combination of the following features: the articulated element (4), on the end (5') of the piston rod (5) is axially secured yet rotatably connected to the piston rod (5); the piston rod (5) is rigidly connected to the oval-shaped piston (7) and a stationary or adjustable end position stop (8) is provided on the header (1).
