Description

The invention relates to a method for the preparation, in a single operation, of a soft spool of reattached false-twisted polyamide textured yarn; it also relates to an improved false-twist texturing machine for the implementation of this process.

As we know, when we want to dye a spool of textured yarn by false twist, especially in polyamide, it is essential, so that the dye bath can penetrate the heart of the spool, that it is soft, it i.e. has a low winding density. In practice, the density must make a fair compromise with the resistance of the winding to allow subsequent manipulations.

In a first embodiment, the textured thread is unwound on skeins which are dyed in a known manner. This technique gives excellent results, but since it calls for a succession of discontinuous winding and rewinding operations, the yield is low. This results in a high production cost.

The Applicant has been selling for a few years under the name "DT 320-51", a double twist machine which allows continuous retraction and soft rewinding of a previously textured yarn. Again, if coils are obtained which are sufficiently soft to be suitable for subsequent dyeing, this process is still discontinuous and does not allow rewinding speeds greater than one hundred and fifty (150) meters / minute to be achieved. It follows that despite the success, this technique is still expensive.

We tried to make soft coils on the false-twist machine itself. In practice, it is not possible to have supercharges greater than ten percent (10%), at least at current texturing speeds (five hundred meters and more), which is insufficient to produce soft coils.

The invention overcomes these drawbacks. It aims at a process which makes it possible, at speeds clearly above 150 meters / minute and possibly up to 1000 meters / minute, to continuously carry out the texturing, then the rewinding of polyamide yarn in the form of windings sufficiently soft to be easily dyed, while preserving the maximum elasticity of these textured yarns.

  • . à amener un fil multifilamentaire de polyamide à un premier délivreur ;
  • . à soumettre ce fil à un traitement de texturation par fausse torsion par passage dans un premier four, puis dans une broche de texturation, disposés dans l'ordre entre le premier délivreur et un deuxième délivreur ;
  • . à soumettre ce fil texturé à un traitement de refixage par relaxation pendant le passage dans un second four disposé entre ce deuxième délivreur et un troisième délivreur;

  • en ce que entre la sortie du deuxième délivreur et l'entrée du deuxième four, on interpose un autre délivreur dont la vitesse est légèrement inférieure à la vitesse du deuxième délivreur ;
  • en ce que dans cette zone comprise entre le deuxième délivreur et cet autre délivreur, on soumet le fil texturé légèrement relaxé à l'action d'un jet d'entrelaçage ;
This improved process for the preparation of a soft winding of textured false twisted polyamide textured yarn, which consists continuously:
  • . feeding a polyamide multifilament yarn to a first deliverer;
  • . subjecting this yarn to a texturing treatment by false twist by passing through a first oven, then through a texturing spindle, arranged in order between the first deliverer and a second deliverer;
  • . subjecting this textured yarn to a relaxation reattachment treatment during the passage through a second oven disposed between this second deliverer and a third deliverer;
  • . and finally, to rewind the reattached textured yarn obtained in the form of a coil,

is characterized :
  • in that between the outlet of the second deliverer and the inlet of the second oven, there is interposed another deliverer whose speed is slightly lower than the speed of the second deliverer;
  • in that in this zone between the second deliverer and this other deliverer, the slightly relaxed textured yarn is subjected to the action of an interlacing jet;
  • and in that the speed of the third deliverer is thirty to sixty percent (30 to 60%) lower than that of the second deliverer, so that the winding obtained is soft and suitable for reel dyeing.

Avantageusement, en pratique:

  • le fil multifilamentaire de polyamide est un fil partiellement étiré dont on complète l'étirage entre le premier et le deuxième délivreurs;
  • le taux de relaxation entre le deuxième et l'autre délivreur est compris entre un et six pourcent (1 et 6 %); en effet, on a observé que si ce taux est inférieur à un pourcent (1 %), le fil est trop tendu pour que l'entrelaçage soit efficace; de même, si ce taux dépasse six pourcent (6 %), il se produit un bourrage à l'intérieur de la buse ou jet d'entrelaçage ;
  • l'entrelaçage est effectué de manière connue par des buses appropriées pour obtenir des fils présentant de vingt à cent noeuds au mètre ;
  • le taux de relaxation dans le deuxième four droit, est compris entre quarante et soixante pourcent (40 et 60 %), ce qui permet d'obtenir, après teinture, du fil présentant une élasticité élevée ; cette solution est d'autant plus surprenante que sans la relaxation avec entrelaçage intermédiaire, il n'est pas possible de réceptionner le fil à des taux supérieurs à dix pourcent (10 %);
Advantageously, in practice:
  • the polyamide multifilament yarn is a partially drawn yarn, the drawing of which is completed between the first and the second deliverers;
  • the relaxation rate between the second and the other deliverer is between one and six percent (1 and 6%); indeed, it has been observed that if this rate is less than one percent (1%), the thread is too tight for the interlacing to be effective; similarly, if this rate exceeds six percent (6%), a jam occurs inside the nozzle or interlacing jet;
  • interlacing is carried out in a known manner by suitable nozzles to obtain threads having from twenty to one hundred knots per meter;
  • the relaxation rate in the second straight oven is between forty and sixty percent (40 and 60%), which makes it possible to obtain, after dyeing, yarn having a high elasticity; this solution is all the more surprising that without relaxation with intermediate interlacing, it is not possible to receive the wire at rates greater than ten percent (10%);
  • near the outlet of the second oven, the relaxed and reattached wire passes over a fixed fixture, which creates an accumulation of thread, just upstream from this fixture.

The invention also relates to a machine for implementing this method.

  • en ce que entre le deuxième délivreur et l'entrée du deuxième four, on dispose un autre délivreur, commandé en synchronisme avec le deuxième et le troisième délivreurs ;
This false twist texturing machine which includes in order:
  • . a first deliverer,
  • . a first texturing oven,
  • . a texturing pin,
  • . a second deliverer,
  • . a second straight fixing oven,
  • . a third deliverer,
  • . a wire winding member in the form of a winding,

is characterized :
  • in that between the second deliverer and the inlet of the second oven, there is another deliverer, controlled in synchronism with the second and the third deliverers;
  • and in that between the second deliverer and this other deliverer, an interlace nozzle is interposed.

Preferably, a fixed fixture around which the wire passes is disposed at the outlet of the second oven, which makes it possible to create an accumulation of wire just upstream of said fixture.

The manner in which the invention can be implemented and the advantages which ensue therefrom will emerge more clearly from the embodiment which follows, supported by the single appended figure which schematically represents a single body of a false-twist texturing machine. refixed, of the type marketed by the Applicant under the name FTF.

In known manner, this machine essentially comprises, in order, a feed block on which is placed the reel (1) of polyamide 6.6 multifilament yarn (2) to be textured. This wire first passes through a first inlet deliverer (3) constituted in a known manner by a train of rollers driven under pressure. By a set of deflection (4), the wire then enters a texturing oven (5), for example from 2 to 2.50 meters in length, so as to bring this wire (2) to a temperature between 200 and 230 ° C. Leaving the oven (5), the wire being textured (6) passes over a cooling plate (7), and from there enters the friction texturing spindle (8), to arrive at a second feeder d 'call (9) identical to (3), but driven in synchronism with it.

According to the characteristic of the invention, the textured yarn (10) then enters another deliverer (11) similar to (9), driven in synchronism with it, but whose peripheral speed is slightly lower than that of (9 ), for example from one to six percent (1 to 6%). According to another characteristic of the invention, on the path between the second deliverer (9) and the other characteristic deliverer (11), the textured thread (10) slightly relaxed, therefore slightly open, is subjected to interlacing by means of 'a conventional nozzle (12), supplied with compressed air under pressure, for example from one to three bars, so as to obtain a usual interlacing for this type of operation of between 20 and 100 knots per meter.

The slightly relaxed and interlaced textured yarn (13) then enters continuously into a straight fixing oven (14), also heated to a temperature between 200 and 230 ° C, the length of which is around 1, 2 to 1.5 meters. The reattached textured yarn (15) then passes at a right angle over a return (16) forming an embarrassment, constituted by a stainless steel bar, then enters the third deliverer (17) similar to (9) and (11), in synchronism with them. The fixed textured yarn (15) is finally rewound at (17) on a spool (18), forming a soft winding of low density.

In a practical embodiment, the alimentary thread (2) is a polyamide 6.6 thread whose titer is between 100 and 150 dtex, stretchable by 1.3 times and the speed ratio between the first deliverer (3) and the second deliverer (9), is set to 1.3, so as to ensure the complementary drawing of this wire in the oven (5).

According to another characteristic of the invention, thanks to this intermediate interlacing relaxation (10-12), it is possible, at usual speeds of between 400 and 800 meters / minute or even more, to relax in the second oven (14) the wire textured (13) from forty to sixty percent (40 to 60%), whereas until now, it has not been possible to effectively relax beyond ten percent (10%). It has been observed that if the relaxation between the second deliverer and the intermediate deliverer (11) is less than one percent (1%), it is not possible to work in the second oven (14) with relaxation rates greater than ten percent (10%). Likewise, if this relaxation is greater than six percent (6%), a jam will occur inside the interlacing nozzle and breakage of thread.

As already said, the relaxation between these two deliverers (9) and (11) must be between one and six percent (1 and 6%), which then surprisingly allows, without any other modification, to reach relaxation rates in the second oven (14) of between forty and sixty percent (40 and 60%), compatible with the production of soft coils (18). Windings (18) are thus obtained, the compactness of which is between 0.10 and 0.30 in density.

As already said, it is important that the reattached wire (15) leaving the second oven (14), passes at right angles to a fixed fixture (16), so as to create just upstream of this fixture (16) an accumulation of thread .

The method and the machine according to the invention are particularly suitable for the production of reattached false-twisted textured polyamide yarns, intended for the manufacture of dyed yarns with high elasticity which can be more particularly used for the production of footwear.
