Abstract

The Special Beach Chair is comprised of the main body (2) (canvas etc.) and two support poles (1), (wood, plastic etc.), which are connected with a stainless steel screw, so that they can be in a crossed position producing a proper lever with the main body (2).

The Special Beach Chair includes also the sun protection shade (3) which is an extension of the upper part of the main body (2) and the pillows (4,5) at the upper and lower part of main body.

The sharp edges of the support poles are inserted in any type of ground and the rounded edges are inserted in the pockets of the main body supporting it.

In this way a proper lever is created balancing the weight of the human body in any position required.

One advantage of this invnention is the simplicity when carried and used, due to the small size and weight.
Its steadiness and comfort which is offered in any kind of surface, the variation of possible seating positions and its low cost complete the other advantages.

The Special Beach Chair is used on ground with sand, pebbles, or grass with great ease so that a comfortable seating position can be obtained suitable for suntan, reading etc.

Description

The invention relates to the Special Beach Chair, that is comprised of the main body, which is one piece of cloth, synthetic material etc., and two support poles, made of wood, plastic, or other material.
On the market many different types of Beach Chairs can be found. These are the ones which are comprised of a foldable structure, which have one disadvantage, the large size and weight, which is a problem, when they need to be moved or used.
On the other hand the Special Beach Chair offers comfort, stability and is practical, when used and moved because the user can choose the position he wants by the weight of his body and only the help of his hands. Once the support poles close, the Special Beach Chair takes up less space and carrying it, is as simple as carrying an ordinary umbrella.
The Special Beach Chair is comprised of the support poles made of wood, or any other material and a piece of cloth, canvas or other material. The support poles are of the same length and diameter, with sharp lower edges, in order to penetrate the ground easily (pebbles, grass, sand etc.) and rounded upper edges, which are inserted in special pockets on the main body. These special pockets are located on the edges of the upper part of the main body, which has a double lining. The lower part of the main body is layed on the ground.
One simple way to present the Special Beach Chair, according to the invention is a pair of support poles, that are connected with a stainless steel screw, which plays the role of a rotation axis. It allows them to obtain a crossed position. This results in the creation of two points of support where the support poles are penetrating the ground, and a third point which is created by the edge of the main body and the weight of the human body.
We must also point out, that this invention has, as extra accessories, the shade for UV protection, made from a wide range of material, and the pillows at the upper and lower part of the main body made of canvas, cloth, plastic etc.
Finally the string that is located at the lower part of the main body, is used to bind the Special Beach Chair, when we fold the main body around the support poles, so that the Special Beach Chair can take up the smallest possible space. This particular Special Beach Chair is a complete structure with the advantages of small size and weight, comfortability and practicality, resistance against the physical factors (wind, salt, sun etc), and low cost in comparison to the ordinary Beach Chair.

One way of carrying out this invention is described with reference to the drawings.
The Special Beach Chair is composed of two support poles (1) figure 4 and the main body (2) figure 3 which can be manufactured from canvas, plastic or cloth of any quality.
There can be also added to this structure the shade (3) figure 3 pillow (4) figure 3 at the upper part of the main body and pillow (5) figure 3 at the lower part.
At last in figure 5, the structure is shown folded and bound with the help of the string (6).

Claims

The Special Beach Chair is comprised of two support poles (1) of the same length and diameter,that are distinguished by sharp edges on one end and rounded edges on the other end and by the stainless steel screw which keeps them in a crossed position so that they penetrate the ground with human help, and providing support for the structure. There is also the main body (2) which is distinguished by the double lining on the upper part with pockets at the ends, so that the rounded edges of the support poles can be inserted.
In accordance with claim 1, the Special Beach Chair features a selection of materials for the support poles that can be made of wood, steel, plastic, or any other durable material, and for the main body (2), which can be also made of different types of material, like canvas, plastic etc.
In accordance with claims 1 & 2, the Special Beach Chair, has an extension of the upper part of the main body (2), which is a sun protection shade (3) and pillows (4,5) at the upper and lower part of the main body (2).
