Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß wenigstens drei Lagerstellen für Exzenter gleicher Exzentrizität mit gleichem radialen Abstand zum Zentrum des Troges vorgesehen sind.
Eine sichere Lagerung und Führung des Troges ist gemäß einer Ausgestaltung dadurch gewährleistet, daß die Lagerstellen untereinander gleiche Teilungsabstände aufweisen. Dies bedeutet, daß bei drei Lagerstellen diese mit einem Winkelabstand von 120° zueinander angeordnet sind.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind vier konzentrisch zur Drehachse des Troges angeordnete und in Winkeln von 90° zueinander beabstandete Lagerstellen vorgesehen.
Eine antriebstechnische Vereinfachung zur Realisierung einer gleichsinnigen Drehrichtung (entgegen oder im Uhrzeigersinn) aller Exzenter wird nach einer Weiterbildung dadurch erreicht, daß die Exzenter mit einem gemeinsamen zentralen Antriebsmittel verbunden sind.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten konkreten Ausführungsform umfaßt dabei das zentrale Antriebsmittel ein Kegelrad-Verteilergetriebe, dessen zentrales Antriebsrad mit einem Antriebsmotor und dessen mit dem Antriebsrad kämmende Kegelräder jeweils mit einer Exzenterwelle verbunden sind.
Eine stabile horizontale Ausrichtung des Troges zur Erzeugung einer lückenlosen wandernden Wirbelschicht ist nach einem weiteren Vorschlag dadurch gewährleistet, daß die Exzenter bezüglich ihrer oberen bzw. unteren Rotationsstellung auf eine einheitliche Phasenlage eingestellt sind.
Besonders günstige Verhältnisse hinsichtlich der Wirbelschichtstabilisierung und der Antriebskinematik werden vorschlagsgemäß dadurch erzielt, daß die Exzenterlagerstellen in der Nähe des Umfangsbereiches des runden Troges vorgesehen sind, wobei nach einer weiteren Ausgestaltung die Exzenterlagerstellen unterhalb der Saugrohrmündungen mit dem Trogboden verbunden sind. Bei dieser antriebstechnischen Gestaltung führen Trogstellen, die auf Kreisen gleicher Radien liegen, jeweils gleiche Bewegungen aus. Der Mittelpunkt des Troges führt entlang der Drehachse ausschließlich eine vertikale Auf- und Abbewegung aus, während Stellen, die auf dem Kreis des Radius der Exzenterlager liegen Kreisbewegungen ausführen. Alle übrigen Stellen des Troges werden auf elliptischen Bahnen bewegt, deren vertikale Achse gleich der doppelten Exzentrizität der Exzenter ist, wogegen deren horizontale Achse ausgehend vom Mittelpunkt des Troges gleich Null mit zunehmender Größe des Radius ebenfalls zunimmt.
Zur Kompensation der bei der oszillierenden Hin- und Her-Drehbewegung des Troges erzeugten radialen Auslenkung der Exzenterlagerung wird die Exzenterlagerstelle nach einem weiteren Vorschlag als den Exzenterzapfen aufnehmendes sphärisches Lager ausgebildet.
Zur Verschleißminderung bei den zwangsläufig auftretenden geringen Axialverschiebungen der Exzenterzapfen innerhalb der Exzenterlagerung können entsprechende, verschleißmindernde Lagerwerkstoffe zum Einsatz kommen, beispielsweise Polyamidhülsen oder dergleichen. Eine weitere Ausführungsform der Erfindung fängt diese zwangsläufigen Exzenterverschiebungen dadurch auf, daß die Exzenterlagerstellen über ein Drehgelenk mit dem Trog verbunden sind. Dadurch, daß die Drehachse des Drehgelenks quer zur Exzenterachse verläuft, können bei axialer Fixierung des Exzenterzapfens seitliche Auslenkkräfte durch eine entsprechende Schwenkbewegung des Drehgelenks in Radialrichtung des Troges aufgefangen werden.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform münden die Saugrohre entlang einer gemeinsamen konzentrischen Kreislinie über dem Trogboden.

Die pneumatische Beschickungsvorrichtung weist einen runden Trog 1 auf, der über einen zentralen Verteilkegel 2 durch ein Zuführmittel in Form eines Fallrohres 3 mit Schnittabak versorgt wird. Der in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 4 bzw. 6 oszillierend antreibbare Trog 1 ist seitlich gegenüber einer feststehenden, umschließenden Gehäusewand 7 durch einen Faltenbalg 8 abgedichtet.
Auf gleichem Radius kreisförmig um den Verteilkegel 2 bzw. um das Zentrum oder die Drehachse 9 des Troges 1 herum münden zahlreiche Saugrohre 11 oberhalb des horizontalen ringförmigen Trogbodens 12.
Der Trog 1 ist direkt auf vier in vertikaler Ebene (Pfeile 13) rotierenden Antriebsexzentern 14 mit gleichgroßer Exzentrizität seiner Exzenterzapfen 15 gelagert, deren Lagerstellen 16 jeweils ein mit dem Trogboden 12 verbundenes Drehgelenk 17 mit quer zur Exzenterachse verlaufender Drehachse sowie ein sphärisches Lager 18 umfassen. Die vier Lagerstellen 16 sind im äußeren Bereich des Troges 1 im wesentlichen unterhalb der Saugrohrmündungen der Saugrohre 1 angeordnet, und zwar jeweils um 90° versetzt zueinander auf einer gemeinsamen Kreislinie bzw. mit gleichem radialen Abstand zur Drehachse 9 des Troges 1.
Die kreuzweise zueinander verlaufenden Exzenter-Antriebswellen 19, von denen lediglich drei dargestellt sind, sind jeweils mit einem Kegelrad 21 bestückt, welche gemeinsam mit einem mit ihnen kämmenden Antriebsrad 22 ein zentrales Kegelrad-Verteilergetriebe 23 bilden. Das Antriebsrad 22 wird von einem Antriebsmotor 24 angetrieben. Ein die genannten Antriebselemente tragender Rahmenträger 26 stützt sich über eine Federlagerung 27 an einem ortsfesten Gestell 28 ab.
Mit 29 ist eine sich im Betriebszustand des Troges 1 über dem horizontalen Trogboden 12 ausbildende Tabak-Wirbelschicht bezeichnet, aus der heraus der Tabak bei Bedarf bzw. bei Anforderung durch eine oder mehrere Zigarettenmaschinen über die Saugrohre 11 abgefördert wird. Sowie entsprechnde Saugrohre 11 aktiviert werden, gibt ein an ihnen angeordneter Unterdruckschalter 31 ein Signal zur Inbetriebnahme des Trogantriebes. Dabei sind die mit gleicher Geschwindigkeit gleichsinnig drehenden Antriebsexzenter 14 so eingestellt, daß die Exzenterzapfen 15 immer zur gleichen Zeit ihre obere bzw. untere Endlage erreichen.
Eine lückenlose bzw. durch Tabakausbreitung in alle Richtungen, insbeondere in Kreisbahnrichtung, permanent aufgefüllte bzw. nach Entnahme immer wieder geschlossene Tabak-Wirbelschicht 29 wird durch folgende, dem Trog 1 durch die erfindungsgemäße Exzenterlagerung aufgezwungene Bewegungsform erreicht:
Der Trog 1 vollführt eine Auf- und Abbewegung mit der zweifachen Amplitude bzw. der doppelten Exzentrizität der Antriebsexzenter 14, die von einer gleichzeitigen oszillieren Hin- und Her-Drehbewegung um die Trogachse 9 überlagert wird. Dadurch ändert sich die Bewegungsform der einzelnen Trogpunkte vom Zentrum nach außen hin. Während der Mittelpunkt einer Auf- und Abbewegung ausführt, vollführen die anderen Trogpunkte elliptische Bahnkurven. Dabei ist die vertikale Halbachse vom Betrag her immer gleich der Exzentrizität, während die horizontale Halbachse vom Mittelpunkt des Troges 1, wo sie Null ist, nach außen hin zunimmt. Claims (11)

  1.
