  • a central offtake and connection station 23 is provided to be buried in the insulating material 11, for connecting, each one to the others, various pieces of cables, pipes and for ensuring connection of feeding means with various uses of ambient, where panels were erected. For instance, if a wall on which panels are erected, presents a space (door, window, etc.), pipe which inside contains cables, etc., should develop according to a vertical and not horizontal direction. In such a case, as well as when panels should approach in correspondence of a corner, presence of a central station 23 is quite necessary, in order to overcome described obstacles.
  • Screws 26 of disks 27 were previsously screwed into plugs 24. After erecting panel 1 in correspondence of slides 6 and hollows 4, screws 26 are unscrewed, so that hollow 4 adheres against slides 6. After arranging a panel 1, a further is erected sideways, so that projection 9 fits inside recess 8. So arranged panels 1 result quite well fixed in their position, as hexagonal disks 27 with screws 26 press panels against ceiling, hollow 4 is fixed with screws to slide 6, whereas vertical fastening, i.e. impossibility for panel to be displaced according to vertical planes, is ensured thanks to projections 9 inserted into recesses 8, said projections and recesses having function to get integral each panel 1 to the next one.
  • panel according to the present invention can be used as partition element for internal ambiences, as well as for old buildings to be restored, where electrical connections, cold and hot water pipes should be restored or, more frequently, installed "ex novo".
  • said panel can be used also as an external wall, where its external side is protected with coat and thereon with a thin layer of waterproof coating.
  • cost for completing a room with walls is substantially reduced with respect to traditional solutions taking into account also that said walls can contain seats for electrical cables, for pipes, etc.

  • prefab panel according to the invention is complete, starting from function of partition panel for internal ambience, from restoring old buildings, to protection of a room from outstide and, at last, also as a ceiling.
  • a prefab panel 37 according to the invention can be joined to other panels or to a wall, both vertically disposed with respect to first panel 37, by means of a junction element 38, which comprises a central body 39 (Fig.6) and at least one tooth 41.
  • Figs.6,7 show junction element 38 provided with two teeth 41, which allow panel 37 to be joined to two panels 42,43 (or to a wall made of two elements 42,43) which are vertically disposed with respect to panel 37.
  • Panels or elements 42,43 may represent a first main direction 44 of, for instance, an external wall, whereas panel 37 may represent a partition internal element of a room.
  • Central body 39 of junction element 38 comprises a front part 46, which is aligned with external face of panels, elements 42,43 and an internal projection, which is made of two arms 47. They represent actual junction means of element 38 to prefab panel 37, as they are welded to a U-shaped plate 48, which enclose the end of panel 37 along its vertical development.
  • Junction element 38 is made of a metal plate, likewise plate 48.
  • Both panels, elements 42,43 and panel 37 may be coated with plasters, tiles, not represented in the drawings, for protection at first of external, and also of internal surfaces of panels, walls, for a thermic and acoustic insulation and at last for standardize their appearance, as different materials are present in the walls to be erected.
  • Panels, elements 42,43 present, in correspondence of teeth 41, a plate 49, which is adapted to develop according a complementary profile of teeth 41 and adapted to enclose the ends of panels, elements 42,43. Practically, panels 37,42,43 arrive to building yard with plates 48,49 fixed to their ends.
  • Panels, elements 42,43 are merely connected with plate 49 within teeth 41, plate 48 of panel 37 is welded to arm 47, causing, in such a way, a rigid connection with junction element 38.
  • This one can be filled with thermically and acoustically insulating material, before erecting panels or walls, especially if panels, elements 42,43 are external.
  • junction element 38 is a corner element, instead of a connection of a panel 9 with a wall, the same element 38 will result more simple, i.e. its profile will develop according just one simple fixed joint (for instance, the left tooth 41 within panel 42 in Fig.7), whereas the right end will be limited by a line corresponding to short dashes line 51.
  • Junction element 38 of panel according to the invention will be adapted not only for connecting internal with external elements, but also for connecting internal panels each to other, both in case of just partition elements and in case of load bearing ones.
  • junction element of panel according to the invention may be manufactured through a process, which provides following working phases:
  • Arms 47 are welded to plates 48 directly in building yard.
  • Panels, elements 42,43 are made, especially if they are just external walls, of insulating (thermic, acoustic) materials, whereas panels 37 may be made of insulating material, or of just partition material.
