Claims (11)

  1. Fliesenschneidmaschine der Art umfassend eine verhältnismäßig flache, im wesentlichen rechteckige, erweiterte Unterlage (1) mit einer Trägerstruktur, von deren oberen Oberfläche (11) zwei, im wesentlichen an den Körperenden angeordnete hohe Stützen (12, 12') emporragen, mit einer dazwischenliegenden, im wesentlichen ihre Füße verbindenden Klinge oder Keil (3) für die aufzusetzende Fliese (P); eine flächenähnliche Platte (4) mit einer senkrechten elastischen Federung, mit einer Ruhestellung in der Horizzontalebene der Klinge oder des Keiles (3); ein rechtwinkliges einstellbares Meßlineal (5), das um einen Anlenkzapfen (50) schwenkbar und im wesentlichen zur genannten flächenähnlichen Platte (4) benachbart ist; eine auf den genannten Stützen (12, 12') aufliegende Brückenführung (6), wobei eines (6') ihrer Enden an einer Stütze (12) derart befestigt ist, daß ihr Niveau einstellbar ist, und das andere der anderen Stütze (12') zugeordnete Ende (6'') durch einen Kontrollgriff (7) und einem komplementären Gegengriff (7') vorteilhafterweise entgegen einer Feder (70) mit Kraft angetrieben werden kann; wobei die genannte Brückenführung (6) aus zwei balkenähnlichen parallelen Schienen (60, 60') besteht, die für eine Führung für einen Einkerbwerkzeugträgers (8) bilden, und jede Schiene oder jeder Balken (60, 60') mit einem kreuzweise, um eine gemeinsame rechtwinklige Achse (90) angelenkten, schuhänhlichen Drücker (9, 9') versehen ist; wobei die Kombination für eine Anordnung zum Halten einer Fliese während einer leichten Einkerbung und einem harten Schneiden bildet, mit von den genannten schuhänhlichen Drücker (9, 9') in vier Punkten (66) ausgeübter seitlicher Wirkung und mit von der Klinge (3) im wesentlichen in zwei Punkten (33) ausgeübter zentraler Rückwirkung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß: der Einkerbwerkzeugträger (8) zur Art der Druckgattung gehört und mit einem in einem Bereich von 0,5 m von der Lage der genannten Griffe (7, 7') bedienbaren Kontrollglied (80) versehen ist, um die Einspannung der Fliese während der leichten Einkerbung und des harten Schneidens zu kontrollieren; der genannte Anlenkzapfen (50) des Meßlineals (5) in einer festen Lage auf der Unterlage (1) in der Nähe der Projektion der Draufsicht des Körpers des Einkerbwerkzeugträgers (8) am Ende des Einkerbhubes befestigt ist, wobei ein Winkelmeßabschnitt (51) koaxial zum genannten Anlenkzapfen (50) ist; die genannten schuhähnlichen Drücker (9, 9') eine Länge aufweisen, die nicht kürzer ist als ein Drittel des tatsächlichen Hubes des Einkerbwerkzeugträgers (8) oder der Führung (60, 60') und deren Anlenkzentrum oder Anlenkachse (90) etwa im Mittelpunkt des Viereckes angeordnet ist, dessen Diagonale dem Hub des Einkerbwerkzeugträgers (8) oder der Werkzeugträgerführung (60, 60') entspricht, wobei für Seitenlängen größer als 43 cm die schuhähnlichen Drücker (9, 9') jeweils mit drei Druckpunkten (66, 66', 66) versehen sind, von denen der mittlere (66') sich auf einem etwas höheren Niveau als die anderen Druckpunkte befindet; die untere Auflageklinge (3) aus Segmenten (33, 33') besteht, wobei diese Segmente (33') am von den Griffen (7, 7') entfernten Ende des Blockes eine etwas tiefere Auflagehöhe aufweisen und für eine Rückwirkung zur bloßen Einkerbkraft bestimmt sind; und die mit vertikaler elastischer Federung versehene, flächenähnliche Platte (4), die auf Stoßdämpfer (40) liegt, ist in der Mitte ihrer Längsseiten mit einem sich über die Hälfte der Länge des Meßlineals erstreckenden Lagerarm (41, 41') versehen.
  2. Serie von fünf Maschinen nach Anspruch 1, jeweils zum Schneiden von Fliesen mit seitlichen oder diagonalen Höchstmaßen von 92, 62, 50, 43, 31, 5 cm, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre Struktur und Abmessungen in cm der Hauptteile von (a) bis (f) die folgenden sind: a b c d e f 92 32 30 107 77 17,5 62 32 30 77 77 17,5 50 22 28 64 28 12,5 43 15 25 55 25 8,5 31,5 10 25 44 25 6,5
    worin:
    a = Einkerb- und Schneidlänge.
    b = Abstand zwischen den äußersten Enden der Drücker (9, 9').
    c = Breite der flächenähnlichen Platte (4).
    d = Raumbedarfabmessung des Meßstablineals von der entgegengesetzten Maschinenseite.
    e = Länge des Fliesenträgers.
    f= Abstand des Gelenkpunktes 9'' der Drücker (9, 9') vom Maschinenrand.
  3. Serie von Schneidmaschinen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, um die Tiefe (i) der Einkerbnut (I) zu maximieren, jede Maschine Fliesenklemmmitteln einschließt, die durch Betätigung mit einer Hand auf den Griffen (7, 7') derart angetrieben werden, daß die Fliese bzw. der Werkzeugträger (8) bei schwerer Beanspruchung durch das scheibenähnliche Einkerbwerkzeug (08) ortsfest gehalten wird, und daß das um 92 cm zu verschiebende Kontrollglied (80) des Werkzeugträgers (8) der längeren Maschine (V) eine solche Länge aufweist, daß in Startlage gut über die Griffe (7, 7') vorspringt.
  4. Serie von Schneidmaschinen nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Maschine der Serie entlang der Einkerbstrecke mit Abstützungen (3) zur Aufnahme des Einkerbdrucks versehen ist und die Abstützungen (33) unter den Drückern (9, 9') scharf und sehr hart sind, während diejenigen (33'), die an den äußeren Enden angeordnet sind, eine flachenartige Spitze und einen leicht niedrigeres Niveau aufweisen.
  5. Serie von Schneidmaschinen nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Maschine der Serie mit einem mechanisch vorteilhaften Einkerbwerkzeugträger (8) von der Art der Druckgattung mit Leistungsfähigkeit (U) versehen ist, wobei die Maschine gleitsichere Gummiauflagen (13) aufweist, die sie auch bei Betätigung der Einklemmgriffe (7, 7') ortsfest halten.
  6. Serie von Schneidmaschinen nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 5, wobei jede Maschine der Serie mit einer aus zwei Dreierpunkten (66, 33, 66; 66, 33, 66) bestehenden Kraftanordnung versehen ist, die von schuhähnlichen Drücker (9, 9') mit einer für das Schneiden der Fliese (P) maximisierten Länge (b) gebildet ist, und die Fliese in einer kräftigen Einrichtung für Wirkung (6) und Rückwirkung (3) eingeschlossen ist, die derart dimensioniert ist, daß die Lokalisierung des Kraftsystems mit zwei Dreierpunkten (66, 33, 66; 66, 33, 66) so nahe wie möglich an die Lagerung (12') der Brückenführung (6) ist, um die Lasten der Baueinrichtung für Wirkung (6) und Rückwirkung (3) auf die Maschine gering zu halten.
  7. Verfahren zum Schneiden von Fliesen unter Verwendung der Serie von Maschinen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Maschine zur Optimierung der folgenden Beziehungen angewendet wird,: Y = D i · Z l ;

    wobei als Optimierung gemeint ist, daß zum Schneiden einer gegebenen Fliese mit folgenden Eigenschaften besitzt:
    D = Tiefe der Unebenheiten.
    R = Einkerbwiderstand der Fliese (P).
    R₁ = Schneidwiderstand der Fliese (P),
    die folgende Parameter minimisiert werden:
    J = Vom Benutzer ausgeübte Kraft, um die Einkerbnut (l) zu erhalten.
    J₁ = Vom Benutzer ausgeübte Kraft für den Schnitt (T).
    f= Abstand des Anlenkpunktes 9'' der Drücker (9, 9') vom Maschinenrand.
    Y = Ausweichtendenz der Brechung.
    I = Abstand der Einkerbnut vom Fliesenrand (P),
    während die folgende Parameter maximiert werden:
    W = Vom scheibenähnlichen Werkzeug (08) ausgeübte Kraft

    N = Absoluter Abstand des betrachteten Punktes vom Maschinenende oder von der Auflagelinie der Fliese.
  8. Verfahren zum Schneiden von Fliesen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erzielen von vorteilhaften Verhältnissen und der Lagestellung des Hubes die Werkzeugträgeranordnung (8) derart bemessen ist, daß die zur Betätigung des Werkzeugträgers auf der ganzen Hublänge erforderliche Kraft die Kraft des Benutzers nicht übersteigt, um die Kraft (J) in jedem Punkt über den ganzen Einkerbhub (I) im wesentlichen gleichbleibend zu halten, wodurch eine gleichbleibende Tiefe (i) der Einkerbnut (I) erreicht wird.
  9. Verfahren zum Schneiden von Fliesen nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kräfte (W₁) in inneren Punkten (66) ausgeübt werden, um die Fliese (P) einer den divergierenden Effekt (Y) betreffenden Wirkung eines an beiden Enden gelagerten Balkens auszusetzen, wobei in Übereinstimmung mit der bekannten Gleichung:

    dieser divergierende Effekt (Y) im wesentlichen um 1/4 verringert wird.
  10. Verfahren zum Schneiden von Fliesen nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Maschinen (von I bis V) der Serie derart bemessen und gestaltet sind, daß die Gesamtheit der Fliesenmaße unter fünf Maschinen (von I bis V) verteilt ist, wobei jede dieser Maschinen die Aufgabe hat, Fliesen mit einer dem Hub des Werkzeugträgers (8) gleichen oder kleineren Seite oder Diagonale zu schneiden.
  11. Verfahren zum Schneiden von Fliesen nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilung der Maschinen der Serie nach einer zwei Abszissen (Z und i) und zwei Ordinaten (R₁ und l) aufweisenden graphischen Darstellung (Fig. 6) erfolgt, die die möglichen, in Prozenten ausgedrückten Stärken (R₁) darstellt, über die die Fliese (P) geschnitten wird in Abhängigkeit von tatsächlichen Abständen (Z), die in cm ausgedrückt und zwischen dem Kraftansetzpunkt (66) und dem Fliesenende (P) enthalten sind, sowie in Abhängigkeit der Breite (l), ebenfalls in cm ausgedrückt, des zu schneidenden Bereichs (A) der Fliese (P) und außerdem der möglichen Tiefe (i) der Einkerbnut ausgedrückt in Prozenten und der Unebenheiten,wobei für die Tiefe (i) drei Tiefenabstände gegeben sind: zwei (i, i'') der Einkerbung und ein (D) bezüglich der Unebenheiten.
