Abstract

In a two-part plug fastener for temporarily connecting two carriers (10, 20), a male and a female fastener part are provided. The female fastener part (11) consists of a hole (12) having a defined opening profile in the first carrier (10) designed as a flat structure. In contrast, the male fastener part (21) consists of a base (22), attached to the second carrier (20), and of a handle (30) mounted at the upper end of the base for securing the plug connection. In respect of the opening profile of the hole (12) fitted onto the base (22), the handle (30) can be moved manually between a first release position aligned with the opening profile and a second blocking position projecting partially over the opening profile. In order to improve the plug fastener, it is proposed to construct the handle as a two-arm (31, 32) lever (30) which can be pivoted up and down (37) and whose pivoting plane runs perpendicular to the opening plane (14) of the hole fitted onto the base (22). In this case, in respect of a central line (15) perpendicular to the opening plane (14) of the fitted-on hole (12), the two lever arms (31, 32) are indeed pivoted (38, 38') towards the central perpendicular line (15) in the release position, but are pivoted away from it in the blocking position. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention is directed to a two-part plug closure of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1. Such plug closures consist of male and female locking parts that can be coupled to one another and sit on the two carriers to be fixed to one another. The present plug-in closure is a particularly simply designed, matrix-shaped closure part which only consists of a hole in one carrier. The carrier is preferably designed as a flat structure and, for example, a piece of clothing, a tarpaulin or the like.

In the known closure of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 (EP 0 444 377 A1), the handle of the male-shaped locking part consists of a T-shaped, fixed rod which sits on the base and which is released both in the release position decoupled from the female locking part and in the coupled blocking position always runs parallel to the opening level of the elongated hole. The handling of the closure is made difficult because during coupling and uncoupling of the parts of the known closure, provided all with the closure part patrizenförmigen carrier has to be pivoted through 90 o, which makes some applications of this closure impossible. The elongated hole must be made relatively large, namely at least as large as the outline of the rod-shaped handle. A large hole affects the tightness of the carrier equipped with the matrix-shaped closure and leaves an undesired displacement of the coupled male part in such a large hole.

The invention has for its object to develop a versatile usable plug closure of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1, which is easy to handle and the hole in the female closure part can have small dimensions. This is achieved according to the invention by the measures specified in the characterizing part of claim 1, which have the following special significance.

In the invention, the plane for moving the handle is no longer parallel, but perpendicular to the opening plane of the hole plugged into its base. The handle consists of a lever movable in a vertical plane relative to the carrier, one lever arm of which can be pivoted up and down in the opposite direction to the opposite lever arm. For coupling, the two swivel arms of the lever are first pivoted towards a perpendicular to the opening plane of the plugged-in hole, as a result of which their overall width is considerably reduced. As a result, the hole to be plugged in can have a correspondingly small opening dimension. The carrier equipped with the matrix-shaped closure part according to the invention is provided with a much smaller hole than the handle. The actuation of the lock is very simple because all that is required is to pivot the lever up and down. It is not necessary to move the carrier equipped with the closure part. When coupling, press on the lever's swiveled arm. Then the two lever arms come into a position projecting beyond the hole on both sides; a reliable blocking position of the carrier equipped with the female closure part on the male closure part is achieved.

The plug-in closure according to the invention comprises a matrix-shaped closure part 11 and a male-shaped closure part 21, which in the coupling case are intended to temporarily connect the two carriers 10, 20 provided with them to one another. The matrix-shaped closure part 11 simply consists of a hole 12 in a first support formed as a flat structure 10. In the first exemplary embodiment from FIGS. 1 to 10, the hole has a particularly simple opening profile 13. As FIG. 10 shows, it is designed as a circular opening. On the viewing side, the hole 12 defines an opening plane 14, which is shown in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2. The hole 12 provided in the carrier 10 is provided with edge reinforcements. In addition, the flange of an eyelet 18 lies on the underside of the carrier web 10, the hollow shaft of which extends through the hole 12 in the carrier and the hollow shaft end of which lies on the face side of the carrier 10 is crimped with a washer 19 supported there.

The male part 20, as can be seen from the exploded view of FIG. 1, consists of two parts, in addition to the associated fastening part 40, namely a base 22 on the one hand and a special handle 30 pivotably mounted on the upper end 23 of the base. The handle is a two-armed lever 30, for which a bearing block 24 with its two cheeks 24, best seen in FIGS. 3 and 4, protrudes at the upper end 23 of the base. For pivot mounting, the lever 30 has stepped bearing journals 35. The associated bearing receptacles in the two cheeks 24 of the bearing block arise from the upper regions of grooves 64 indicated in FIG. 4, which are part of a U-shaped axial recess 65 in the base 22.

The base 22 comprises a flange 66 which, as shown in FIG. 1, is supported on the front side 28 of the support 20 in the case of assembly and from which a plug-in section 25 extends with an approximately circular outline. The flat plateau of the flange 66 is highlighted in FIGS. 3 and 10 by tight hatching. The fastening part 40 here consists of a so-called "pointed pin", the end flange 42 of which, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 8, is supported on the rear side 29 of the carrier 20. The shaft 41 of this point pin 40 penetrates the carrier 20 in the case of assembly and moves into an axial bore 67 of the base 22, where a conical anchoring tip 43 digs into the material of the base 22. The base 22 and the handle 30 are advantageously made of plastic.

The inclined surfaces 71 shown in FIG. 6 in connection with the bearing pins 35 which only moderately protrude over the longitudinal edges 68 enable snap mounting with the base 22 vertical pressure and corresponding deformation work on the bearing journal 35, these can snap into the bearing receptacles 64 of the two bearing block cheeks 24. The bearing block has corresponding cheeks 24 which converge to one another. The bearing pins finally snap due to elastic deformation 35 into the bearing receptacles 64 and there determine the pivot axis 36 illustrated in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 5. The bearing receptacles 64 in the two cheeks 24 of the bearing block result from the fact that the axial grooves 64 are delimited by a heel surface 69 which can best be seen in FIG. 1 4, and is highlighted in FIG. 3 by wide hatching. The pivot axis 36 is parallel to the face 28 of the carrier 20 or parallel to the flat base flange 66. The lever 30, as shown in FIG. 8, can thus be pivoted in the direction of the arrow 37. The drawing plane of FIG. 8 is thus the swivel plane of the lever 30 and is illustrated in FIG. 10 as a chain line 37. This pivot plane 37 is perpendicular to the face 28 of the carrier 20, which, like the carrier 10, here made of a flat structure, for. B. a textile web. On both sides of the pivot axis 36, different lever arms 31, 32 result on the lever 30 with regard to function and length.

In a first working position illustrated in FIG. 8, the lever 30 is pivoted at most to the line shown in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 8, which is the perpendicular perpendicular 15 to the front end of the base 22. One particularly short lever arm 31 is pivoted towards the base in the direction of the arrow 38 there, while the other lever arm 32, which is correspondingly many times longer, is pivoted away from the base in the direction of the arrow 38 '. The long lever arm 32 serves to actuate the lever, which is why its end 34 can be referred to as the "actuating end". 8 brought both the short lever end 33 and the opposite actuating end 34 of the long lever arm 32 into a position as close as possible to the perpendicular perpendicular 15. In this working position, it is possible to use the above-described female locking part 11 from the decoupling position shown in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 8 in the sense of the coupling arrows 70 there, in the coupling position shown in full line in FIG. 8, to be plugged onto the base 22. For this purpose, the hole 12 of the die-shaped closure part 11 is threaded over the pivoted actuating end 34 of the lever 30 until the edge reinforcement 18, 19 of the hole 12 comes into contact with the flange 66 of the mounted base 22. It is then the coupling position of the one to be connected Carrier 10 on the base-side carrier 20 before. The hole 12 is located in the height section designated 25 in FIG. 1, which due to its coupling function will be referred to below as the “plug-in section”. The hole 12 in the carrier 10 can of course also be moved back to the decoupling position shown in FIG. Therefore, the working position of the pivoted lever 30 shown in FIG. 8 proves to be its "release position".

The coupling position of the hole 12 provided in the support 10 on the plug-in section 25 of the base 22 belonging to the support 20 can be secured by the lever 30 if this in the sense of the two arrows 39, 39 'shown in FIG apparent other pivot position is transferred, the top view of which can be seen in FIG. 10. This pivoting position of the lever 30 is characterized in that the two lever arms 31, 32 have been pivoted as far as possible from the perpendicular perpendicular 15 in the sense of the two arrows 39 and 39 '. This pivot position proves to be the "blocking position" of the plug closure for the following reasons.

As can be seen from FIG. 9, the two lever arms 31, 32 lie essentially in a dash-dotted parallel plane 16 to the opening plane 14 of the plugged-in hole 12. Both lever arms 31, 32 run diametrically to the circular opening 13, as can be seen from FIG. 10, whereby not only the long lever arm 32, but also the short lever arm 31 overlaps the attached hole 12. The hole 12, as can be seen from FIG. 2, has a clear width 17 which is larger than the outer dimension 26 of the socket 22 receiving the hole 12 when it is plugged in compared to the outer dimension 26 shown in FIG. The dimensions are coordinated with each other in the following special way.

In the release position according to FIG. 8, the dimensional difference 44 between the above-mentioned clear width 17 of the plugged-in hole 12 and the outer dimension 26 of the base plug-in section 25 is dimensioned so large that the perforated edge 45 is located outside the pivoting movement path 27 indicated by arrow 27 from the end 33 of the short lever 31 located. In the release position there is a sufficiently large free dimension 44 at this point. The lever end 33 can pivot into the hole interior 12 in the sense of the pivoting arrow 38 in the large free dimension 44 shown in FIG. 8. The pivot axis 36 of the lever 30 is not only parallel to the opening plane 14 of the hole 12, but essentially even in this plane 14 itself, as can be seen from FIG. 9. The lever 30 can be brought with its end 33 undisturbed into the locked position shown in FIG. 9 by a pivoting movement 27. Then, however, the conditions change with regard to the pivoting movement path 27.

Namely, on the lever arm 32 there is a nose 50 which, in the locked position of FIGS. 9 and 10, enters the free gap 47 between the circular opening 13 of the hole 12 on the one hand and the circumference 48 of the socket plug section 25. In order to enable the pivoting movement of the nose 50 identified by the double arrow 46 when opening and closing, the nose bridge 51 directed toward the perforated edge 45 is designed to be inclined. Opposite the bridge of the nose 51, however, the nose 50 has a stop edge 52 which can be supported in the locked position on the circumference 48 of the socket plug section 25. The locked position of the lever 30 can also be determined by the fact that the underside of the long lever arm 32 abuts an end surface located between the two bearing block cheeks 24, which is illustrated in hatched lines in FIG. 3. In the locked position of FIGS. 9 and 10, the retracted nose 50 narrows the large clearance 44 which can be seen in FIG. 2 to the small remaining gap 49 shown in FIG. 9 between the perforated edge 25 and the circumference of the base plug-in section 25 In FIG. 9 the arrow 27 shows the pivoting movement path of the lever end 33, the short lever arm 31 now collides with the rim of the hole 12. This lever end thus proves to be the "locking end" of the lever 30. The from FIGS. 9 and 10 apparent coupling of the hole 12 with the male-shaped closure part 21 is secured in this locked position.

Expediently, a snap lock 53, 53 is also provided on the male-shaped locking part, which at least secures the locking position of the lever 30 shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. Because it could also latches are provided which also secure the open position of the lever 30 shown in FIG. 8 against an unintentional folding movement 39, 39 'on the base 21. In the present case, the one latching half of this closure consists of a latching projection 53 provided on the tip of the nose, to which, as a complementary latching half, a recess 54 integrated into the base 21 is assigned. This recess 54 consists of an undercut in the height region of the socket plug-in section 25 above the socket flange 66 according to FIG. 1. In the locked position of the lever 30 of the latching projection 53, the outer edge of the recess 54. When pivoting open in the direction of arrow 47 in FIG. 9, deformation work in the elastic plastic material of the locking projection 53 is required. The long lever arm 32 is provided in the present case with an opening 72 according to FIGS. 5 and 7, which plays a special role in connection with the second embodiment.

Es genügt, lediglich auf die Unterschiede einzugehen, während im übrigen die bisherige Beschreibung gilt.11 to 14 show a second exemplary embodiment of a plug closure according to the invention. The same reference numerals as in the previous exemplary embodiment are used to designate corresponding components. It is sufficient to only deal with the differences, while the previous description applies.

The special feature in the present case is that a bracket 55 is seated on the upper end 23 of the base. The lever 30 has an opening 56 which is aligned with the bracket 55, so that the bracket end 57 emerges from the opening 56 in the locked position of the lever 30 shown in FIG. 11. On the upper side of the lever 30 folded towards the base 21, the bracket opening 58 is accessible, which can be used as an eye for threading through locking parts. In the present case, a rope 59 is threaded through this bow opening 58 and through further bow openings 58, not shown in more detail, which hold the two carriers 10, 20 coupled together via the attached hole 12. In the carriers 10, it can be z. B. act as a tarpaulin. Instead of a rope 59 z. B. also a hook, a padlock or the like. As long as such a closing part 59 is threaded through, a transfer of the lever 30 into one of FIG. 8 is corresponding Unable to release. The two carriers 10, 20 are reliably connected to one another.

In the embodiment of FIGS. 11 to 14, the bracket 55 is non-rotatably positioned on the base 22. For this purpose, a screw is expediently used as the fastening part, the screw shaft 73 of which can be screwed down with a corresponding internal thread in a foot piece 76 belonging to the bracket 55. This foot piece 76 is located in an axial bore 77 of the base 22. In the case of assembly, the screw head 74 is supported on the rear side 29 of the carrier 20 by a washer 75.

Die Vorsprünge 78 verlaufen, wie aus Fig. 13 hervorgeht, parallel zur Schwenkachse 36.Regardless of the securing by means of the locking parts 59 described above, the closure 11 can also have snap closures which secure at least the locked position of the lever 30 according to FIG. 11. For this purpose, on the longitudinal edges 68 of the long lever arm 32 there are locking projections 78 which are associated with locking recesses in the side faces of the bearing block 24 and which are engaged in the locking position in FIG. 11 with the locking projections 78. The projections 78, as can be seen in FIG. 13, run parallel to the pivot axis 36.

A further deviation from the first exemplary embodiment consists in the fact that here a pair of lugs 50 'are provided which, in the blocked position, travel together into the free gap 47 of the hole 12 plugged into the base 22 and, in the manner described, a narrowing relative to the blocking end 33 create the short lever arm 31. As can be seen from FIG. 13, the two lugs 50 ′ are separated from one another by the opening 56 lying between them.

This is largely similar to that of FIG. 11, which is why only the deviations from it need to be described.

At the upper end 23 of the base, a swivel 60 with its pivot pin 61 is rotatably supported in the already mentioned axial bore 77 of the base 22. This swirl vortex 60 is illustrated by a dot-dash line in FIG. 15 Rotation axis 80 rotatable. A collar 79 is supported on an upper end face of the base 22. In the area of the pivot pin 61 and its axial bore 77, not shown locking catch elements can be provided, which determine two rotational positions of the swivel 60 to be described in more detail. For fastening, the pivot pin 61 is provided with a rivet shaft 62 which passes through the carrier 20 and is riveted to the washer 75 or the like also provided there. The base 22 is non-rotatably positioned on the face 28 of the carrier 20. This has the following meaning for the plug closure according to FIG. 15.

The swivel 60 is aligned with the opening 56 in the locked position of the lever 30, which is why the swivel 60 then lifts up out of the lever 30 with a rotary handle 63. In principle, the lever 30 here has the structure already shown in FIG. 13, but in this case the two lugs 50 'from the second exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 11 may be missing. The opening 56 is non-circular and has, for example, the elongated hole profile 82 shown in FIG. 13. This perforated profile 82 is coordinated with the cross section of the rotary handle 63. 15, the rotary handle 63 is aligned with its shoulder 81 with respect to the clear width of the elongated hole profile 82, which is why the lever 30 then moves the pivoting movement illustrated by the arrow 37 in FIG. 15 into one of the FIGS. 8 corresponding, not shown release position can perform. This rotational position of the rotary handle 63 is to be regarded as a "release position" which makes the lever 30 pivotable.

The axis of rotation 80 runs perpendicular to the pivot axis 36 of the lever 30 indicated in FIG. 15. If the rotary handle 63 is brought into the other rotational position indicated by dash-dotted lines, it overlaps with its shoulder 81 longitudinal edge regions of the elongated hole profile 82. In this rotary position the Swivel 60, the lever 30 is blocked; the "blocking position" of the rotary handle 63 is present. The lever 30 cannot be pivoted into a release position corresponding to FIG. 8, where the hole 12 in the carrier could be coupled or uncoupled with respect to the base 22.
