Claims (5)

  1. Bett zur Verwendung für die Krankenpflege mit einer von einem Fahrgestell (3) getragenen Liegefläche (1), einem Kopfende (6) bzw. Fußende (7), zwischen denen sich ein abnehmbares gitterartiges Bauteil entlang mindestens einer Kante der Liegefläche erstreckt, wobei das gitterartige Bauteil zwei aufrechte Führungen (10) aufweist und dazwischen ein rohrförmiges Element (8) mit nichtrundem Querschnitt, das mit Lippen (11) versehen ist, die in Öffnungen (12) hineinragen, die in der Führung vertieft sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (10) stabähnlich ist und jedes Ende des Rohrs mit einem augenförmigen Element (13) zur passenden Aufnahme des Führungsstabes (10) versehen ist, wobei die Lippe (11) gleitend in dem augenförmigen Element (13) aufgenommen ist.
  2. Bett gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oder jede Lippe (11) mittels eines in dem Rohr angeordneten Steuermechanismus zurückgezogen werden kann.
  3. Bett gemäß Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuermechanismus durch eine jeder Lippe (11) zugeordneten Zugstange (15) gebildet ist, wobei jede der Stangen über eine zugeordnete Kopplungsstange mit einem gemeinsamen Betätigungsgriff (21) verbunden ist.
  4. Bett gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweiter Betätigungsgriff im Rohr zum Betätigen einer Verriegelung angeordnet ist, die auf den Steuermechanismus für eine der Lippen einwirkt.
  5. Bett gemäß einer der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweites Führungsrohr (9) an dem Rohr (8) aufgehängt ist und zurückziehbare Lippen entlang derselben aufrechten Führung hat.
