Abstract

L'aiguille comprend un corps longiforme (1), en saphir, facetté en (2) et présentant, sur sa face postérieure, une couche métallisée (3) et une couche de matière fluorescente (4) visibles par transparence. Ce corps longiforme (1) est engagé à frottement dur, par son extrémité (1b), dans une encoche (6) que présente une monture métallique (5) facettée en (7), munie d'un canon (8) destiné à s'engager sur l'organe de la pièce d'horlogerie entraînant l'aiguille. <IMAGE>

Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet une aiguille pour pièce d'horlogerie.
  • Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un moyen permettant la réalisation d'aiguilles pour pièces d'horlogerie qui soient, dans leur majeure partie au moins, en pierre précieuse, alors même que les possibilités d'usinage de ce matériau sont restreintes et qu'il résiste mal aux contraintes mécaniques, telles celles produites par le montage de l'aiguille sur l'organe de la pièce d'horlogerie qui l'entraîne.
  • Ce but est atteint grâce aux moyens définis dans la revendication 1.
  • Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

  • L'aiguille représentée comprend un corps longiforme 1, en saphir, se terminant, à une extrémité, par une partie pointue 1a et dont les bords de la face antérieure sont facettés en 2. La face postérieure de ce corps longiforme est revêtue d'une couche métallisée 3, visible par transparence à travers le saphir, laissant en son centre une zone épargnée 4 revêtue de matière luminescente, également visible par transparence.
  • Le corps longiforme 1 est rapporté, par son extrémité opposée à sa pointe 1a, désignée par 1b, à une monture métallique 5 dont une extrémité 5a est pointue et dont l'extrémité opposée présente une encoche transversale 6 dans laquelle l'extrémité du corps longiforme 1 opposée à son extrémité pointue 1a, désignée par 1b, est engagée à frottement dur. On pourra prévoir d'interposer de la colle entre l'extrémité 1b du corps longiforme et les parois de l'encoche 6 de la monture 5. La face antérieure de cette monture est facettée en 7.
  • Enfin la monture 5 porte un canon 8 à l'aide duquel l'aiguille se fixe sur la chaussée de la montre qui l'entraîne. Il est à remarquer que, pour les aiguilles d'heures, la monture sera percée d'un trou traversant situé dans le prolongement de son canon.
  • Grâce à la présente disposition, la réalisation de l'aiguille ne pose pas de problème d'usinage, quand bien même sa plus grande partie est en saphir, l'usinage du corps longiforme 1 étant facile à exécuter. De plus, les contraintes que produit le montage de l'aiguille sur l'organe de la montre qui l'entraîne sont absorbées par la monture métallique, apte à les supporter.
  • En variante, le corps longiforme pourra ne pas être réalisé en saphir mais en toute pierre précieuse, naturelle ou synthétique.
  • Le facettage de la face antérieure du corps en pierre précieuse et de la monture pourra être différent de celui décrit et représenté, ou même ne pas exister.
  • La couche métallisée pourra ne pas présenter de zone centrale épargnée, l'aiguille étant alors dépourvue de matière fluorescente. Cette couche métallisée pourra être de couleurs diverses. Elle pourra être apposée par tous les moyens connus tels que l'évaporation sous vide, le dépôt par voie chimique ou autre.
  • En variante également, et spécialement dans le cas des aiguilles de minutes dont le trou de la monture n'est pas obligatoirement traversant, la monture pourra être ornée d'une pierre sertie, par exemple un diamant.

Claims (9)

  1. Aiguille pour pièce d'horlogerie, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un corps longiforme en pierre précieuse rapporté, par une de ses extrémités, sur une monture réalisée en une matière différente et qui présente des moyens permettant la fixation de l'aiguille sur l'organe de la pièce d'horlogerie qui l'entraîne.
  2. Aiguille suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que ledit corps longiforme est en saphir.
  3. Aiguille suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la face antérieure dudit corps longiforme est facettée.
  4. Aiguille suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la face postérieure dudit corps longiforme est revêtue, au moins partiellement, d'une couche métallisée.
  5. Aiguille suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la face postérieure dudit corps longiforme est revêtue, au moins partiellement, d'une couche de matière luminescente.
  6. Aiguille suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que ladite monture présente une encoche dans laquelle est engagée, à frottement dur, l'extrémité dudit corps longiforme.
  7. Aiguille suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la face antérieure de ladite monture est facettée.
  8. Aiguille suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que ladite monture porte un canon destiné à s'engager sur l'organe de la pièce d'horlogerie qui l'entraîne.
  9. Aiguille suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que ladite monture est ornée d'une pierre précieuse.
