Claims (4)
- Fourneau du type essentiellement avec: un panneau de contrôle avec toutes les parts electriques et electroniques, un conteneur extérieur parallélépipèdique avec au moins une chambre de cuisson (2), accessible par une porte de fourneau, et une unité de chauffage avec un ventilateur entouré de faisceaux de tubes d'échange de chaleur (4-4') situés dans une antichambre de ventilation liée à cette unité, qui fait part de la chambre de cuisson (2), tandis que au-dessous du fourneau en correspondance avec les faisceaux de tubes (4-4') il y a un brûleur à gas, logé dans une chambre de combustion (7) séparée par une paroi de séparation de la chambre de cuisson et dans laquelle de la dite paroi de séparation partent les faisceaux de tubes d'échange de chaleur (4-4') pour enlever les gas brûlés de la chambre de combustion; caractérisé du fait que: la dite paroi de séparation qui sépare la chambre de combustion de la chambre de cuisson a au moins deux interspaces superposés (8,10), positionnés au moins en correspondance avec la connection de la paroi avec les dits faisceaux de tubes d'échange de chaleur (4-4'), dont le premier en position supérieure (8) contient matériel d'isolation et le second, en position inférieure (10) contient l(es) extrémité(s) d'une extension extérieure à bride à disque (11') d'une connection de tube dissociée et insérée coaxialement dans les ouvertures inférieures de chaque tube du dit faisceau de tubes d'échange de chaleur (4-4').
- Fourneau selon revendication 1, caractérisé du fait que au-dessus du brûleur (6) dans la chambre de combustion du fourneau (7), en occupant au moins une part de la paroi de séparation (5,8,9,10,9',11') de la chambre de cuisson (2) du fourneau (A) qui correspond à la surface qui regarde la dite antichambre de ventilation, il y a une plate métallique (5) au-dessous de laquelle il se trouve une couche de materiel d'isolation (8) supportée par une seconde plate métallique (9) qui, ensemble avec une troisième (9') à distance convenable forme le dit second interspace (10).
- Fourneau selon revendication 1, caractérisé du fait qu'une connection de tube (11) est appliquée de manière dissociée et coaxiale à l'ouverture (4') de chaque tube (4), et s'étend plusieurs centimètres dans le tube, et dans laquelle la partie inférieure de la connection de tube a une bride à disque (11') qui s'étend en se mouvant librement dans l'interspace inférieur (10).
- Fourneau selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé du fait que les brûleurs (6) ont des tuyères de distribution de flamme (12) arrangées exclusivement en correspondance avec la zone immédiatement au-dessous des ouvertures (4'') de chaque tube du faisceau de tubes d'échange de chaleur (4).
