Abstract

In this fire-proof shaft door, improved heat insulation towards the shaft side is achieved in the event of a fire on the floor side, as a result of which the elevator shaft in case of fire is retained as an escape route for the fire brigade. A door box (24) is arranged on the floor side on a frame (23) carried by a door suspension (14), made of profiled sheet and guided by a guide tongue (22). The door box (24) is filled with heat-insulating zones and heat-insulating mats. Horizontal ribs (28) provided with ventilation holes are arranged on the shaft side on the frame (23). On the shaft side, the ribs (28) carry heat-insulating boards (29) covering the front of the door. The first hollow space (30) formed by the heat-insulating boards (29) at a distance from the frame (23) acts as a natural chimney in which fresh air designated by A circulates. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a fire-proof shaft door for elevator systems, which is displaceable by means of a roller guided in a roller guide, on which a suspension bearing a frame engages with thermal insulation materials and which is guided in the foot area in a sliding guide embedded in a threshold.

The published patent application DE-A1 25 12 536 discloses a box-like landing door in which cooling air supply openings are provided in the lower region of the shaft-side door cover plate and cooling air discharge openings are provided in the upper region of the same. This cools the corridor-side door cover plate evenly and protects the shaft-side door cover plate against excessive heating.

The laid-open document FR-A1 2 610 311 discloses a landing shaft door which has a frame and serves as a support for an insulating panel arranged on the corridor and shaft side. The frame itself is filled with an insulating mat. With this door structure, a fire resistance of two hours is achieved.

A disadvantage of the known devices is that they do not meet the stricter regulations of certain countries with regard to temperature differences between the fire side and the cold side.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention, as characterized in the claims, solves the problem of avoiding the disadvantages of the known devices and of creating a fire-proof shaft door that meets the requirements for stability, fire resistance and thermal insulation.

The advantage achieved by the invention can essentially be seen in the fact that, in the case of fire on the corridor, the lift shaft of the fire service is retained as an escape route thanks to the improved thermal insulation on the shaft side. Another advantage is that despite the improved fire protection properties, the overall weight of the landing door can be kept small. Another advantage is that thermal bridges between the thermal insulation layers can be largely avoided. Another advantage is that the fire barriers that are usually required in front of the elevator doors on each floor are unnecessary.

The invention is explained in more detail below with the aid of drawings which illustrate only one embodiment. Show it:
Fig. 1
A shaft door according to the invention in a vertical cross-sectional view and
Fig. 2
a floor in the shaft door area in a horizontal cross-sectional view.

In den Schwellenträger 17 ist eine Schwelle 19 mit einer Gleitführung 20 eingelassen, in der ein an einem Führungsträger 21 angeordnetes Führungsschwert 22 gleitet.1 and 2, F denotes a fire and 1 a floor of a hallway 2, which is closed at the top in the shaft door area by a lintel 3 and laterally by door jambs 4. Lintel 3 and door jamb 4 form a shaft opening of an elevator shaft 5, which is encompassed by an engaging door frame 6. The door frame 6 filled with thermal insulation materials 7 is connected at the top by means of a horizontal closure 8 to the lintel 3 and on each side by means of a vertical closure 9 to the door jamb 4. To compensate for structural and mechanical deviations between door frame 6 and lintel 3 or between door frame 6 and Door jamb 4 provided a heat-insulating sealing bead 10. The upper horizontal door frame part is connected to a fastening rail 11 and ends on the shaft side with a cross member 13 carrying a roller guide 12, on which a cover 16 with a thermal insulation layer spanning the roller guide 12 and door suspension 14 with roller 15 is arranged. The lower horizontal door frame part ends on the shaft side with a cover plate 18 covering a sleeper support 17. A sleeper 19 with a slide guide 20 is embedded in the sleeper support 17, in which a guide sword 22 arranged on a guide bracket 21 slides.

On a frame 23 carried by the door suspension 14, consisting of profiled sheet metal and guided by the guiding sword 22, a door box 24 is arranged on the hall or fire side, which, as shown in FIG 26, thermal insulation field 25, thermal insulation mat 26 is filled. On the shaft side, horizontal frames 28 provided with ventilation holes 27 are arranged on the frame, which support thermal insulation panels 29 covering the door front on the shaft side. In a further embodiment variant, the frames 28 are arranged vertically. The first cavity 30 formed by the thermal insulation panels 29 spaced apart from the frame 23 acts as a natural chimney in which fresh air labeled A circulates. The door box 24 has a recess 31 on the closing edge, so that when the doors are closed, a second cavity 32 with a chimney effect is created, which is used for thermal insulation in the closing area.
