Abstract

The deflection of table and ram assemblies during the forming process seen in conventional table and ram assemblies is substantially reduced by the invention, without increasing the mass or the overall height of the supports. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tisch- und/oder Stößelbaugruppe in Schweiß- oder Gußkonstruktion einer Umformmaschine.The invention relates to a table and / or ram assembly in a welded or cast construction of a forming machine.

In allgemein bekannter Weise wird die Tisch- und Stößelbaugruppe in Schweißkonstruktion oder seltener in Gußkonstruktion ausgeführt. Dabei bestehen die Längsträger und soweit erforderlich auch die Querträger aus Doppel-T-Profilen oder die Kastenträger aus T-Profilen. Die Erhöhung der Qualitätsanforderungen an die Erzeugnisse der Umformtechnik, speziell die Steigerung der Maßhaltigkeit umgeformter Blechteile, fordert u. a. Produktionseinrichtungen höherer Steifigkeit. Besonderen Einfluß in diesem Rahmen hat die Federung der Tischtraversen und Stößel, da beide als unmittelbare Träger der Teile des Umformwerkzeuges dienen.In a generally known manner, the table and plunger assembly is made in welded construction or, more rarely, in cast construction. Bei dem bekannten Pressentischaufbau in Schweiß- und Gußkonstruktion werden parallel zu den Stahlblechen der Längs- und Querträger eine oder mehrere Bleche 1 aus hochfesten, in der Regel nicht schweißbaren Stahl angeordnet, die in der Lage sind, eine hohe Belastung aufzunehmen. Die äußeren Seiten der Bleche 1 sind fest mit dem Pressentisch verbunden. In ihrem mittleren Bereich sind die Bleche 1 jeweils mit einer Öffnung 2 versehen, in der zwei steuerbare hydraulische Kurzhubzylinder 4 angeordnet sind. Diese Kurzhubzylinder 4 stützen sich einerseits gegen die hochfesten Bleche 1 und andererseits gegen die ebenfalls mit Öffnungen 3 versehenen Stahlbleche der Längs- und Querträger ab. Weiterhin ist quer über die Längs- und Querträger eine Meßbrücke 5 angeordnet, die mit ihren Enden in der neutralen Zone des Pressentisches hinsichtlich der Durchbiegung gelagert ist. Zwischen der Meßbrücke 5 und dem Gurt der Längs- oder Querträger sind ein Servoventil 6 und ein Überwachungsventil 7 angeordnet. Das Servoventil 6 steht über ein an sich bekanntes Hydrauliksystem mit den Kurzhubzylindern 4 in Wirkverbindung. daß entgegen der Richtung der Durchbiegung der Tisch- und/oder Stößelbaugruppe während des Umformprozesses eine Kraft erzeugbar ist.

zwischen einer quer über die Längs- oder Querträger verlaufenden und an den Enden abgestützten Meßbrücke (5) und dem Gurt der Längs- oder Querträger ein Überwachungsventil (7) und ein Servoventil (6) angeordnet sind, wobei das Servoventil (6) über ein Hydrauliksystem mit den Kurzhubzylindern (4) in Wirkverbindung steht.
