Description

The invention relates to a sorter according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a sorter is known from EP 0 036 329. This sorter has a central inflow arranged in the area between the upper and lower, respectively concentric screen baskets. The outflow is also provided in this area.

A problem with such screen sorters is the accessibility of the screen baskets for inspection purposes.

The object of the invention to solve this problem is solved by the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

It can advantageously be provided that the axially outermost edge of the housing attachment part or the corresponding housing shell in the region of the housing part joint ends at most with a deviation of 20 mm with the corresponding axially outermost edge of the corresponding screen basket. It can then be conveniently provided that the inflow, like the outflow, is provided on the main housing part, so that no additional pipes have to be dismantled. Of course, the pipeline for the discharge of the rejects from the housing attachment part must be removed for inspection purposes of the screen baskets. This also applies to a ventilation line. By providing holding devices for transport means of the housing attachment part in two different vertical planes, this housing part can be removed turn from the main part of the housing so that the strainer basket is freely accessible. For the purpose, the holding devices located in the area of the housing cover wall can also be designed such that they serve as contact elements during the inspection.

Dabei ist in Fig. 1 eine Horizontalanordnung von Siebkörben und Rotor mit vertikaler Gehäuseteilfuge dargestellt.1 shows a horizontal arrangement of screen baskets and rotor with a vertical parting joint.

The housing attachment part 1 is fastened to a main housing part 2 and, like this, is formed with a truncated cone-shaped housing outer wall 8, in which the strainer basket can be mounted via support rings on the housing and sieve side. Support ribs 30 of the housing attachment part are provided, to which a support ring 31 of the corresponding housing outer wall 8 is fastened. The first strainer basket is clamped to the outer wall of the housing by means of a clamping ring 29. The sieve baskets are slidably guided at their other ends by means of their end-side fastening rings there on the radial ring surfaces of rings 76 and 76 '.

The housing outer wall 9 of the housing main part 2 is also frustoconical in the area removed from the parting line of the two part housings 1 and 2 and has a cylinder part 9 'in its other area. Both the outflow for the accepted substance with outflow opening 26 and the inflow with inlet connection 19 are connected to this part passed through. The inlet opening is numbered 16. In this area, in the vicinity of the cylindrical wall part of the outer wall 9 of the housing, there is a cylindrical partition wall 24 which separates the inflow space 23 from the accept material space by means of the tension ring 29 for the first strainer basket 3 and a corresponding tension ring for the other strainer basket 4 (see also support ring 31) . In this case, the (here vertical) axially outermost housing edge of the housing outer wall 8 practically ends with the axially outermost edge 11 of the first strainer basket 3. Only a slight deviation of a maximum of 150 mm is recommended here, but practically much less. Because of the arrangement of the inflow and outflow, it is advisable to measure the deviation at most with 20 mm. The connection of housing attachment part 1 and housing main part 2 is made by means of screws and flanges 32 and 38 a separate housing cover is unnecessary.

If the housing part joint and the end face of the support ring 31 are in one plane, one can easily seal the inflow space 23 by appropriate machining of these faces and the partition wall 24.

It is furthermore also favorable if the housing attachment part 1 or attachment part 1 'with support parts 30, 31; 57 or support elements up to a maximum deviation of 20 mm + the thickness of the end ring 59 intended for holding the strainer basket 3 up to the end edge of the first strainer basket 3 or the end ring 59 ′ located there close to the other strainer basket 4, on which support parts 30, 31; 57 the first screen basket 3 is fixed and axially fixed.

The main housing part is supported on the foundation 41 by means of its support feet 44 and 45. The housing attachment part on the main housing part, in which the rotor is also mounted, is thus fastened and carried by the latter.

The inflow space 24 feeds the suspension to the sieve space located between cylinder parts 21 and 22 of the rotor 5 and the respective sieve basket 3 and 4, respectively. The sorting elements 7 of the rotor are provided in this screen space.

The rotor is held by a shaft 6 which is mounted in the main housing part 2 by means of ball or slide bearings via bearing parts 17 and 20 and a frustoconical bearing part 18. The rotor shaft is driven here by a belt pulley 43. The connection of the rotor 5 to the rotor shaft 6 takes place via the sleeve 39 by means of ribs 35 and 36 and a frustoconical intermediate part 34.

The arrangement is expediently such that the housing attachment part 1 is formed in one piece with the cover wall 56 of the sorter, the accept material space 37 being arranged radially outside and the rotor part (rotor parts) with the pulsation elements 7 being arranged radially inside the screen baskets 3, 4.

The outflows for the rejects (i.e., strictly speaking, the screen overflow) are denoted by 13 and 10, respectively, with the outflow opening of the housing attachment part 1 being indicated at 14.

Holding devices 49 for the housing attachment part 1 are designed as ribs. Other supporting elements for transport elements are laterally projecting ribs 52 with holes 54. They also serve as feet. One can thereby turn the housing attachment part hanging on the hook by 90 °, so that the first strainer basket 3 is easily accessible in order to inspect it for inspection purposes and, if necessary, then also to be able to be easily removed.

Transport eyelets 55 and 58 are provided for the main housing part 2. Additional feet 60 can be provided in order to possibly facilitate the assembly of the screen basket 4 and also of the rotor or its storage by erecting this housing part.

Transport devices 55 ', 58' corresponding to the transport devices 51, 53 of FIG. 3 can also be provided instead of or in addition to the transport devices 55, 58.

In the vertical arrangement of the housing, screen baskets and rotor of FIG. 3, in which the same or similar parts as in FIG. 1 are provided with the same reference numerals but with a comma, in addition to the housing base arrangement, essentially only the inflow area and the type of drum construction different from Fig. 1, and also the fact that there is an eccentric assignment of the sorter housing on the one hand and the rotor 5 'and screen baskets 3' and 4 'on the other, as can be seen from the offset of the two indicated center lines. This offset is at least 30 mm, the central axis of the housing being displaced in relation to the rotor axis in the direction of the accept material outlet 65. This increases the space in the area of the accept material outlet, where the two accept material flows from the first screen basket 3 'and second screen basket 4' or the respective accept material space 66 and 67 towards one another and then unite to the accept material outlet 65.

This arrangement is of course also possible for horizontal installation, i.e. all cross-sectional figures are suitable for both types of installation.

The lower housing part 2 'is supported by its lower support plate 33 on bearing columns 32 on the foundation 41.

Holding devices for the upper housing part 1 'are located in a lower level and are designed as support cylinders 51 held on the housing by ribs 53. The supporting elements for transport elements of the upper level are upwardly pointing ribs 52 with holes 54. You can thereby turn the hook-hanging upper housing part by 180 °, so that the upper strainer basket 3 is easily accessible for inspection purposes and to be able to easily expand if necessary.

It can also be conveniently provided for a slight turning of the upper housing part 1 that the center of hitching devices 51 of the upper housing part 1 'for hooks or loops of holding chains or ropes in the horizontal plane of the center of gravity of the upper housing part 1' including the upper sieve basket 3 'or is at most 100 mm higher than this level on the upper part 1 '. It is also advantageous if the upper housing part 1 'is formed in one piece with the cover wall 56' of the sorter, that is to say there is no separate housing cover.

13' bezeichnet. The inflow space is limited by an upper (57) and a lower, horizontal plate 57 'connected to the respective housing part 1' or 2 'and a vertical, predominantly circular partition 61 located in the area of the accept material outlet 65. Die In the same way as in Fig. 1 attached outlet nozzle for the screen overflow can also be seen here and designated 10 'or 13'.

It can be seen from both figures that the rotor drums 21, 22 or 21 'and 22' are connected to form a unit with a very smooth surface, there being a recess between the rotor drums (71 in FIGS. 1 and 72 in FIG. 3) in order to considerably enlarge the inflow space 23 or 63 for the suspension. 3 of support ribs 35 'and 36' are connected to the support sleeve 39 'and the shaft 6' is fastened by means of nut 68.

Basically, it can be said about the embodiments that the load-bearing part of the housing attachment part, i.e. the one end edge of the support ring 31 in FIG. 1 or the support plate 57 for the screen basket 3 ', ends at the same time with only a slight deviation in the axial direction, like the corresponding end edge of the Sieve basket or a supporting ring attached to it. This edge is designated 11 in FIG. 1. A deviation between these two edges upwards and downwards is at most about 30 to 50 mm, this deviation can fluctuate with the design in this area and can possibly be up to 40 mm. The parting line of the outer walls 8, 9 or 8 ', 9' 'of the housing parts can of course shift somewhat more, in particular in the direction of the housing attachment part 1 or 1'. This depends entirely on the design of the accept material discharge nozzle 65 or the inlet nozzle 19 with regard to their diameter or basic configuration. However, this does not change the fact that the first strainer basket is clamped to the housing attachment part and, after separating the two housing halves, is freely accessible for inspection and assembly purposes by turning the housing attachment part.

Ansonsten entspricht der innere Aufbau (und im wesentlichen auch äußere) des Sortierers dem nach Fig. 1.4 shows an arrangement with a relatively “short” housing attachment part or upper part 1 ″ with a rib arrangement 70 for fastening the strainer basket 3 assigned to this housing part, which is screwed onto the (radially inner) support ring 68. Ribs 73 leave flow cross sections between them from the accept material space to the outflow 26 ′. Otherwise, the inner structure (and essentially also outer) of the sorter corresponds to that according to FIG. 1.
