Abstract

Poubelle à pédale munie d'un couvercle et comportant un récipient, une enveloppe fixée par charnières au couvercle et formant l'appui de la poubelle sur le sol, ainsi qu'un levier sous forme de pédale monté à proximité du fond de ladite enveloppe. Lorsque l'on actionne la pédale, le récipient se déplace vers le haut en même temps que le couvercle se relève en tournant sur ses charnières. Lorsque l'on appuie à fond sur le pédale, le couvercle se relève jusqu'à ce qu'il forme un angle supérieur à 90° par rapport à sa position de repos, et l'on a prévu des moyens assurant l'abaissement du couvercle lorsque ledit récipient redescend. Le couvercle est doté d'un talon sur le côté où se trouvent les charnières, et le récipient présente une partie saillante à proximité de son bord supérieur, laquelle partie s'étend au-dessus du talon lorsque le récipient atteint sa hauteur maximale.

Claims (9)

  1. Poubelle à pédale (1) avec un couvercle (3) comprenant une partie conteneur (4), une partie enveloppe (2) reliée par une charnière au couvercle et grâce à laquelle la poubelle à pédale (1) repose normalement sur le sol, et un levier sous forme d'une pédale (5) placé près du fond de la partie enveloppe (2), lors du fonctionnement de celle-ci la partie conteneur(4) se déplace vers le haut alors que le couvercle (3) s'ouvre simultanément en pivotant autour de ses charnières (9), caractérisée, lorsque la pédale (5) a été complètement appuyée, en ce que le couvercle (3) pivote avec un angle supérieur à 90° et en ce que le couvercle (3) est pourvu du côté articulé d'un talon (11, 14) et la partie conteneur (4) est pourvue près de son bord supérieur d'une pièce en saillie (12, 13), laquelle pièce en saillie (12, 13) s'étend au-dessus du talon (11, 14) lorsque la partie conteneur (4) est dans sa position la plus élevée de telle sorte que le couvercle (3) est fermé lorsque la partie conteneur (4) est abaissée.
  2. Poubelle à pédale (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce en saillie (12) du bord supérieure de la partie conteneur (4) à la forme d'une lèvre.
  3. Poubelle à pédale (1) selon les revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (3) est pourvu du côté articulé d'une pluralité de talons (11).
  4. Poubelle à pédale (1) selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une pluralité de lèvres ont été formées sur le bord supérieur de la partie conteneur (4), qui s'étend au-dessus des talons du couvercle (3) lorsque la partie conteneur (4) est dans sa position la plus élevée.
  5. Poubelle à pédale (1) selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (3) est relié à l'enveloppe au moyen de deux charnières (9) placées de façon distante l'une de l'autre.
  6. Poubelle à pédale (1) selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les lèvres (12) sur la partie conteneur (4) et les talons (11, 14) sur le couvercle (3) sont placés entre les charnières (9).
  7. Poubelle à pédale (1) selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe (2) est pourvue du côté articulé du couvercle (3) d'une butée pour le couvercle ouvert.
  8. Poubelle à pédale (1) selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la pédale (5) est intégrée dans le fond de l'enveloppe (2).
  9. Poubelle à pédale (1) selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'actionnement de la pédale (5) est placée partiellement dans le fond de l'enveloppe (2).
