Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a backpack with an externally accessible storage compartment according to the preamble of
Since the physicians recommend frequent drinking, particularly on physically demanding mountain and ski tours, to prevent drying out and a lack of minerals, drinks of this type are usually carried in special bottles or cans. However, since these drinks are usually relatively difficult to access inside the backpack and the backpack carriers often want to avoid putting the backpack down, opening it and at least partially unpacking the contents for reasons of convenience, the fluid intake, which is advisable from the medical point of view, is often not at all or made too little. In this context, it is pointed out that special backpacks, especially for climbing tours, have no outer pockets that would be suitable for accommodating the beverage containers.
Aus der DE-U-90 07 108.8 geht ein Rucksack der eingangs genannten Art hervor, der in seinem unteren Bereich ein von außen her zugängliches und sich zu einer Seite des Rucksackes öffnendes Aufnahmefach zur Aufnahme eines Regenschirmes oder dergleichen besitzt.DE-U-90 07 108.8 discloses a backpack of the type mentioned at the outset, which has in its lower area an externally accessible and opening to one side of the backpack receiving compartment for receiving an umbrella or the like.
From FR-A-2 621 299 a backpack emerges in which a receptacle accessible from one side of the backpack for accommodating a telephoto lens of a camera is arranged in the lower region of the backpack. To protect the telephoto lens, this storage compartment is formed by an opening in a block of foam.
The object of the invention is to improve a backpack of the type mentioned in such a way that it enables quick and convenient access to various objects without the backpack having to be removed.
This object is achieved by a according to
The main advantage of the backpack according to the invention is that it has a storage compartment which is easily accessible from the outside and in which several objects, e.g. a beverage container, bandages and medication can be arranged so that they can be easily removed from the storage compartment, whereby it is advantageously not necessary to remove the backpack, since the storage compartment is arranged at a location of the backpack that is easily accessible even with a shouldered backpack . The receiving compartment can preferably be closed by a locking device (claim 4), in particular in the form of a flap (claim 5), which can be opened in a simple manner with one hand when the backpack is shouldered. In a corresponding manner e.g. after taking a drink or medication, the drink or medication is pushed back into the receiving compartment. The closure device or flap can then be closed again with one hand, although it is not necessary to put the backpack down in this process either.
In order to prevent the space located behind the closure device or flap from being compressed by utensils located in the backpack, so that the removal and, in particular, the reintroduction of objects into this space is impeded, a special embodiment of the backpack according to the invention is used this space is stiffened by a stiffening device (claim 7) so that it cannot be compressed.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention emerge from further subclaims.

Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a
At an easily accessible location, preferably in the lower area of the
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the
For the already mentioned stiffening of the outwardly opening
It is particularly advantageous if the stiffening device stiffening the
According to FIG. 5, which shows a top view of the
