Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Sicherung für Geldaufnahmeeinrichtungen von Registrierkassen mit einem aus einem Sperrhebel und einer mechanisch oder elektromagnetisch betätigten Auslöseklinke gebildeten Verriegelungsmechanismus zwischen der Aufnahmeeinrichtung und einem aufklappbaren Deckel.The invention relates to a security for cash register devices of cash registers with a locking mechanism formed by a locking lever and a mechanically or electromagnetically actuated release pawl between the receiving device and a hinged lid.
Derartige Geldaufnahmeeinrichtungen werden entweder durch die manuelle Betätigung eines Schlosses oder aber durch die Betätigung der Totaltaste der Kasse bzw. über einen besonderen Tastencode elektromagnetisch geöffnet. Das für die Notauslösung im Falle eines Stromausfalls erforderliche Schloß ist insofern nachteilig, als die Öffnung der Geldkassette durch Unbefugte mit einem Nachschlüssel erfolgen kann. Gleichermaßen kann ein unbefugtes Öffnen der Kassette durch Betätigung der entsprechenden Tastatur erfolgen, wenn die Kasse nicht beaufsichtigt ist. Schließlich besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die bereits aus der Registrierkasse entfernte, an einem anderen Ort gelagerte Geldkassette mit einem Nachschlüssel zu öffnen. Diese Nachteile können auch nicht durch bekanntermaßen verwendete, fest eingebaute Sicherheitsschlösser vermieden werden.Such money receiving devices are opened electromagnetically either by the manual actuation of a lock or by the actuation of the total key of the cash register or by means of a special key code. Aus der deutschen Patentschrift 38 08 255 ist es bekannt, die Sicherung von Geldschubläden mittels eines Steckschlosses derart vorzunehmen, daß der Riegel des Steckschlosses durch Ausnehmungen im Boden der Schublade und eines darunterliegenden Schließbleches greift und dadurch den Schubkastenauszug mechanisch verriegelt. Der verhältnismäßig kurze Hebel des Steckschlosses bildet zum einen eine hohen Anforderungen nicht genügende mechanische Sicherung und zum anderen ist diese Lösung nicht geeignet, ein unerwünschtes Öffnen der von der Registrierkasse entfernbaren, mit einem verschließbaren Deckel versehenen Geldkassette zu verhindern.From German patent 38 08 255 it is known to secure cash drawers by means of a plug lock in such a way that the bolt of the plug lock engages through recesses in the bottom of the drawer and an underlying striking plate and thereby mechanically locks the drawer extension. In weiterer Ausbildung der Erfindung sind an den Sperrschieber Nasen angeformt, die einerseits mit einem Hebelarm der Auslöseklinke und andererseits in Schließstellung mit dem Riegel des Steckschlosses in Wirkverbindung stehen. Der Sperrschieber ist am Schloßkasten in Schlitzen geführt und wird unter der Wirkung einer Feder, gegen den Hebel der Auslöseklinke gedrückt. In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ragt die dem Riegel des Steckschlosses zugeordnete Nase durch einen Schlitz der Seitenwand des Schloßkastens nach außen. Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist durch den beweglichen Sperrschieber ein Mikroschalter für die elektromagnetische Auslösung der Verriegelung betätigbar. Die Verriegelungseinrichtung 2 ist in einem Schloßkasten 7 untergebracht, der im Inneren einer Geldkassette befestigt ist. An der Seitenwand 7a des Schloßkastens 7 ist ein Sperrhebel 3 schwenkbar angeordnet, der über eine Auslöseklinke 4 betätigt wird. Der Sperrhebel 3 ist in Schließstellung dargestellt und schwenkt zum Öffnen des Deckels der Geldkassette nach oben, so daß eine am Deckel befestigte, nicht dargestellte Öse freigegeben wird. Die Schwenkbewegung des Sperrhebels 3 wird durch die um die Achse 9 drehbare Auslöseklinke 4 ausgelöst. Die Betätigung der Auslöseklinke 4 erfolgt entweder über die Notauslösung durch einen mit dem dazugehörigen Schlüssel verbundenen Hebel oder über ein weiteres, über die Registrierkasse und einen Elektromagneten wirksames Hebelsystem (nicht dargestellt).The locking device 2 is housed in a lock case 7 which is fastened inside a cash box. An der Seitenwand 7a ist ein in einem Schlitz 8 gleitender, in Pfeilrichtung 6 beweglicher Sperrschieber 5 geführt. Eine weitere Führung des Sperrschiebers erfolgt in der länglichen Durchbrechung 10 in einem an der Seitenwand 7a befestigten Bolzen sowie in einem Schlitz an der Rückwand 7b des Schloßkastens 7 (in der Darstellung nicht sichtbar). An dem Sperrschieber sind die Nasen 5a und 5b angeformt, wobei die Nase 5a unter der Wirkung einer Rückholfeder ständig gegen den an der Auslöseklinke 4 angeordneten Hebelarm 4a drückt. Die Nase 5b ragt durch den Schlitz 8. In Höhe der Nase 5a ist das Steckschloß 1 angeordnet, das in eine an der Geldkassette innen angeformte Aufnahme eingesetzt wird und in der verschwenkten Stellung des Steckschloßriegels 1a dort arretiert ist. Der Steckschloßriegel 1a befindet sich in der um 90° verschwenkten Stellung exakt mit der Nase 5b auf gleicher Höhe.On the
In der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Schließstellung der Verriegelungseinrichtung stößt die Nase 5b gegen den Steckschloßriegel 1a des eingesetzten Steckschlosses 1, so daß der Sperrschieber 5 nicht weiterbewegt werden kann und eine Betätigung der Auslöseklinke 4, die mit ihrem Hebelarm 4a an der Nase 5a des feststehenden Sperrschiebers 5 anliegt, weder manuell durch die Notauslösung, noch elektromagnetisch über die Auslösetastatur der Registrierkasse möglich ist. In der gewählten Darstellung nach Fig. 1 befindet sich der Sperrschieber 5 in der in Richtung der Rückwand 7b äußersten Stellung und betätigt dabei den Mikroschalter für die Inbetriebsetzung der elektromagnetischen Betätigung der Auslöseklinke 4, die nach Fig. 2 durch den Steckschloßriegel 1a gesperrt ist. Erst wenn das Steckschloß 1 entfernt ist bzw. der Steckschloßriegel 1a um 90° zurückgedreht wurde, kann sich der Sperrschieber in Richtung der vorderen Seitenwand bewegen und damit die Auslöseklinke 4 zum Lösen des Sperrhebels 3 nach oben schwenken. In der nun vorliegenden Offenstellung der Geldkassette ist die elektromagnetische Auslösung des Verriegelungsmechanismus über den Mikroschalter ausgeschaltet.
