Claims (15)
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte, en particulier des bobines de fil et l'analogue, comprenant un poste (1) pour emballer sous film des bobines de fil et l'analogue, un poste (6) pour former une couche de bobines, une unité (7) pour enlever et transférer la couche de bobines, et un poste (8) pour mettre en boîte la couche préformée de bobines, caractérisée en ce que la machine comprend en outre une unité (5) pour avancer et orienter simultanément les bobines emballées sous film, provenant d'une région d'accumulation de bobines (3), unité dans laquelle lesdites bobines sont mutuellement alignées axialement et orientées dans la même direction, c'est-à-dire avec la petite base des bobines dirigée dans la même direction, ladite région d'accumulation (3) étant située avant ledit poste (1) pour l'emballage sous film des bobines et comprenant une voie (11) avec des moyens mécaniques pour déplacer individuellement les bobines à travers le poste d'emballage sous film (1) dans la direction de ladite unité (5), ladite unité (5) comprenant un dispositif d'enlèvement et d'orientation des bobines pour retourner éventuellement lesdites bobines, ledit dispositif d'enlèvement et d'orientation pouvant pivoter autour de son propre axe pour faire avancer la bobine et la déposer avec sa grande base ou sa petite base dirigée vers le haut.
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, au niveau de l'extrémité de ladite voie (11), lesdits moyens mécaniques pour déplacer les bobines comprennent un bras articulé (12) qui supporte vers le haut un berceau (13) prévu au niveau de ladite voie (11) afin d'enlever la bobine (2) et la disposer dans un berceau de guidage (15) disposé au niveau de l'entrée (16) dudit poste d'emballage sous film (1).
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit poste d'emballage sous film (1) a un canal (18) qui définit ladite entrée (16) et dont on peut envelopper l'extérieur en continu avec un film (19) arrivant d'un rouleau alimentaire (20), ledit film (19) enveloppant ledit canal (18) avec recouvrement de ses bords longitudinaux.
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une unité de thermosoudage (21) qui opère au-dessus dudit canal (18) pour joindre mutuellement lesdits bords longitudinaux.
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, en aval dudit canal (18), une pince de soudage et de coupe (22a, 22b) qui agit transversalement sur le film tubulaire formé par ledit canal (18).
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un piston poussoir (17) qui agit sur la bobine (2) disposée dans ledit canal (18) afin de la pousser contre le fond du film tubulaire (19) qui a été préalablement tiré et soudé par la pince de soudage (22a, 22b).
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'enlèvement et d'orientation est constitué par deux bras en forme de L (25), qui sont articulés sur la structure fixe à une extrémité et supportent deux dispositifs d'enlèvement en forme d'aile (26), lesquels sont disposés en vis-à-vis l'un de l'autre et peuvent se déplacer longitudinalement pour coopérer avec la surface de la bobine emballée sous film (2), des moyens étant en outre prévus pour faire pivoter lesdits dispositifs d'enlèvement en forme d'aile autour de leurs propres axes pour retourner éventuellement ladite bobine emballée sous film (2).
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un transporteur d'avancement (30) disposé en aval desdits bras d'enlèvement (25), un élément transversal (31) étant disposé transversalement par rapport audit transporteur d'avancement (30) et étant relié à une section de paroi (32) appropriée pour former une rangée de bobines emballées sous film.
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ladite section de paroi (32) est reliée à un vérin de traction (33) afin de déplacer la rangée de bobines emballées sous film (2) perpendiculairement à la direction de mouvement dudit transporteur d'avancement (30), ladite rangée étant ainsi transférée sur un transporteur de formation (40) qui avance de manière continue pratiquement perpendiculairement audit transporteur d'avancement (30).
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit poste de formation des couches de bobines (6) comprend une butée (41) disposée sur ledit transporteur de formation (40) et flanquée par deux parois de confinement latérales (42) perpendiculaires à ladite butée (41), une paroi de fermeture frontale (43) étant en outre prévue, ladite paroi étant montée sur un cadre oscillant (44) et pouvant être disposée en vis-à-vis de ladite butée (41), lesdites parois latérales (42) pouvant être déplacées perpendiculairement à la direction de mouvement dudit transporteur de formation (40) pour resserrer la couche formée.
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité d'enlèvement et de transfert (7) comprend une pince de préhension de bobine (46) qui est constituée par un plan de butée (47) au-dessus duquel sont articulées des parois de préhension (48), lesdites parois de préhension (48) étant disposées selon le périmètre dudit plan et pouvant s'appliquer de force contre la région latérale de la couche de bobines formée, ladite pince (46) étant reliée à une tige (50) associée à un chariot (51) qui peut se déplacer le long de guides supérieurs (52) pour transférer lacouche de bobines enlevée par ladite pince (46).
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une unité pour appliquer une séparation (56) entre une couche de bobines et l'autre, ladite unité comprenant une unité d'enlèvement de séparation (57) équipée d'une ventouse, ladite unité pouvant se déplacer sur des guides supports pour introduction dans un carton (55) dans lequel sont introduites les couches de bobines.
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une machine de formation de cartons, comprenant une unité d'enlèvement (62) équipée de ventouses, laquelle unité opère au-dessus d'une pile de flans découpés qui sont disposés dans un plan horizontal, au moins une partie desdites ventouses pouvant être désactivée pour l'ouverture par gravité des flans, un premier bras (65) étant également prévu pour plier un premier rabat latéral et un bras de pliage fixe (66), disposé en vis-à-vis du premier bras de pliage (65), étant prévu pour la fermeture du rabat opposé, un bras de pliage supérieur (67) et un bras de pliage inférieur (68) étant également prévus pour le pliage des autres rabats de fond.
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une unité de traction supérieure (70) qui agit sur le carton formé afin de l'amener dans une unité de rubanage (71) appropriée pour appliquer un ruban adhésif approprié pour rendre permanente la formation du carton.
- Machine à emballer sous film et à mettre en boîte selon la revendication 13 ou la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une unité (80) pour le déchargement des cartons formés, laquelle unité est constituée par un cadre en forme de grille (81) qui peut être retourné pour disposer le carton formé avec son entrée ouverte vers le haut.
