Claims (3)

  1. Vanne de distribution pour distributeur de boissons comprenant :
    (a) un corps traversé par un passage d'eau et par un passage séparé de concentré;
    (b) un moyen de vanne pour commander l'écoulement par lesdits passages;
    (c) une buse pour mélanger ensemble l'eau et le concentré et pour distribuer ledit mélange;
    (d) un dispositif de contrôle du rapport volumétrique à double effet (48) dans ladite vanne de distribution pour commander la proportion de l'eau au concentré dans la boisson distribuée par ladite vanne de distribution, ledit dispositif comprenant un piston pouvant aller et venir dans un cylindre définissant deux chambres d'eau et deux chambres de concentré, ledit passage d'eau étant en communication fluidique avec chaque chambre d'eau et ledit passage de concentré étant en communication fluidique avec chaque chambre de concentré;
    (e) ledit moyen de vanne comprenant un solénoïde unique, une vanne pilote utilisant l'eau comme fluide pilote, et quatre vannes à trois voies à tiroir (92, 94, 96, 98), deux dans chacun desdits passages d'eau et de concentré entre le dispositif de contrôle du rapport et ladite buse, ledit solénoïde étant relié à ladite vanne pilote, et ladite vanne pilote actionnant lesdites vannes à trois voies, chacune desdites quatre vannes à trois voies à tiroir étant montée dans lesdits passages pour commander l'écoulement vers et de l'une respective desdites quatre chambres; et
    (f) un moyen pour exciter ledit solénoïde une fois pour chaque cycle de fonctionnement dudit dispositif.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 dans lequel ladite eau est de l'eau gazeuse et ledit concentré est un sirop.
  3. Vanne de distribution destinée à être utilisée dans un distributeur de boisson pour mélanger ensemble une quantité d'eau et de concentré dans une proportion prédéterminée et contrôlée, et pour distribuer le mélange comprenant :
    (a) un corps traversé par un passage d'eau et un passage de concentré;
    (b) une buse reliée audit corps et comprenant un moyen pour mélanger ensemble l'eau et le concentré et pour distribuer le mélange;
    (c) ledit corps dit comprenant un dispositif de contrôle du rapport volumétrique pour contrôler la proportion de l'eau au concentré fournis à ladite buse, ledit dispositif comprenant un piston à double effet dans un cylindre, lesdits piston et cylindre définissant une paire de chambres d'eau et une paire de chambres de concentré, ledit passage d'eau étant en communication avec ladite chambre d'eau et ledit le passage de concentré étant en communication avec ladite chambre de concentré;
    (d) un moyen de vanne dans ledit corps pour commander l'écoulement par lesdits passages, ledit moyen de vanne comprenant une vanne pilote qui utilise l'eau comme fluide pilote;
    (e) ledit piston étant actionné par la pression de l'eau;
    (f) un moyen de solénoïde pour actionner ladite vanne pilote en réponse au mouvement dudit piston; et
    (g) dans lequel ledit moyen de vanne comprend quatre vannes à trois voies à tiroir qui sont actionnées par ladite vanne pilote, deux desdites quatre vannes à trois voies à tiroir étant montées dans ledit passage d'eau et les deux autres desdites quatre vannes à trois voies à tiroir étant montées dans ledit passage de concentré pour commander l'écoulement vers et de l'une respective desdites quatre chambres.
