Description

The invention relates to a trench clearing bucket which is connected to a swivel head via a swivel axis running in the transverse central plane of the bucket and which carries at least one working cylinder for rotation about its swivel axis and is housed within a box-shaped frame which is firmly connected to the bucket body.

In known trench clearing buckets of this type, the hydraulic working cylinders are mounted open and unprotected on the top of the bucket body, the pressure lines also being open and leading upwards next to the swivel head to a stick on which the swivel head is suspended. In order to protect the hydraulic system at least partially, a torsion tube attached to the top of the bucket body carries a protective shield, behind which the working cylinders and pressure lines are mounted unprotected upwards and backwards.

A trench clearing bucket of the type mentioned at the outset is known from EP-A 142 479. In this known trench clearing bucket, the swivel head engages with a flange projecting downward on one side through a slot in the bucket body; In order to protect the swivel mechanism, which has two working cylinders, against material picked up by the bucket body - soil, gravel and the like - a closed space is formed by two relatively weak, angularly arranged walls. Nothing else is said about the routing and connection of pressure lines.

A major disadvantage of the known construction can be seen in the fact that the box-shaped closed space is formed within the ditch cleaning spoon, where damage or deformation of the relatively thin wall cannot be avoided due to the rough operation on a construction site. In addition, due to this position in the bucket body, the box-shaped space is difficult to access if, for example, a defective working cylinder or seals for the pressure lines have to be replaced. In addition, the bucket body has a special design that deviates from conventional designs, so that the protected installation of the working cylinders with the pressure lines supplying them is no longer possible with conventional bucket designs.

The US-A 4 958 981 has the object of a gripper, the pivotable tines are connected to a working cylinder which is housed unprotected within the gripper. The pressure lines for the working cylinder run down along the arm, directly between the two side cheeks of the swivel head, which entails the risk that they can be caught between the end of the arm and the side cheeks when the swivel head is swiveled.

The invention has for its object to provide a trench clearing bucket in which the hydraulic swivel mechanism including the pressure lines leading to it is protected on all sides against damage or destruction, the measures required for this in easily accessible locations even with conventional bucket bodies without structurally complicated conversion measures can be provided.

With a trench clearing bucket of the type specified in the preamble of patent claim 1, this task solved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1.

With the invention, the considerable advantage is achieved that even in the harshest of operation the risk is eliminated that the pressure lines are squeezed off or torn off by brushwood, since they run protected at all points in the area of the ditch cleaning bucket. Even rolling over soil or rubble does not lead to damage and failures, since the box-shaped closed frame provides effective protection for the hydraulic system (working cylinder and pressure lines). The box-shaped closed frame also has the further advantage that it forms a stiffening element for the spoon body. This frame absorbs all forces that are transferred from the swivel head to the bucket body with its side cutting edges. Another advantage is that the working cylinder on the top of the bucket body is connected approximately centrally and not laterally to the swivel head, which has an advantageous effect on an even distribution of force.

According to a further feature of the invention it is provided that lubrication nipples of a central lubrication system are attached to the frame, via which all bearing points of the trench clearing spoon can be lubricated. The lubrication lines run from the grease nipples to the bearing points within the box-shaped closed frame.

The invention is explained below using an exemplary embodiment which is illustrated in the drawing.

An der Rückseite des Löffelkörpers 10 ist eine Böschungsschneide 20 angebracht, die über Rippen 22 mit dem Löffelkörper 10 verbunden ist.FIG. 1 shows an oblique front view of the trench clearing bucket, the bucket body 10 of which is shaped on the inside in such a way that sharp corners and edges are largely avoided, which results in an optimal digging curve which can take up large quantities. In the central area of the spoon body 10, two stiffening ribs 12 are attached. The front cutting knife 14 is extended beyond the side cheeks 15 of the spoon body 10, so that there is a protruding cutting knife 18 on both sides. On the back of the spoon body 10, an embankment cutting edge 20 is attached, which is connected to the spoon body 10 by means of ribs 22.

A strong, box-shaped closed frame 24 is attached to the top of the spoon body, the side walls of which are formed in one piece with the side cheeks 16 of the spoon body 10. In its central region, this frame 24 carries a triangular end shield 26 for a pivot axis 28 at the front and rear. Via this pivot axis 28, the bucket body 10 is connected to a pivot head 30, or the like, on a stick of an excavator vehicle, not shown. can be attached. The trench clearing bucket is moved in its transverse median plane via this handle.

The swivel head 30 has a base plate 32, from which two parallel side cheeks 34 protrude upwards according to FIG. On the underside of the base plate 32, two bearing eyes 36, which run parallel to one another, are fastened and serve to receive the pivot axis 28. The lower end of the bearing eyes 36 each carries a shoulder 38 with a bearing bore 40. The end of a piston rod 42 of a hydraulic working cylinder 44, the opposite end of which engages with this bearing bore 40 End is suspended via a self-aligning bearing 46 within the box-shaped frame 24 on the top of the spoon body 10.

To pivot the bucket body 10 about the pivot axis 28 lying in its transverse center plane, two working cylinders 44 are generally used, of which in FIG. 2 the second working cylinder on the right side is covered by the box-shaped frame 24.

The working cylinders 44 are actuated by a central hydraulic system of the excavator vehicle or the like. From there, the corresponding pressure lines 48 run along the above-mentioned handle to the swivel head 30, where they are guided inwards through holes 50 in the side cheeks 34 to the base plate 32. Through a recess 52 within the base plate 32, the pressure lines 48 can lead into the interior of the box-shaped closed frame 24, where they are connected to the working cylinders 44 in a protected manner.

In Figure 2 it is indicated that on the back of the box-shaped frame 24 or on the rear bearing plate 26 a series of grease nipples 54 is attached, from the lubrication lines 56 lead to the bearing points of the ditch cleaning bucket, which in the area of the bearings of the working cylinders 44 and Swivel axis 28 lie. In this way, a central lubrication system is available, which considerably simplifies maintenance.
