Pivoting lever catch (10) securable with a cylinder lock device, for assembly in a thin wall, such as a sheet metal cabinet door (16), consisting of a base plate (18), which has two stops (32, 34) penetrating the door leaf, one stop (32) serving as a connector for a rod drive (13; 37) or as a link shaft (15) for a swing-out hand lever (22) and at the same time capable of being used for fastening one end of the base plate (18), and the other stop (34) having a recess for accommodating the cylinder lock device holding the pivoting lever (22) in its home position and at the same being capable of fastening the other end of the base plate (18), characterized in that either the base plate (18) or the pivoting lever (22) has a recess for accommodating a second cylinder lock (38 or 36), operable independently of the first cylinder lock, for locking the pivoting lever (22) in its home position (38 or 36), each of the two dogs (42, 44) of the two lock cylinders (36, 38) acting on a common blocking component (46; 146) in such a way that the blocking component (46, 146) can optionally be released from its position locking the pivoting lever (22)) in its home position with one of the two cylinder locks (36, 38).
  2. Pivoting lever catch according to Claim 1, characterized in that the blocking component (46, 146) is formed by a latch strip or slide (46), which can be engaged by the dog (44) of one cylinder lock (38) in order that it can be pushed from its initial position (open position) into a second position (closed position), and that the dog (42) of the second barrel (36) only comes into blocking contact with the latch strip (46) or the slide, when this dog (42) is in the blocked position and the slide (46) is in the latch position.
  3. Pivoting lever catch according to Claim 2, characterized in that the cylinder (38) moving the latch strip (46) is arranged in the base plate (18), and the other cylinder (36) in the pivoting lever (22).
  4. Pivoting lever catch according to Claim 1, characterized in that the dogs (142; 144) of the two cylinder locks (136, 138) each act alternately on a latch strip (146) in such a way that the dog of one lock or the other pushes the latch strip (146) against spring force (156) or gravity from a position, in which the latch strip (146) by a nose or projection (160) grips behind part of the base plate (118) or an area of the edge of the door leaf (16), into another position in which the gripped surface is released and the pivoting lever is able to swing out.
  5. Pivoting lever catch according to Claim 4, characterized in that the latch strip (146) has a cam face (219) which, when the pivoting lever (122) is swung into its recessed position, is engaged by an edge formed by the base plate (118) or by the breakthrough in the door leaf, and pressed thereby against the spring force into the unlocked position, and that, when the home position is reached, the cam face (219) is released again.
  6. Pivoting lever catch according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the stop (34) carrying the latch devices is surrounded by a trim cap or cap cover (40; 140).
  7. Pivoting lever catch according to Claim 6, characterized in that the cap cover (40) rests with its edge against the edge of the thin wall (16), which surrounds the breakthrough for the stop (34), thereby wedging the wall between itself and the base plate (18, 118).
  8. Pivoting lever catch according to Claim 7, characterized in that the cap cover (40) can be fastened by means of fixing screws which can be screwed into the base plate.
  9. Pivoting lever catch according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the breakthroughs necessary for the assembly of the pivoting lever closure ((10) are rectangular in shape and all have the same width (B), and that the breakthrough for bringing through the operating shaft (15) has a length (C) which is twice as great as the width (C = 2B); and that the breakthrough for accommodating the latch devices has a length that corresponds to four times the width (D = 4B).
  10. Pivoting lever catch according to Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the pivoting lever closure (10) is arranged in the tilting space of a sheet metal cabinet door (16) and one stop (32) is part of a lock box (13) in which flat rods (25, 35) of a flat rod closure are driven and mounted and/or from which a ball catch closure (39) emerges.
  11. Pivoting lever catch according to Claim 10, characterized in that the trim cap (40) is provided on one of its longitudinal sides with at least one bulge (73, 173) for accommodating the operating space of the dog (44) of the cylinder lock (38) arranged in the base plate (18), and that one flat rod (25) of the flat rod closure is brought along the opposite longitudinal side (25).
  12. Pivoting lever catch according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, the cylinder lock devices comprising cylinder locks (36, 38; 136, 138) which can be inserted into an insertion space (74, 76; 174, 176), respectively, and are fixed by means of fixing screws (45) running transversely to this insertion space, characterized in that in place of a round hole, an elongated hole for fixing cylinder locks of varying lengths is provided for the fixing screw (45) in the base plate (18) or in the pivoting lever (22; 122).
  13. Pivoting lever catch according to Claim 12, characterized in that, corresponding to the extension of the round hole into an elongated hole, the window provided for the dog of the relevant cylinder lock (e.g. latch strip 46) is extended in the direction of the cylinder axis in order to be able to fix in each case the dog of cylinder locks of varying length and thus different positions of the elongated hole by means of the fixing screw (45).
  14. Pivoting lever catch according to any one of Claims 8 to 13, characterized in that the fixing screws for the cap cover (40; 140) are fitted through holes (e.g. 102) arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal and/or transverse axis of the cap for the purpose of lefthand-righthand convertibility of the cap cover with respect to the base plate.
  15. Pivoting lever catch according to any one of Claims 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the two lock cylinders (36, 38) are arranged behind one another (Figs 1 to 3), and that the blocking component for righthand-lefthand convertibility without blocking component conversion consists of two latch strips (46) which are fitted on both sides of the lock cylinder (36, 38) and can each be engaged by the dogs of the lock cylinder, and that the two strips (46) are rigidly connected to one another by means of a transverse connection.
  16. Pivoting lever catch according to Claim 15, characterized in that the transverse connection forms a channel section with the two latch strips, which is open towards the thin wall.
