Claims (10)
- Gerät zum Einfüllen von Artikelkolonnen (A,A') in nach oben geöffnete rechteckige Kästen (C,C'), wobei die Kästen Stirnwände aufweisen und die Artikel (A,A') in Kolonnen zueinander benachbart angeordnet sind, mit:
einer Kastenfördereinrichtung (24), zum Zuführen von Kästen (C,C') Wand-an-Wand zu und durch eine Einfüllstation (40,140) und einer Artikelverschiebeeinrichtung (18), zum Vorschieben der Artikel (A,A') in N-Kolonnen, und eine Rampe (34) aufweisend, über die sich die Artikel (A,A') Seite an Seite in Reihen durch Strangdruck bewegen, wobei die Einfüllstation (40,140) am stromabwärtigen Ende der Rampe (34) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Kastenfördereinrichtung (24) geeignet ist, die Kästen (C,C') kontinuierlich zuzuführen; und
eine Mehrzahl (N + 1) Artikelseparatorscheiben (60,160) zur Drehung vorgesehen ist, eine zwischen jedem benachbarten Paar Artikelkolonnen und eine benachbart zu jeder peripheren Reihe, jede Scheibe weist erste winkelig mit Zwischenräumen um die Achse angeordnete Artikel, ergreifende Augen (62,162) auf, zum Einwirken auf vorbestimmte Artikelreihen in zeitlichem Zusammenhang mit der Ankunft von Kästen (C,C') an der Einfüllstation (40,140), um bestimmte Reihen zu verzögern und Lücken zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Artikelgruppen zu schaffen, wobei die Lücken mit benachbarten vorderen und hinteren Stirnwänden benachbarter Kästen in der Einfüllstation (40,140) zusammenfallen. - Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Kolonnen (N) größer als zwei ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelseparatorscheiben (60,160) zweite Artikel ergreifende Augen aufweisen, die kleiner sind als die ersten Artikel ergreifenden Augen (62,162); die zweiten Artikel ergreifenden Augen bewegen sich zwischen anderen Artikelreihen innerhalb jeder Artikelgruppe, um jede Artikelreihe in die Kästen (C,C'), die die Einfüllstation (40,140) durchqueren, zu leiten; die Rampe verläuft nach unten geneigt, so daß sich die Artikel in der Einfüllstation mit den Kästen vereinigen.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche zur Verwendung mit Artikeln (A,A'), die Hälse aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelverschiebeeinrichtung (18) Halsringführungen (42), zum Stützen der Artikel (A,A') während ihrer Bewegung durch die Einfüllstation (40,140), aufweist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rampe (34) und die Halsringführungen (42) bis zur Einfüllstation (40,140) nach unten geneigt sind, die Halsringführungen (42) sich über das stromabwärtige Ende der Rampe (34) hinaus erstrecken, die Artikelseparatorscheiben (60,160) sich zwischen den Halsringführungen (42) drehen und die Halsringführungen (42) mit den ersten Artikel ergreifenden Augen (62,162) zusammenwirken, um die Artikel (A) in der Einfüllstation (40,140) vertikal schwebend zu halten.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelseparatorscheiben (60,160) sich um eine horizontale Achse (67,167) drehen, die über der Einfüllstation (40,140) mit Abstand angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Artikelseparatorscheibe (60,160) zwei der ersten Artikel ergreifenden Augen (62,162) aufweist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfang der Artikelseparatorscheiben (60,160) etwa das Doppelte der Längserstreckung der Kästen (C,C') entspricht und der Radius in etwa gleich zu der Höhe der einzufüllenden Artikel (A,A') ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelseparatorscheiben (60,160) mit einer Drehgeschwindigkeit angetrieben werden, die die ersten Artikel ergreifenden Augen (62,162) mit einer tangentialen Geschwindigkeit bewegt, die der linearen Geschwindigkeit der Kästen (C,C') in der Einfüllstation (40,140) entspricht.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch Kästenindiziermittel in der Einfüllstation (40,140), wobei die Kästenindiziermittel Schneckenstangen (52) aufweisen, die einzeln beabstandet sind mit einem etwas geringeren Abstand als die Länge der zu befüllenden Kästen (C'), wobei jede der Schneckenstangen (52) aufwärts an der Einfüllstation (40,140) bewegbar ist durch eine Horizontalebene, die durch die Kästenfördereinrichtung (24) definiert ist, um jeden Kasten (C') zu kippen, wenn er die Einfüllstation (40,140) durchquert.
