Abstract

The invention relates to a double-shell outside wall system having inner and outer profiled sheets, which are connected to each other by means of spacers in the form of load-bearing cross members. To simplify the construction of the wall, cassettes (5) are provided, which at the same time form the inside wall panelling. The cassettes (5) comprise sheet metal bent in the form of a U and having longitudinal beads (7) in the web (6) and a guide bead (10 and 11) in each of the flanges (8 and 9, respectively). The flanges (8, 9) are provided on their free edges with portions angled off by 90 DEG , which run in the same direction. In order to connect cassettes (5) and insulating layer (14) to each other without screws, adhesive bonding, riveting, welding or other means and consequently to simplify installation, wire clips (15) are provided, consisting of anti-corrosive, special steel wire and adapted to fit into holes in the flanges (8, 9) of the cassettes (5) with legs (17) bent in the form of an S. On outer flanges (4) of the cross members (2), folded in the form of a double T from sheet metal, outer facade metal sheets are screwed on. In order that the latter do not bear against the solid metal surface of the cross-member web (4) and consequently form a cold bridge, a heat-insulating profile (19), in the form of an elongated strip (20) consisting of foamed PVC, is provided between the outer facade metal sheets and the cross-member flange (4), on which the latter are screwed, the said strip being hung onto the cross-member flange (4) with a hook-shaped lip (21) integrally formed on the upper edge. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a double-skin outer wall system with inner and outer profile sheets, which are connected to one another via spacers in the form of bars and accommodate an insulation layer between them, the bars attached to supports being bent in a double T-shape from sheet metal and each with double layers Sheet metal fold formed have inner wider and outer narrower flanges, and a holding and clamping device for cassettes and thermal insulation.

Such an outer wall system, in which the special design of the bars is in the foreground and which combines the advantages of the bar and cassette construction of wall systems, is described in DE 34 14 149 C2.

In known wall constructions of this type, the outer facade panels screwed to the double-T-shaped bolts, e.g. Trapezoidal sheets on the full surface of the transom flange, so that this creates a cold bridge over the transom.

The invention has for its object to develop a cassette for the generic outer wall system, which brings a further simplification of the wall structure while improving the average K value, furthermore to provide a device that enables the cassettes with each other and with the To connect thermal insulation layer without screws, gluing, riveting, welding or similar cumbersome and time-consuming means, and to easily interrupt the cold bridge at the transom, so that the average K value of the wall construction is optimized.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.

Appropriate developments of the invention can be found in the subclaims.

The simplification of the outer wall construction, especially for industrial buildings, lies primarily in the fact that the cassettes also form the inner wall cladding. The improvement in the average K value is achieved primarily by the fact that there is still an air space between the insulation layer accommodated in the cassettes and the outer facade panels and that the thermal insulation layer on the bars is angled. The guide beads bent in the same direction in the flanges result in a secure, flush and positively guided installation for all wall heights and types of facade construction, both vertically and horizontally. Finally, the mounting and clamping device simplifies the assembly of the cassettes and the insulation layer of double-shell wall constructions.

The outer wall system 1 shown in FIG. 1 as a section consists of double-T-shaped bars 2 (one of which is shown), which run horizontally and are attached to supports, not shown, with wider inner flanges 3. The outer flanges 4 of the bolt 2 are narrower than the inner flanges 3. With the bolt flanges 3, cassettes 5 are screwed.

Each cassette 5 is bent into a U-shape from sheet metal and has a plurality of V-shaped longitudinal beads 7 in the web 6. A longitudinal guide bead 10 or 11 is provided in each of the flanges 8, 9, the flanges 8, 9 having at their free edges rectangular angled portions 12, 13 which run in the same direction, i.e. the bend 12 of the flange 8 projects inwards and the bend 13 of the flange 9 projects outwards, based on the cross-sectional profile of the cassette 5. The flanges 8, 9 are designed with their guide beads 10, 11 such that the next adjacent cassettes 5 with their Bridges 6 are aligned. This is achieved by taking the sheet thickness into account when bending the flanges 8, 9 and the guide beads 10, 11.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cassettes 5 accommodate an insulation layer 14 which projects beyond their flanges 8, 9 and is bent at right angles in the area of the bar 2 and also fills the spaces between the inner and outer flanges 3, 4 of the bar 2 .

The insulation layer 14 is formed by wire clips 15 made of corrosion-protected steel wire with the cassettes 5 connected. The wire bracket 15 is, as shown in Fig. 3, bent in a U-shape and thus has a web 16 and two legs 17 which are approximately S-shaped and bent into holes in the right-angled bends 12 and 13 of the free edges of the flanges 8, 9 of the cassettes 5 are inserted and then bear resiliently on the flange 8 of the respective cassette 5.

Die Dämmschicht 14 ist in Fig. 3 der Einfachheit halber weggelassen.1, the wire bracket 10 penetrates somewhat into the insulation layer 14. Due to the weight of the insulation layer 14, the wire bracket 15 may have the tendency to rotate, in such a way that it is displaced somewhat downward with the web 16 on the left according to FIG. 1. In order to prevent the wire bracket 15 from turning too far, the S-shaped crankings of the legs 17 snap into longitudinal guide beads 10 of the flanges 7, 8 of the cassettes 5. Provided in the web 16 of the wire bracket 15 are a plurality of V-bends 18 which are directed inwards, that is to say further penetrate into the insulation layer 14. The insulation layer 14 is omitted in FIG. 3 for the sake of simplicity.

Between the outer facade panels, not shown, and the flange 4 of the bar 2, a heat protection profile 19 is provided, which consists of an elongated strip 20 made of foamed PVC. With a hook-shaped bar 21 integrally formed on the upper edge, the heat protection profile 19 is pushed or suspended on the flange 4 of the latch 2, the lower edge 22 projecting at an obtuse angle and engaging somewhat in the insulation layer 14. The outer facade panels are screwed through the heat protection profile 19 to the flange 4 of the bar 2.
