Abstract

The drawer is guided by two guide rails (20) on the furniture side and supported by support rollers (21). At the rear end of the drawer there are swivel arms (23) with running rollers (25) which run in the C-shaped guide rails (22). Secondary rollers (29), which are provided at the rear end of the drawer and take on the load when the running rollers (25) are unloaded or disengaged from the guide rails, run on the upper sides of the guide rails (20). This facilitates the insertion and lifting-out of the drawer and reduces the space required in front of the cabinet. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a drawer slide and in particular a drawer slide as a simple pull-out.

Drawer guides as single pull-outs have furniture-side guide rails and drawer-side pull-out rails. A support roller is attached to the guide rails at the front end, on which the drawer-side extension rail is supported. Lugs protrude from the rear end of the drawer, on which there are rollers that are guided in the guide rails. When the drawer is pulled out, it hits a stop if the castors are still a little way in the guide rails. The weight of the drawer is then supported by the support rollers, while the rollers prevent the drawer from tipping down. With full extension the drawer is dimensioned such that the drawer box can be pulled out of the furniture in its entire useful depth, so that the inside of the drawer box is fully accessible from above, while a support structure attached to the drawers is still inside the cabinet. Such drawer runners are those in which the drawer can be pulled out of the cabinet to such an extent that the rear wall of the drawer box is still in front of the cabinet cover. The further a drawer can be pulled out of the cabinet, the longer the support structure protruding from the drawer must be. The cabinet depth must be such that it is equal to the depth of the drawer box plus the length of the support structure. This means that only part of the cabinet depth can be used.

The preamble of claim 1 is based on a drawer guide, as is known from DE 29 46 113 A1. With this drawer guide, the support structure supporting the drawer when it is pulled out consists of swivel arms which are attached to the rear end of the drawer and which, when the drawer is pushed in, are either swiveled inwards or swiveled up to increase the effective drawer length when pushed in, and thus also the required cabinet depth to decrease. The roller, which is normally attached to a rigid rear extension of the drawer, is attached to a swivel arm, which also carries an auxiliary roller, which is also guided in the guide rail. A disadvantage is that lifting or inserting the drawer into the guide rails requires the support rollers provided on the guide rails to be so are arranged far above the contour of the guide rail profile so that the auxiliary rollers and the rollers under the support rollers can be pulled out of the guide rails. The relatively high attachment of the support rollers makes it necessary to attach the pull-out rails to the drawer at a correspondingly large distance from the drawer bottom. Such high-mounted pull-out rails have the disadvantage that the outer sides of the drawer side walls do not have enough space for label holders to be attached to them, as are customary in pharmacy drawers. In the case of drawers for pharmacy cabinets, the pull-out rails should be arranged as deep as possible on the drawer, with the result that the support rollers on the guide rails must be attached so deep that they protrude into the contour of the rail profile. This creates difficulties when removing the drawer when the lugs protruding from the drawer body have not only castors but also auxiliary rollers, the auxiliary rollers having to be lifted past the support rollers through a lifting opening.

The invention has for its object to provide a drawer guide that requires a small cabinet depth when the drawer can be pulled out further, in which the insertion and removal of the drawer box are simplified and which does not require any additional space above the usable space of the drawer box.

Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.This object is achieved according to the invention with the features of patent claim 1.

In the drawer guide according to the invention, the auxiliary rollers mounted on the drawer box do not run in the same guideway as the rollers mounted on the swivel arms, but each auxiliary roller runs on the top of the horizontal roller leg, on the underside of which the roller engages. As a result, the drawer only has to be raised very little or not at all in order to move the auxiliary roller past the support roller when the drawer box is inserted or removed.

The invention is based on the idea that the auxiliary roller only has to take on the load when the drawer is inserted so far that the center of gravity of the drawer box has exceeded the supporting rollers and is behind the supporting rollers. Then the rear end of the drawer is overweight and requires support from below, which the castors can only take on to a limited extent, because they are attached to swivel arms, which are pivoted inwards during the final phase of the drawer's insertion movement and no longer engage in the guide rails. If, when pulling out the drawer, the center of gravity of the drawer exceeds the support rollers, then the rear drawer part must be held down, which is done by the rollers, which are then pressed against the legs of the guide rails from below. At this stage, however, the auxiliary roles have no function. It is therefore not necessary to run the auxiliary rollers inside the guide rail. The auxiliary rollers can thus be arranged relatively high, so that a slight lifting of the drawer is sufficient to lift the auxiliary rollers over the support rollers or to lift the drawer out of the guide rails.

The vertical distances of the auxiliary rollers from the castors are expediently such that in each of the two load states of the drawer (focus of the drawer in front of or behind the support rollers) only one of the two roller types acts on the load leg of the guide rail, while the other roller type has no frictional contact with the Load leg. In this way, not only are jams of the rollers avoided, but it is also ensured that when the auxiliary rollers carry, the rollers do not grind. This grinding would occur if the rollers would roll on the lower horizontal leg of the guide rails and at the same time touch the upper guide legs of the guide rails.

The drawer guide according to the invention is particularly suitable for pharmacy drawers. Pharmacy drawers are characterized by a relatively large length with a useful depth in the range of approximately 1.00 m and a total length of approximately 1.25 m. Another special feature of pharmacy drawers is that the pull-out rails on the drawer box must be arranged at a low height above the floor, so that the side walls offer space for attaching card pockets for receiving label holders. Those drawers that are arranged at eye level usually have a transparent bottom. Another feature of pharmacy drawers is a slope in the drawer guide in order to achieve an automatic entry into the closed position.

However, the use of the drawer guide according to the invention is not limited to pharmacy cabinets.

In the following an embodiment of the invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

Dies erfordert es, die Auszugsschiene 19 relativ tief anzuordnen.1 shows a cabinet 10 which contains numerous drawers 11 which can be pulled out of the cabinet towards the front. The drawer box has two parallel side walls 13, a rear wall 14, a front wall to which an exchangeable panel 15 is fastened, and a bottom wall 16. The bottom wall 16 can be transparent, for example consist of a grid. The inside of the drawer box 12 is removable Partitions 17 divided into compartments that serve to hold various types of medication. A card holder 18 can be assigned to each compartment, which is clamped onto the relevant side wall 13 and into which cards identifying the medicinal product can be inserted. The card carriers 18 are located on the outside of the side wall 13. A pull-out rail 19 runs on each of the side walls 13, which extends outwards and is arranged at a height of approximately 30 mm above the floor 16. The part of the side wall 13 projecting beyond the pull-out rail 19 must be high enough that the card carriers 18 have space on it without colliding with the pull-out rail 19. This requires arranging the pull-out rail 19 relatively deep.

The side walls 13 are extended towards the rear beyond the rear wall 14 and they carry holders 22 there, on each of which a pivot arm 23 is attached pivotably about a vertical pivot axis 24. The pivot arms 23 are pivotable between the first position shown in FIG. 3, in which they extend in the longitudinal direction of the drawer and extend it to the rear, and a second position, in which it are pivoted inwards so that the holders 22 form the rear end of the drawer 11. On the outside of each swivel arm 23, a roller 25 is mounted on a protruding pin. This roller runs in a guide rail 20 and can therefore press against the upper leg 20a of this guide rail. At the rear ends, the two guide rails 20 are connected to one another by guide tracks 26. From the inside of the swivel arms 23 protrude guide pieces 27, which are arranged just in front of the rollers 25 and which come into engagement with a guide track 26 to pivot the swivel arms 23 against each other (inwards) at the end of the insertion movement of the drawer, so that the Take the swivel arms into a swiveled-in state with the drawer pushed in. The swivel arms here have a length which corresponds to approximately half the width of the drawer, but the length of the swivel arms can also be greater, the swivel arms then overlapping when folded. So that the rollers 25 can leave the C-shaped guide rails 20 at the end of the insertion movement of the drawer, the guide rails have corresponding openings at the end region from which the rollers 25 can emerge laterally.

In the inserted state of the drawer according to position A of FIG. 2, that is, when the swivel arms 23 are folded in and the rollers 25 cannot perform a supporting function, the drawer rests on auxiliary rollers 29 which are mounted on the extensions of the side walls 13 in the rear region of the drawer box . The auxiliary rollers 29 do not engage in the guide rails 20, but run on the upper side of the running leg 20a, which forms the upper of the two horizontal legs of the guide rail. The auxiliary roles 29 thus run freely on the running leg 20a of the guide rail without being secured against being lifted off the running leg.

When pulling out the drawer according to position B of FIG. 2, the swivel arms 23 fold apart, as a result of which the rollers 25 are inserted into the guide rails 20. In this state, the load of the rear part of the drawer is still on the auxiliary rollers 29. In this state, the rollers 25 float in the middle between the two horizontal legs of the guide rail without rubbing against one of the legs.

The rollers 25 only take on the load when the center of gravity of the drawer has exceeded the support rollers 21, which is the case in position C of FIG. 2. Then the rollers are pressed from below against the respective load leg 20a of the guide rail 20 and the auxiliary rollers 29 lift off the load leg. When the drawer is pulled out further, it is supported by the support rollers 21, while the rear end of the drawer is held down by the rollers 25.

In position D of Fig. 2, the drawer is pulled out approximately to the end stop. At the end stop, the auxiliary roller 29 is just in front of the support roller 21. The axis of the auxiliary roller 29 lies approximately at the height of the pull-out rail 19, so that both rollers 21 and 29 are vertically offset from one another and a slight lifting of the drawer box is sufficient to support the auxiliary roller 29 to move the support roller 21 and to be able to remove the drawer.

Der untere Schenkel 20b ist dagegen gerade und insgesamt horizontal.5, the upper leg 20a of the C-shaped guide rail 20 has bevels on both sides for the lateral guidance of the rollers 25. The lower leg 20b, on the other hand, is straight and overall horizontal.

Adjacent to the support roller 21, a lateral outlet opening 30 for the roller 25 is provided in the roller leg 20a by omitting the beveling of the roller leg at this point, so that the C-profile is laterally open over its entire height. As position E in FIG. 2 shows, after the auxiliary roller 29 has exceeded the support roller 21, the roller 25 can be guided laterally out of the guide rail 20 through the outlet opening 30 by pivoting the pivot arm 23 inwards. The pivot arms 23 can thus be pivoted inward to shorten the drawer while they are still in the region of the guide rails 20. The drawer can be inserted in the reverse order, the drawer being inserted with the swiveled-in swivel arms and then the rollers 25 being inserted laterally into the guide rails 20. This has the advantage that the drawer is only in the pull-out area, i.e. outside the cabinet takes up little space as its length corresponds to pivoted-in pivot arms 23. So there is no additional free space required for inserting or removing the drawer.

If the rollers 25 are in the C-shaped guide rails 20, they are encompassed in FIG. 4 by the C-shaped profile of the guide rail 20, so that the guide rails on the rollers 25 Stabilize the drawer against swinging out to the side.

In order to achieve such stabilization of the drawer guide also in the rear region of the drawer guide, the auxiliary rollers 29 according to FIG. 4 are each equipped with a flange 29a with which they are guided laterally on the running leg 20a.
