Claims (10)

  1. Distributeur de savon liquide ayant une forme analogue à celle d'une boîte, comprenant une paroi arrière (3) à fixer sur un support fixe vertical, une paroi avant comprenant un couvercle (2) étant montée pivotante de 180° sur cette paroi arrière (3), un récipient (30) du type cartouche jetable contenant le savon liquide à distribuer et comprenant un tube distributeur flexible (20), caractérisé par une poignée de manoeuvre (4) montée pivotante sur ledit couvercle (2) et un élément (10) monté pivotant librement sur ladite poignée de manoeuvre (4), le distributeur étant actionné en poussant ladite poignée de manoeuvre vers la paroi arrière (3) pour presser le tube distributeur (20).
  2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de pression (10) est monté de façon à pouvoir pivoter librement sur ladite poignée de manoeuvre (4) à des points (14) autour d'un axe qui est transversal par rapport à la direction longitudinale du tube (20).
  3. Distributeur selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens propres à limiter l'oscillation de l'élément de pression (10) autour des points (14).
  4. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (4) s'étend à l'intérieur de l'appareil en passant à travers une ouverture (9) prévue au fond du couvercle (2) et en ce qu'elle est montée pivotante à son extrémité opposée à l'extrémité de manoeuvre extérieure autour d'un axe transversal connectant les deux points de pivotement (12) par rapport à une paire de supports latéraux respectifs (8) faisant saillie sur la surface intérieure du couvercle (2).
  5. Distributeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la portion intérieure de la poignée (4) comporte autour de sa périphérie un bord relevé (18) et en ce que sur ce rebord (18) sont prévus lesdits points de pivotement (12-14) propres à définir des axes de rotation parallèles l'un à l'autre pour la poignée (4) et respectivement pour l'élément (10) par rapport à cette dernière.
  6. Distributeur selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens élastiquement compressibles (4a) propres à ramener élastiquement la poignée (4) à sa position de repos après chaque manoeuvre.
  7. Distributeur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (4a) comprennent une portion solidaire de la poignée (4), s'étendant au-delà des points de pivotement (12) et propres à réagir de manière analogue à un ressort contre la surface intérieure du couvercle (2).
  8. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte montés à l'intérieur de la demi-boîte définie par la paroi arrière (3), deux éléments de support (15-16) parallèles l'un à l'autre pour la cartouche d'alimentation (30) et pour le tube distributeur (20) respectivement, comportant des évidements coaxiaux pour assurer les mises en place respectives de ces éléments.
  9. Distributeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi arrière (3), dans la zone centrale de son fond (19) à un endroit correspondant aux points de pivotement (5) du couvercle (2), est munie d'une ouverture (13) coaxiale avec les évidements de mise en place pour la cartouche (30) et pour le tube de distribution (20).
  10. Distributeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, entre le support (16) du tube de distribution (20) et le fond (19) de la paroi arrière (3) est prévue une surface qui est parallèle à ces éléments et leur en est solidiaire, la distance la séparant de l'élément de pression (10) étant légèrement plus courte que la section transversale du tube de distribution (20) de sorte qu'il y a un léger écrasement même quand la poignée (4) est complètement au repos.
