Abstract

Eine Mehrfachverwendung hat sich bei Hülsen dieser Art als unwirtschaftlich erwiesen, da die bekannten Hülsen vor allem an ihren Stirnseiten und Oberflächen beschädigt oder deformiert werden. Garnträgerhülsen müssen eine bestimmte Stabilität aufweisen, damit sie nicht von dem auf sie aufzuspulenden Garn verformt oder zusammengedrückt werden. Eine solche Hülse ist nicht wiederverwendbar. Das Aussortieren erfolgt meistens von Hand und kann nicht nur auf optisch sichtbare Mängel beschränkt werden; es müssen auch versteckte Mängel erfasst werden, um bei einer wiederverwendbaren Hülse, Rundlaufprobleme und Ablaufbehinderungen des Garnes zu vermeiden. Ausserdem ist die vorstehende innere Kante ein Schutz bei der Stapelung und dem Transport einer vollen Spule. Claims (4)

  1.
