Die Kartonagen sind dabei zum Teil so gestaltet, daß sie nicht ganz für die Darbietung und den Zugriff zur Ware entfernt werden müssen. Auf jeden Fall ergeben sich in Rücksicht auf die in der Regel umfangreichen Warenangebote und die Umsätze in den Supermärkten enorme Mengen von Kartonagenabfällen, die in irgendeiner Weise entsorgt werden müssen, ganz abgesehen davon, daß diese Kartonagen für eine Einmalverwendung bestimmt sind und vom Warenproduzenten für jede Lieferung neu angeschafft werden müssen. Außerdem besteht bei den Supermarktbetreibern häufig der Wunsch, Warenblöcke der genannten Art sicht- und zugriffsgünstig erhöht aufzustellen, d.h. aufzusockeln, wofür in der Regel, sofern nicht andere Hilfsmittel zur Verfügung stehen, häufig mehrere, nicht mehr benötigte Paletten aufeinandergestapelt werden. Wie insbesondere aus den Fig. 1 bis 4 ersichtlich, ist die Vorrichtung aus mindestens einem Paar Kreuzgestängen 1 gebildet (nur ein Kreuzungsgestänge ist in Fig. 1 dargestellt!), deren Einzelstangen 2, 3 längenveränderlich und zueinander um das Kreuzungszentrum Z drehbar ausgebildet sind. Jede Einzelstange 2, 3 ist dabei aus zwei Teilen gebildet, die in Durchmesserrichtung des Kreuzungszentrums in Längserstreckung zueinander fluchtend am Kreuzungszentrum Z radial angesetzt sind. Die beiden Teile der Einzelstangen 2, 3 sind dabei, wie in Fig. 4 verdeutlicht, teleskopartig ausgebildet, wobei es in Rücksicht auf gängige Abmessungen von Warenblöcken, wie erwähnt, genügt, diese einzelnen Stangenteile zweiteilig auszubilden. Zwecks Fixierung unterschiedlich eingestellter Längen L können die beiden Rohrteile, wie dargestellt, und bei einfachster Ausführungsform entsprechend gelocht sein, so daß eine Fixierung mit Stiften od. dgl. der beiden Rohrteile zueinander auf einfachste Weise möglich ist. Diese beiden Schalen 6'' sitzen dabei drehbar auf einer Führungshülse 7. Die eine Scheibe 6 ist mit mindestens einem Bogenschlitz 8 und die andere Scheibe 6' mit einem den Schlitz 8 durchgreifenden Zapfen 10 mit Spannschraube 9 versehen. Dadurch kann die eine Scheibe in bezug auf die andere 10 je nach Länge des Bogenschlitzes um einen Winkel α verstellt werden. Nach erfolgter Einstellung der gewünschten Kreuzungsstellung der Stange 2, 3 zueinander wird die Spannschraube 9 angezogen. Bei dieser Umschließungsfunktion fällt natürlich der zwischen den beiden Kreuzungszentren Z angeordnete Verbinder 5' weg, der aus Stabilitätsgründen ggf. nur dann angeordnet wird, wenn die Vorrichtung als Sockel für einen Warenblock WB dienen soll (Fig. 8). Claims (8)

  1. An arrangement for transporting and setting up single and multiple packings of merchandise stacked, in particular, in blocks on a carrier, such as a pallet or the like, comprising a pair of cross-linkages (1), with the individual rods (2,3) movable with respect to one another between maximum expanding and fold-up positions being interconnected through connectors (5), characterized in that the individual rods (2,3) of the two cross-linkages (1) relative to the crossing center (Z), in addition, inherently are adjustable in length and are mutually rotatable about the crossing center (Z) in varying positions both relative to the length (L) thereof and relative to their position between maximum expanding and fold-up conditions in a manner lockable relative to one another, and that all free ends of the individual rods (2,3) contain connecting elements (4) to which connectors (5) are attached.
  2. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the crossing center (Z) is formed of two plates (6,6') on which are firmly arranged respectively radially, in the diameter extension, a pair of the individual rods (2 and 3, respectively), and
    that the plates (6,6') are designed in the form of cups (6'') arranged rotatably on a guiding sleeve (7), with the individual rods (3) of the non-abutting plate with the major part of the length (L) thereof extending in the same plane (E) as the individual rods (2) of the abutting plate (6), and that one of said plates (6) is provided with at least one arcuate slit (8) and the other of said plates (6') is provided with a pin (10) passing through the slit (8) and having a locking screw (9).
  3. An arrangement according to claim 1,
    characterized in that the individual rods (2,3) are tangentially associated to the crossing center (Z) and are adjustable relative thereto.
  4. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that an actuator, such as a pinion or worm gear or the like is arranged in the crossing center (Z) tangentially engaging the correspondingly meshing rods (2,3).
  5. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the connecting elements (4) are formed on the ends of the individual rods (2,3) and/or the connectors (5) are configured in the form of hook-on ears or hook-on openings (13).
  6. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that clamped within the sections (S) between the individual rods (2,3) and/or the areas (B) between respectively two connectors (5) are flexible cables (14).
  7. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
    characterized in that the connectors (5) or a part thereof are designed in the form of bottom or cover cups (15), with the individual rods (2,3) being inserted into the corner areas (16) thereof.
  8. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the connectors (5) formed as cups are designed in the form of a storage or transport container for the individual parts of the arrangement.
