Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von metallischen Referenzproben für spektrometrische Analyse,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man eine Legierung gegebener chemischer Zusammensetzung durch Zersprühungsabscheidung unter neutralem oder inertem Gas abscheidet, welche Legierung weniger als 200 ppm Sauerstoff enthält,
man den so erhaltenen Rohling in Form einer Stange geeigneten Durchmessers verfestigt und
man davon Referenzproben abschneidet. - Verfahren nach dem Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Sauerstoffgehalt unter 100 ppm ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verfestigung durch Strangpressen vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Durchknetungsgrad ausreichend ist, um die geschlossene Restporosität zu beseitigen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Legierung eine Legierung auf Al-Basis ist.
