Description

The invention relates to a security zipper according to the preamble of claim 1.

Zippers have the fatal property of always opening automatically when it is not wanted. It has therefore been proposed (EP 0 060 461) on the actuating handle arranged on the slide a pin or the like. to be arranged, which is brought between two teeth by pivoting the actuating handle, so that the slide can no longer move by itself and thus open it. The disadvantage of this known closure is that the actuating handle carrying the locking pin can only be attached to the slide very loosely, so that even slight vibrations can cause the pin to emerge from the teeth of the zipper, which means that the zipper is no longer secured against opening automatically.

The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating a zipper which can no longer open by itself, so that the zipper provided with the zipper slide according to the invention always remains firmly closed unless it is opened beforehand.

  • Figur 7 teilweise geschnitten dargestellte Schieber besteht.
  • Figur 8 und 9 ist ein Deckel mit Schloss.
An example of an embodiment of the invention is shown in the figures and shows:
  • Figures 1 to 6, the items from which the in
  • Figure 7 is a partially sectioned slide.
  • Figures 8 and 9 is a lid with a lock.

In der anderen Endstellung ist der Stift 18 soweit aus der Bohrung 16 herausgezogen, dass sich der Stift 18 ausserhalb der Reissverschlusszähne befindet, womit sich der Schieber frei verschieben lässt, um den Reissverschluss zu öffnen oder zu schliessen.FIG. 2 shows a top view of a zipper slide 11 according to FIG. 1, in the upper cheek 12 of which a circular recess 13 is made, the diameter of which corresponds to the spindle according to FIG. 4. In the middle of this recess 13 there is a further recess 14, the diameter of which corresponds to the stub shaft 19 of the spindle according to FIG. A groove 15 is arranged tangentially to this recess 13 and ends in a bore 16 which is perpendicular to the slide plane. In the groove 15 is a leg 17 (Fig. 3) which carries at its end a bent part or pin 18 which is in the bore 16. The spindle according to FIG. 4 has an axle stub 19 on the underside, which fits into the recess 14 of the slide 11. The threaded part 21 of the spindle carrying a steep thread 20 fits into the recess 13 of the slide 11, the leg 17 with its long part laying in the thread 20 of the spindle according to FIG. Then, after inserting the spindle according to FIG. 4, a cover 22 is placed in the recesses in the upper cheek 12 of the slide 11 and has an opening 23 for the passage of the spindle axis 24. The cover 22 is attached to the slide 11 in a known manner. The spindle axis 24 carries a transverse bore 25 in which the axis 26 of the handle 27 lies and with which the spindle can be rotated. The pitch of the thread 20 is dimensioned such that when the spindle is rotated through 180 °, the pin 18 is in one or the other end position, in one end position the pin 18 engaging in the teeth of the zipper or in the end eyelet at the end of the row of teeth extends and thus a displacement of the slide 11 impossible power. In the other end position, the pin 18 is pulled out of the bore 16 to such an extent that the pin 18 is located outside the zipper teeth, with which the slide can be freely moved in order to open or close the zipper.

Instead of the upper cheek as described in the figures, the lower cheek can also be used as a housing, a bore having to be made in the slide in which the spindle axis 24 lies. This spindle axis must then be made longer so that the handle 27 can be attached accordingly.

It can easily be seen that the spindle according to FIG. 4 can simply be rotated with the handle 27. However, it is also possible to attach a small lock 28 on the underside (inside) of the cover 22 or on the slide 11, so that the zipper can only be actuated after the lock has been opened.

The advantage of the zipper slider according to the invention is that the slider cannot be opened by itself and that this is made possible with a rather simple device.
