Abstract
Un filtre (20) d'interférences électromagnétiques intégré comprend un ensemble d'inducteurs (22) destinés à atténuer les émissions provenant d'interférences électromagnétiques à la fois en mode commun et en mode différentiel d'un équipement électronique. Ledit ensemble d'inducteurs (22) comprend un noyau extérieur (28) en matériau perméable définissant une fenêtre extérieure (30), ainsi qu'un noyau intérieur (32) en matériau perméable, disposé dans la fenêtre extérieure et définissant une fenêtre intérieure (34). Un premier fil d'alimentation (36) destiné à connecter l'équipement à une source de puissance électrique, comprend une partie enroulée dans un sens uniquement autour du noyau extérieur. L'ensemble d'inducteurs comprend un second fil d'alimentation (38) destiné à connecter l'équipement à la source d'alimentation électrique, une partie du second fil étant entourée autour à la fois du noyau intérieur et du noyau extérieur, dans le sens opposé à l'enroulement de la partie du premier fil d'alimentation. Le noyau extérieur (28) ménage un chemin magnétique permettant l'atténuation d'émissions en mode commun, et le noyau intérieur (32) ménage un chemin magnétique permettant l'atténuation de bruit en mode différentiel. Le filtre peut également comprendre un condensateur (62) à fonctions multiples, comprenant trois éléments capacitifs.An integrated electromagnetic interference filter (20) includes a set of inductors (22) for attenuating emissions from electromagnetic interference in both common and differential mode from electronic equipment. Said inductor assembly (22) comprises an outer core (28) of permeable material defining an outer window (30), as well as an inner core (32) of permeable material, disposed in the outer window and defining an inner window ( 34). A first power supply wire (36) for connecting the equipment to an electrical power source, includes a portion wound in one direction only around the outer core. The inductor assembly includes a second power wire (38) for connecting the equipment to the power source, a portion of the second wire being wrapped around both the inner core and the outer core, in the opposite direction to the winding of the part of the first supply wire. The outer core (28) provides a magnetic path for attenuation of emissions in common mode, and the inner core (32) provides a magnetic path for noise reduction in differential mode. The filter may also include a multi-function capacitor (62) comprising three capacitive elements.
