Definitions
- Storage boxes also called display boxes, are containers that are used in different, graduated sizes and are used in a warehouse to store corresponding objects.
- the storage boxes are either simply placed on a shelf, hung with their rear end face on a wall, or, if they are stackable, stacked on top of each other.
- a special property of storage boxes is that a clear view of each box is possible from the front without this z. B. pull out of a shelf.
- the front container opening allows easy filling and removal of the goods.
- the containers are primarily made of plastic. However, designs in sheet steel, light metal or wood are also known. Clear storage, especially of small parts, is possible due to the different colored designs of the storage boxes.
- the containers are also built with a load capacity of up to one ton; in this size they can usually be palletized. Versions are known in each size that can be set up one inside the other to save space.
- a disadvantage of the known stackable storage display boxes is that when empty they can either be placed one inside the other or only stacked one on top of the other. Those that can be stacked inside one another to save space cannot be stacked with content on top of one another without endangering the content. Storage of boxes that can be stacked on top of one another without exerting stack pressure on the contents requires a great deal of space, which is particularly true for the transport and storage of unused boxes.
- German Offenlegungsschrift DE-A-3 816 515 proposes a stack lock which is connected to the walls of the plastic container by a hinge. These joints need pivot pins, which makes the device expensive and prone to failure. The swivel path protrudes beyond the surface of the storage boxes, so that there is a risk that the lock will get caught in intermediate positions and be damaged during operation.
- a joint construction is also known from the French publication FR-A-2 638 714, which is also provided with a lid.
- US Pat. No. 4,241,831 also provides folding joints with physically designed steering axles in order to create a support lock. While maintaining the possibility of space-saving stacking in the empty state and making safe, stable stacking available from several filled units, the object of the present invention is to create a stackable storage box that can be stacked with boxes of the same size, the previously created Standardization for storage boxes can be maintained. That is, the storage boxes equipped according to the present invention should be compatible with the conventional storage boxes without the additional equipment.
- GB-A-2 090 227 describes a storage case in which side flaps are designed as movable supports for undersides of further storage cases.
- the movable flaps are loosely connected to the side walls of the storage boxes via a plug connection.
- a disadvantage of this prior art is that such a storage case is not suitable for ensuring the stability of a structure comprising a plurality of storage cases stacked one on top of the other.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to create a storage display case of the type mentioned at the outset, which ensures the possibility of space-saving stacking into one another in the empty state and a safe, stable stack formation from several filled units.
- the storage bin according to the invention has V-shaped bulges in the side walls, the bulges at their bottom end having lugs which can be engaged in the folded flaps of an identical storage bin arranged underneath.
- the flaps are also profiled and each connected to the side walls via a film hinge. These bulges, which cause the side walls to be profiled, increase the strength and stability of the storage display case.
- the boxes stacked one above the other are locked together so that they cannot slip and the The stability of a stack is not impaired even from a large number of boxes standing one above the other.
- the flaps themselves can have a U-profile in plan view, the short leg lying on the inside of the container, and a bulge serving as a counterbearing for a nose at the bottom end.
- the flaps in plan view can also be designed in the form of a double-T profile, the middle leg providing a more stable fixation of the side legs and an additional web being provided on the inside of the profile container, in which in turn the nose of a bulge rests.
- FIG. 1 shows such a storage box 10, the longitudinal side two side walls 12, a rear wall 14 and a front opening 22.
- Bulges 16 are formed in the side walls, which increase the stability and strength as a result of profiling. In each of these bulges there is a flap 18, which is shown folded into the box in FIG. 1.
- Fig. 2 shows two stacked storage boxes.
- the lugs 20 at the bottom ends of the bulges 16 of the upper box rest in the flaps 18 of the lower box.
- the flaps 18 have a film hinge 100, by means of which they can easily be pivoted back and forth.
- FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional illustration along the line III-III in FIG. 2. From this drawing, the shape of the nose 20 is particularly clear, as well as its engagement with the flap 18 of a storage case 10 located underneath.
- the film hinge 100 forms the transition from the flap 18 to the bulge 16 of a side wall 12.
- FIG. 4 shows two nested storage boxes 10. From this illustration it is particularly clear that the space required for storage is significantly less due to the possibility of stacking empty storage boxes.
- FIG. 5 again shows the cross-sectional representation corresponding to FIG. 3, in this case along the line VV in FIG. 4.
- the flap 18 of the lower box is shown in the swung-out state, so that the upper storage box is up to a corresponding step 24 can be placed below the film hinge 100 in the lower one.
- the flaps 18 of the respective lower box must be pivoted out, as shown in Fig. 5. So that all flaps 18 of a storage box 10 can be swiveled in and out easily and quickly, the flaps are for both positions with respective Provide latches.
- FIG. 6 Such a flap is shown in FIG. 6 seen from outside the box.
- the flap has a U-shaped profile in plan view with side parts 150 and a wide connecting web 160.
- the film hinge 100 is shown at the lower end of the flap.
- first locking lugs 110 for the pivoted-out state shown, and also second locking lugs 120 opposite a stop 122 for the pivoted-in state.
- the wide connecting web (160) serves as an abutment for one nose (20) at the bottom ends of the bulges (16).
- Fig. 7 shows an alternative embodiment of a flap 18, which has a double-T profile in plan view.
- the side parts 150 are connected by a central wall 170, in which case an additional web 180 is provided in the upper region of the flap, into which the nose of an upper box can be inserted.
- the side walls surrounding the flap are not shown in this case.
- a film hinge 100 is again provided here.
- the respective latches in the folded or unfolded state take place by means of first latching lugs 130 or second latching lugs 140 with opposing latching lugs 142, which each engage with corresponding parts of the side wall of the box adjoining above.
- This embodiment of a flap can be particularly advantageous for large storage boxes if the weight of the lower boxes is particularly high.
- the central wall 170 and the additional web 180 provide greater stability and strength.

Description
The invention relates to a stackable storage box. Storage boxes, also called display boxes, are containers that are used in different, graduated sizes and are used in a warehouse to store corresponding objects. The storage boxes are either simply placed on a shelf, hung with their rear end face on a wall, or, if they are stackable, stacked on top of each other. A special property of storage boxes is that a clear view of each box is possible from the front without this z. B. pull out of a shelf. Furthermore, the front container opening allows easy filling and removal of the goods. Nowadays, the containers are primarily made of plastic. However, designs in sheet steel, light metal or wood are also known. Clear storage, especially of small parts, is possible due to the different colored designs of the storage boxes. On the other hand, the containers are also built with a load capacity of up to one ton; in this size they can usually be palletized. Versions are known in each size that can be set up one inside the other to save space.
A disadvantage of the known stackable storage display boxes, however, is that when empty they can either be placed one inside the other or only stacked one on top of the other. Those that can be stacked inside one another to save space cannot be stacked with content on top of one another without endangering the content. Storage of boxes that can be stacked on top of one another without exerting stack pressure on the contents requires a great deal of space, which is particularly true for the transport and storage of unused boxes.
Storage or transport containers made of plastic are already known. For example, German Offenlegungsschrift DE-A-3 816 515 proposes a stack lock which is connected to the walls of the plastic container by a hinge. These joints need pivot pins, which makes the device expensive and prone to failure. The swivel path protrudes beyond the surface of the storage boxes, so that there is a risk that the lock will get caught in intermediate positions and be damaged during operation.
A joint construction is also known from the French publication FR-A-2 638 714, which is also provided with a lid.
The movable flaps are loosely connected to the side walls of the storage boxes via a plug connection. A disadvantage of this prior art is that such a storage case is not suitable for ensuring the stability of a structure comprising a plurality of storage cases stacked one on top of the other.
The object of the present invention is therefore to create a storage display case of the type mentioned at the outset, which ensures the possibility of space-saving stacking into one another in the empty state and a safe, stable stack formation from several filled units.
The features of the independent claim serve to solve this problem.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.Advantageous configurations are described in the subclaims.
The storage bin according to the invention has V-shaped bulges in the side walls, the bulges at their bottom end having lugs which can be engaged in the folded flaps of an identical storage bin arranged underneath. The flaps are also profiled and each connected to the side walls via a film hinge. These bulges, which cause the side walls to be profiled, increase the strength and stability of the storage display case. As a result of the engagement of the trained lugs in the folded flaps of an underlying storage box, the boxes stacked one above the other are locked together so that they cannot slip and the The stability of a stack is not impaired even from a large number of boxes standing one above the other.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the flaps themselves can have a U-profile in plan view, the short leg lying on the inside of the container, and a bulge serving as a counterbearing for a nose at the bottom end. Furthermore, the flaps in plan view can also be designed in the form of a double-T profile, the middle leg providing a more stable fixation of the side legs and an additional web being provided on the inside of the profile container, in which in turn the nose of a bulge rests. Further details, features and advantages of the invention result from the following description of an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing.

Fig. 4 zeigt zwei ineinandergestellte Lagersichtkästen 10.
Fig. 7 shows an alternative embodiment of a
