Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schaltmechanismus für Niederspannungsschaltgeräte gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a switching mechanism for low-voltage switching devices according to the preamble of claim 1.

Ein derartiger Schaltmechanismus zur Betätigung der elektrischen Kontakte eines Schaltgerätes ist bereits bekannt (DEP 35 08 110). Der dort beschriebene Schaltmechanismus weist ein Sperrglied auf, das die Aufgabe hat, die Schaltkontakte kurz vor der Berührung zunächst zu sperren. Das vorgespannte Sperrglied hält eine Schaltachse, die die übertragung zu den Schaltkontakten des Schaltgeräts herstellt, über eine Scheibe bis zu einer wählbaren Einschaltkraft am Schaltknebel. Mit dem Erhöhen der Einschaltkraft am Schaltknebel wird Energie durch elastische Verformung der Schaltglieder zwischen dem Schaltknebel und der Schaltachse gespeichert. Nach überwinden der Einschaltkraft wird das vorgespannte Sperrglied ausgelenkt und die Scheibe der Schaltachse rollt sich auf einer kreisförmigen Kontur des Sperrglieds ab. Mit entsprechender Auslenkung des vorgespannten Sperrglieds kommt die Scheibe aus dem Eingriff des Sperrglieds heraus und die Schaltachse schnellt in Einschaltrichtung und bewirkt somit ein sprunghaftes Einschalten der Schaltkontakte des Schaltgerätes.Such a switching mechanism for actuating the electrical contacts of a switching device is already known (DEP 35 08 110). Nach der Figur kann der Fehlerstromschutzschalter durch einen Schalthebel 4 von Hand ein- und ausgeschaltet werden. Hierzu ist der Schalthebel 4 mit einem Kniehebelsystem verbunden, das aus drei hebelartigen Laschen 1, 2 und 3 besteht. Das Kniehebelsystem besitzt ein gemeinsames Gelenk 5. Während die Lasche 1 mit dem Schalthebel 4 verbunden ist, steht die Lasche 2 mit einer Kontaktwelle 6 in Verbindung, auf welcher ein beweglicher Kontakt 8 befestigt ist. Dieser bewegliche Kontakt 8 korrespondiert mit einem festen Kontakt 9.
