Description

Schalung aus Profilblech für Betonverbunddecken Formwork from profiled sheet for composite concrete ceilings
The invention relates to a formwork made of profiled sheet for composite concrete slabs, with downwardly open, mutually parallel ribs with a trapezoidal cross-section and with the ribs arranged between them, parallel to these, upward-directed folds bent from the sheet, the webs of which abut each other, at least part of the folds being corrugated in the longitudinal direction to improve the bond between the profiled sheet and the concrete.
So zeigt z. Formwork from profiled sheet for composite concrete slabs are known, for example, from DE-OS 22 52 988 and from AT-PS 365 267. Such formwork made of profiled sheet has the advantage over a wooden formwork that the lower support required during concreting is less bulky, leaving space for work under the concrete slab. It is also advantageous that the profiled sheet absorbs tensile stresses on the lower surface of the finished concrete slab, whereby the thickness of the concrete slab can be reduced. In order to absorb tensile stresses that occur in the plane of the concrete slab, the folds pointing upward have indentations of various types. So shows z. B. the AT-PS 365 267 folds, which are provided with compression depressions on the upper edge of the fold. Using these compression depressions, attempts were made to improve the adhesion between the concrete and the formwork made of profiled sheet metal.
However, it has been shown statically that the tensile stresses are greatest at the lower edge of the fold and smallest at the upper edge of the fold. The upsetting depressions according to the mentioned AT-PS are therefore statically seen at an unfavorable point of the fold. Swiss patent specification 644 922 describes a formwork made of profiled sheet with parallel ribs and folds arranged between the ribs, which are formed by two webs lying flat against one another. The folds only have deformations at their upper edges, which should help to improve the bond between the concrete and the metal sheet.
From DE-OS 36 28 861, a formwork made of profiled sheet metal for concrete composite slabs with downwardly open, parallel ribs of the type mentioned at the outset is known. Wrinkles made of sheet metal run between the ribs. The folds are corrugated in the longitudinal direction.
The object of the invention is to improve a formwork made from profiled sheet of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the bond between the profiled sheet and the concrete is improved.
It is achieved according to the invention in that the free edge of the folds describes an approximately horizontal wave in which the ratio of amplitude to half the wavelength is between 0.01 and 0.07.
Practical tests have shown that the optimum bond between the formwork and the concrete is achieved only if the ratio of the amplitude to the wavelength lies within this range.
Nachfolgend wir ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der bei liegenden Zeichnung beschrieben.U to facilitate the stacking of the formwork, it is provided in one embodiment of the invention that a fold is arranged off-center between every two ribs. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawing.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt ein schematisch gehaltenes Schaubild der Betonverbunddecke, die Fig. 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf ein Falte, die Fig. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt durch ein Profi lblec und die Fig. 4 zeigt einen Schnitt durch gestapelte Profi Ibleche.1 shows a schematic diagram of the composite concrete floor, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of a fold, FIG. 3 shows a section through a professional sheet and FIG. 4 shows a section through stacked professional sheets.
The support beams on which the professional sheets are placed next to one another during the production of a ceiling are not shown in the figures of the drawing, since they are designed according to the known prior art. The profiled sheets can also be connected to one another in a conventional manner by spot welding.
As can be seen from the figures, each profiled sheet 1 has ribs 3 pointing upwards towards the concrete 2. The ribs 3 are parallel to each other and open at the bottom. In the exemplary embodiment they have a trapezoidal cross section, the longer of the two parallel trapezoidal sides being at the top.
Between the ribs 3, folds 4 bent upwards towards the concrete are also provided.
In the exemplary embodiment, these folds 4 are continuously corrugated in the longitudinal direction.
The corrugation is such that the upper fold edge 5 deviates the furthest from the vertical longitudinal plane of the fold 4, while the lower fold edge 6 lies practically in the vertical longitudinal plane of the fold 4. According to the invention, the ratio of the amplitude a of a wave described by the upper fold edge 5 to the half wavelength 1/2 of the fold 4 is between 0.01 and 0.07, advantageously around 0.033.
The ratio of the web height d of a fold 4 to the height h of a rib 3 is between 0.2 and 0.6, advantageously around 0.3.
After the poured concrete has set, the profiled sheet 1 is firmly anchored in the concrete 2.
Da die Falten 4 jeweils um das Maß f von der Mitte zwischen zwei benachbarten Rippen 3 versetzt sind, können dieSince the folds 4 are offset by the dimension f from the center between two adjacent ribs 3, the
Profile sheets 1, as shown in Fig. 4, are stacked one inside the other.
