(38) relié à la bride (5) de manière articulée autour d'un axe (42) sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de pivotement (11) de la bride (5a), un patin (40) monté sur le bloc d'appui (38), de manière à pouvoir à se déplacer par rapport au bloc d'appui (38), de manière limitée dans une direction permettant son rapprochement ou son éloignement du bloc d'appui (38) et de la bride (5) et comportant une
