Abstract

Il comporte un boîtier (1) de forme générale parallélépipédique, dont au moins une face (11) est inclinée vers l'extérieur et un couvercle (2) comportant une pliure (21) au niveau de la jonction de sa partie supérieure (22) et de sa partie frontale (23), ledit couvercle (2) étant fixé au boîtier (1) au niveau de son bord (24, 25) qui recouvre et enveloppe le bord (14, 15) dudit boîtier (1). La fixation du couvercle (2) au boîtier (1) peut être réalisée par thermoscellage ou collage du bord (24) de la partie supérieure (22) du couvercle (2) sur le bord (14) du boîtier (1), la partie frontale (23) dudit couvercle (2) comportant à son bord (25) antérieur une languette (3) d'inviolabilité thermoscellée ou collée sur une languette solidaire du boîtier. Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet un emballage, notamment pour présentation à la vente d'articles de moyennes ou petites dimensions, en particulier d'articles de quincaillerie, vendus à l'unité ou en lots, ledit emballage pouvant également servir au rangement ultérieur de tels articles par l'utilisateur.
  • Il existe actuellement sur le marché différents types d'emballages répondant plus ou moins à certains critères qui sont fonction des exigences respectives du fabricant, du distributeur et du consommateur. Ces critères sont de plusieurs ordres, à savoir le coût de fabrication, la facilité de remplissage, manuel ou automatique, la facilité de manutention et de stockage, l'esthétique, la rationalisation et l'optimisation de leur surface d'implantation sur le lieu de vente, la possibilité de réutilisation et l'inviolabilité lors de la proposition à la vente.
  • Les emballages existant à ce jour répondent rarement à tous ces critères.
  • Les plus fréquemment rencontrés sont les sachets en matières plastiques, qui sont facilement présentables, mais offrent peu d'attraits pour le consommateur car non réutilisables, ce qui nécessite pour ledit consommateur de disposer de moyens de rangement.
  • D'autres emballages consitent en des boîtes de forme parllélépipède, en matière plastique transparente dure, comportant un couvercle, mais si ces boîtes sont d'une esthétique satisfaisante et offrent des possibilités de réutilisation, elles ne sont toutefois pas d'une utilisation aisée, car nécessitant de soulever le couvercle, et empêchant de ce fait toute possibilité de superposition. Elles présentent en outre l'inconvénient d'être assez fragiles et d'être d'un encombrement trop important à vide, car non emboîtables.
  • D'autres emballages sont réalisés en matière plastique semi-rigide, donc moins fragiles, s'ouvrant en deux parties, et fermés en général par agrafage, mais ils présentent des risques de difficultés d'ouverture, et ils sont difficilement réutilisables du fait de leur système de fermeture qui les expose à être détériorés lors de la première ouverture.
  • La présente invention permet de remédier aux divers inconvénients des emballages existants en proposant un emballage nouveau répondant à tous les critères énumérés ci-dessus.
  • L'emballage objet de la présente invention comporte deux parties, un boîtier réalisé en une matière plastique semi-rigide du type polypropylène, et un couvercle réalisé lui aussi en matière plastique semi-rigide de type polypropylène.
  • Le boîtier a la forme générale d'un parallélépipède dont une face au moins est de hauteur inférieure aux autres et est inclinée vers l'extérieur de manière à créer, en plus de l'ouverture supérieure, une ouverture frontale inclinée, l'accès à l'intérieur de l'emballage pouvant ainsi se faire par le haut ou par la face frontale inclinée.
  • Le couvercle est apte à recouvrir à la fois l'ouverture supérieure et l'ouverture frontale, et comporte à cet effet une pliure au niveau de la jonction des deux ouvertures.
  • La fixation du couvercle sur le boîtier peut s'effectuer de plusieurs façons, et soit de manière que la partie supérieure dudit couvercle soit inamovible et que seule sa partie frontale puisse être manoeuvrée fréquemment, soit de manière que l'ensemble dudit couvercle, partie supérieure et partie frontale, puisse être manoeuvré fréquemment pour faciliter l'accès du boîtier tant en vue de son vidage que de son remplissage.
  • Toutefois la première ouverture de la partie frontale du couvercle ne doit de préférence être possible qu'après une opération bien spécifique détruisant le système d'inviolabilité, permettant ainsi de prouver que ledit emballage n'a pas été ouvert avant la vente.
  • La fermeture de l'emballage selon l'invention peut ainsi être réalisée au niveau de l'ouverture supérieure, par thermoscellage ou collage du couvercle sur les bords du boîtier, auquel cas la partie frontale du couvercle peut comporter à sa périphérie un bord enveloppant un rebord ménagé autour de l'ouverture frontale du boîtier, et comporter en extrémité une languette d'inviolabilité thermoscellée ou collée sur une languette solidaire dudit boîtier, la libération du système d'ouverture pouvant alors être réalisée par sectionnement de ladite languette.
  • On peut aussi réaliser la fermeture du couvercle au moyen d'ergots-harpons solidaires des bords du couvercle et s'introduisant dans des orifices pratiqués dans un rebord ménagé à la périphérie des ouvertures frontale et supérieure, laissant à l'utilisateur le choix de sectionner tous lesdits ergots afin de libérer complètement le couvercle, ou seulement ceux maintenant la partie frontale dudit couvercle.
  • De plus, en vue de sa mise en place dans les présentoirs linéaires, l'emballage selon l'invention peut être muni d'un système d'accrochage disposé sur le bord du boîtier, ledit système d'accrochage pouvant consister en une découpe ménagée, dans la languette d'inviolabilité.
  • Enfin le couvercle de l'emballage selon l'invention peut comporter un dispositif permettant la mise en place d'une étiquette informative qui peut être apparente à la fois sur les faces supérieure et frontale dudit couvercle.
  • Un tel dispositif peut consister en un logement ménagé à la face supérieure du couvercle, réalisé de manière à présenter une déformation en creux de forme adaptée à celle de l'étiquette, laquelle peut être maintenue bilatéralement par deux ergots en forme de demi-cercles disposés en surplomb dudit logement.
  • Ce dispositif peut être complété par deux fenêtres ménagées sur la face du logement voisine de la pliure du couvercle, permettant d'introduire à l'intérieur du boîtier deux jambes prolongeant l'étiquette, lesdites jambes venant se plaquer à l'intérieur de l'emballage contre la face frontale dudit couvercle, constituant une étiquette frontale.
  • Les avantages et les caractéristiques de la présente invention ressortiront plus clairement de la description qui suit et qui se rapporte au dessin annexé, lequel en représente un mode de réalisation non limitatif.
  • Dans le dessin annexé :
    • la figure 1 représente une vue en perspective d'un emballage selon l'invention.
    • la figure 2 représente une vue en plan, vue de dessus, de ce même emballage.
    • la figure 3 en représente une vue de profil.
    • la figure 4a représente une vue en coupe d'un premier système d'assemblage du couvercle sur le boîtier.
    • la figure 4b représente une vue en coupe d'un second système d'assemblage du couvercle sur le boîtier.
    • la figure 5 représente un mode d'accrochage d'un emballage selon l'invention.
    • la figure 6 représente une vue en perspective du couvercle d'un emballage selon l'invention muni d'un dispositif pour la mise en place d'une étiquette.
  • Si on se réfère d'abord à la figure 1, on voit que l'emballage selon l'invention comprend un boîtier 1 de forme générale parallélépipédique dont une face 11 est inclinée vers l'extérieur de manière à créer, en plus de l'ouverture supérieure 12, une ouverture frontale inclinée 13.
  • Le boîtier 1 est recouvert par un couvercle 2 apte à recouvrir à la fois l'ouverture supérieure 12 et l'ouverture frontale 13, et comportant à cet effet une pliure 21 au niveau de la jonction de sa partie supérieure 22 et de sa partie frontale 23.
  • Le couvercle 2 est fixé au boîtier 1 au niveau de son bord 24, 25, qui recouvre et enveloppe le bord 14, 15 du boîtier 1.
  • Pour une meilleure sécurité de vente, le bord 24 de sa partie supérieure 22 peut être thermoscellé au bord 14 du boîtier 1, tandis que sa partie frontale 23 peut être manoeuvrée en ouverture et fermeture uniquement après sectionnement d'une languette 3 solidaire du bord 25 de ladite partie frontale 23, et solidaire également d'une languette (non visible sur la figure) solidarisée au boîtier 1.
  • La languette 3 peut présenter une découpe 31 de forme adaptée à la mise en place de l'emballage sur différents types de présentoirs.
  • Le bord 25 de la partie latérale 23 peut s'adapter en fermeture sur le bord la du boîtier 1 selon le mode d'assemblage représenté à la figure 4a.
  • Si on se réfère aux figures 2 et 3 on retrouve sur ces figures les divers éléments de l'emballage représenté à la figure 1, avec son boîtier 1 et son couvercle 2 muni d'une languette 3 de fixation et de sécurité, thermoscellée à une languette 32 solidaire du boîtier 1.
  • Si on se réfère à la figure 4a, on voit sur cette figure un mode d'assemblage du couvercle 2 avec le boîtier 1 au niveau de leurs bords respectifs, et plus spécialement au niveau des bords 15 et 25 de leurs parties frontales : le bord 25 du couvercle 2 enveloppant le bord 15 du boîtier 1, qui présente une section en U.
  • Dans ce cas, les bords 14 et 24 de leurs parties supérieures peuvent être thermoscellés, de manière à empêcher l'ouverture de l'emballage avant sa vente.
  • Si on se réfère à la figure 4b, on voit sur cette figure un autre mode d'assemblage consistant en des ergots-harpons 4 solidarisant les bords du boîtier 1 et du couvercle 2: dans ce cas tant les bords supérieurs 14, 24 que frontaux 15, 25 peuvent être équipés de ces ergots-harpons, qui peuvent être sectionnés par l'utilisateur à son gré, soit simplement à la périphérie de la partie frontale 13, 23 de l'emballage, soit sur tout son pourtour.
  • Si on se réfère à la figure 5, on peut voir sur cette figure un mode d'accrochage de l'emballage selon l'invention à un présentoir de vente, au moyen de la languette 3 disposée à la partie frontale du couvercle 2, dont l'ouverture 31 permet de la glisser autour de deux tringles parallèles 6.
  • Si on se réfère enfin à la figure 6, on voit que le couvercle 2 de l'emballage selon l'invention peut comporter un logement 26 consistant en une déformation en creux dudit couvercle 2, deux ergots 28 en demi-cercle servant au maintien de l'étiquette 29, laquelle comporte deux jambes 30 qui peuvent être introduites dans deux fenêtres 27 ménagées à la face antérieure du logement 26 lorsque l'étiquette 29 est glissée dans le logement 26 sous l'effet d'une poussée exercée dans le sens de la flèche F.
  • L'emballage selon l'invention offre de multiples possibilités tant de présentation à la vente que de rangement, se prêtant aisément à la superposition du fait de la forme de son couvercle, ainsi que divers modes d'ouverture qui en rendent l'utilisation particulièrement facile.

Claims (6)

1) Emballage, notamment pour présentation à la vente d'articles de moyennes ou petites dimensions, du type comportant un boîtier (1) et un couvercle (2) caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (1) a la forme générale d'un parallélépipède dont au moins une face (11) est inclinée vers l'extérieur de manière à créer, en plus de l'ouverture supérieure (12), une ouverture frontale inclinée (13) ; en ce que le couvercle (2) recouvre à la fois l'ouverture supérieure (12) et l'ouverture frontale (13), comportant à cet effet une pliure (21) au niveau de la jonction de sa partie supérieure (22) et de sa partie frontale (23), ledit couvercle (2) étant fixé au boîtier (1) au niveau de son bord (24, 25) qui recouvre et enveloppe le bord (14, 15) dudit boîtier (1).
2) Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fixation du couvercle (2) au boîtier (1) est réalisée par thermoscellage ou collage du bord (24) de la partie supérieure (22) du couvercle (2) sur le bord (14) du boîtier (1), la partie frontale (23) dudit couvercle (2) comportant à son bord (25) antérieur une languette (3) d'inviolabilité thermoscellée ou collée sur une languette (32) solidaire du boîtier (1).
3) Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la languette d'inviolabilité (3) comporte une découpe (31) adaptée à la mise en place de l'emballage sur des présentoirs de vente.
4) emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fixation du couvercle (2) au boîtier (1) est réalisée au moyen d'ergots-harpons (4) solidaires des bords (24, 25) du couvercle (2) et introduits dans des orifices pratiqués dans les bords (14, 15) du boîtier (1).
5) Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (2) comporte à sa face supérieure (22) un logement (26) constitué d'une déformation en creux dudit couvercle (2), pour la mise en place d'une étiquette (29) maintenue bilatéralement par deux ergots (28) disposés en surplomb dudit logement (26).
6) emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le logement (26) comporte, sur sa face voisine de la pliure (21) du couvercle (2), deux découpes (27) pour le passage de deux jambes (30) prolongeant l'étiquette (29).
