Abstract

  6. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the force element (2) of a bar (1) comprises a hose-like force source which is filled or can be filled with pressure medium and the cross-sectional form of which has its greatest extent in the running direction (A).
  7. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the moment which acts against the tilting moment is applied by guides disposed in series in the running direction (A) of the wire (3) and having a low frictional force.
  8. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that a bar (1) is borne by a slide part (12) which can be displaced in the direction of the wire (3) and is guided in a cross-carrier (21), that the associated force element (2) comprises a force source which is placed in a chamber (11) disposed below the slide part (12), which force source acts on the slide part (12), and that a friction-reducing medium is introduced between the wall of the chamber and the slide part (12).
  9. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that a bar (1) is borne by a slide part (12) which can be displaced in the direction of the wire (3) and is guided in a cross-carrier (21), and that the associated force element (2) comprises a chamber (11') which is disposed below the slide part (12), is filled or can be filled with pressure medium and the cross-sectional form of which is elongate in the running direction (A).
  10. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the chamber (11, 11') is acted upon by a medium, in particular water, which is used to flush the bar (1).
  11. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the force element (2) of a bar (1) comprises a force source (9) which is filled with pressure medium and whose rear wall structure (14), viewed in the running direction (A), is constructed such that it produces a stronger force in the direction of the wire (3) during operation than the regions of this force source which are disposed further to the front.
  12. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that, viewed in the wire running direction (A), the force element (2) of a bar only comprises one force source (15), the direction of force of which extends towards the wire (3) and which, viewed in the running direction (A), is disposed after the application of force exerted by the bar (1).
  13. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the force element (2) of a bar comprises at least two force sources, one of the force sources having a direction of force which does not extend towards the wire (3), or not directly, and being displaceable in the direction of the wire (3).
  14. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the moments can be produced by force elements (2) which act on a frame (19) provided with a group of forming bars (1) and at least two of which are disposed in series in the running direction (A).
  15. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the moments can be produced by force sources (8'), which act on a frame (19) provided with a group of forming bars (1), and hinged levers, at least two of which hinged levers are disposed in series in the running direction (A) and which permit a parallel movement between the frame (19) and the paper machine support in or against the running direction (A).
  16. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises at least two carriers (5) which are disposed in series in the wire running direction, arranged transversely to the running direction, can be displaced on guides (6) in the direction of the paper machine wire (3) and to which at least one bar (1) is in each case secured, wherein an element (7), which can move towards the wire, is provided on at least one guide (6) to reinforce the forces acting on the bar (1) and the carrier (5) in the running direction of the wires, and wherein the carriers (5) are provided with rigidly mounted levers (25, 25') which extend perpendicularly to the direction of displacement, are directed towards one another, are staggered with respect to the direction of displacement of the carriers (5) and between which a force-producing component (26) is disposed.
  17. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 16, characterised in that the force-producing component (26) is a spring bellows which can be filled and by means of which a desired adjustable force can be produced in the direction of displacement of the carriers (5) as it expands to a varying degree.
  18. Dewatering apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the free space which is left between the individual force elements (2) is of a magnitude which is such that the water (4') which is removed can be at least partly removed over the entire paper machine width between the force elements.
